The Regulus Effect – How are you feeling ?

The Regulus Effect : How you May be Feeling

At this time of the year as we transit through Leo and towards Virgo, we feel the intense effect of the Royal Star Regulus, also known as the “Heart of the Lion”.

Regulus is a massive Blue White star that spins at an accelerated rate, and when it is alignment with Earth (as now) we feel this accelerated energy. The purpose of this is to provide extra “fuel” for our lift off into a new cycle of TimeSpace.

This may cause several effects in your physical being:

1. Exhaustion and the feeling that things are moving too fast. Please work with self care and rest when you need to. You may find yourself sleeping more than usual.

2. Dehydration and Muscle weakness or spasms. You may find that you feel dehydrated and that your muscles are either weak and/or going into spasm. You need to hydrate, but you also need to add a small amount of bio salt to water every day to provide the mineral salts the body needs to absorb water into cells. Bio salt is salt made from earth sources rather than sea salt, such as Himalayan salt. Our modern food sources often lack this kind of salt and when there is extra pressure on the body, we can become dehydrated.

3. Dizziness and Spaciness. This relates to the brain working with high frequency energies and feeling “top heavy”. It is so important to ground yourself and spend time in nature. Archangel Michael tells me that we are learning to work with a “gravity well”. I am not too sure yet what that means, but it seems to be the effect of distortions in the TimeSpace continuum when it encounters a physical body. It wraps around the body and causes strange “warps” in the energy. That sounds about right, but I have no idea how you deal with it other than staying in your heart and allowing the flow of love to keep you balanced and upright.

just know that this powerful and intense energy is preparing you for powerful creations and miracles in the months that will come.

Healing From Psychiatric Drug Harm, Part 1: First Steps – Mad In America

Indeed my experience of “cold turkey ” after 3 days of no medications RX …I learned about tapering .. it was hard, to deal with all aspects of legal addiction, that ignored my extremely abused, detached partner , who did not have any interest in my health at any time I was under his control.. psychiatric doctors have revealed a disinterest as well, until my 4th , and she was amazing . She left the state , and I believe she heard my warning to leave ..She left but I was in my journey , using naturals to replace the toxic chemicals of 13 years.

I am still dealing with the side effects , of being neglected by then partner in my dental , physical, mental of spiritual healths , of having been made responsible for my own health care that I could not afford at triple the cost . That my income , with out increases , and spousal support was adjudicated reduced to zip.. the court stating there was no force of Medicare , and Social Security and then reduced my very low Spousal to Zero.

I have had lessons for 4 1/2 decades on how little my health affected him but was indeed a nuisance.. he wasn’t afraid to show it .

So getting off the toxic, addictive RX was absolutely necessary and I did not have 5 to 10 k to check into a facility so I studied, researched, joined blogs on all things psychiatry..I messed up , but I kept at it , alone, mad at 1st and finally finding peace within , and knowing truths can seen as the scariest part, it really helped me heal..

I grew strong enough to not collapse durning very dark experiences , in all areas of my life ..I did not digress .

I don’t think the matrix of chemicals, psychiatric “care” is truth , and for many reason must take a more humane approach .

The following is a lady’s experience .

I needed to teach my nervous system, via different types of neuromuscular reeducation, that it was safe to move again. Before I could walk, I had to crawl, literally. I needed to teach my nervous system that it was safe to move again. And for that I had to crawl.

Listening – Vital to mental wellness

A must read:

Viktor Frankl, one of the great psychiatrists of the twentieth century, survived the death camps of Nazi Germany. His little book, Man’s Search for Meaning, is one of those life-changing books that everyone should read.

Frankl once told the story of a woman who called him in the middle of the night to calmly inform him she was about to commit suicide. Frankl kept her on the phone and talked her through her depression, giving her reason after reason to carry on living. Finally she promised she would not take her life, and she kept her word.

When they later met, Frankl asked which reason had persuaded her to live?

“None of them”, she told him.

What then influenced her to go on living, he pressed?

Her answer was simple, it was Frankl’s willingness to listen to her in the middle of the night. A world in which there was someone ready to listen to another’s pain seemed to her a world in which it was worthwhile to live.

Often, it is not the brilliant argument that makes the difference. Sometimes the small act of listening is the greatest gift we can give.

Forest Bathing – Therapy

This is a therapy begun thousand’s of years ago, for stress relief , I believe in Japan.

I remember this from childhood , and knew no fear , being in a group of children 4 or more..Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to do more that discuss this ancient art with others hoping a business could result as more folks become aware .

It goes with my earlier post today on natures healing of body , soul and mind .

The Science that speaks to the communication of trees, reminds me of my childhood. I’ve always loved trees .

Nature as Partner, Not Resource: A Call for Ethical Treatment of Therapeutic Environments

This is so true , the ocean attracts for its sedative , antidepressant effects , and the forest attracts for the peace and challenges here on my mountain. Life expectancy for rural women is longer.

The disruption of these therapeutic environments has not deterred me from making my home here and even after being warned I’d be run off , I stayed .

The blow back to each and every individual who presented my challenges , is happening or has happening .

I surrendered all these grievances to Divine long ago, who allows me survival.. onward to thrive .

Patric Plesa’s ‘ethical ecology’ urges us to rethink therapeutic environments, bridging mental health with environmental ethics.

Immunity to the drama/trauma of the Narcissist

Yep, with education and decades of research , and my personal inner work, I’ve reached that point.

He’s going to land where he lands on his karmic ride …I’m not responsible for anything or anyone but myself. An outstretched arm towards my back for our sons, the other arm embracing liberation complete , a my personal new earth .

This is wonderful and substantiates all my experience and research !!

“What if mental disorders like anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder aren’t mental disorders at all? In a compelling new paper, biological anthropologists call on the scientific community to rethink mental illness. With a thorough review of the evidence, they show good reasons to think of depression or PTSD as responses to adversity rather than chemical imbalances.”

The quote above was pulled directly from a 2020 Forbes article about Mental Health (which outlines an awesome academic article from the American Journal of Physical Anthropology).

Now, I’ve been saying that stuff for years, but it’s really nice to see this information becoming more widespread.

It breaks my heart to see how many people still let the label of a ‘disorder’ convince them that they’re stuck with their problem and doomed to suffer with it their whole lives, stuffing their pain away with medication and trying to ‘logic away’ their issues by hunting down all of their core trauma with a therapist.

I know… I know… Everybody is clinging onto this physiological explanation and thinks that the only way to deal with these problems is with medication and psychoanalysis.

But the students I work with go from spending all of their energy just trying to keep from breaking down on a daily basis, to shedding the shackles of their diagnosed ‘disorders’, and living a life of true self-expression and self-love, free from anxiety, guilt, shame, stress, over-thinking, and more…

Yes. It’s true that traditional talk therapy and medication MIGHT help us manage our symptoms and allow us to survive our day to day lives better, but they rarely manage to get us fully out of our cycles and into the full version of ourselves that we’re capable of being when we truly master our emotions and learn to release the unresolved trauma and fear that we carry around with us

Meanwhile, the people I’ve worked with have been learning and developing the emotional muscles and skills necessary to enjoy their lives more fully, while turning every moment of emotional distress into a moment of healing that actually makes them stronger, happier, and more free from all of the weight of their past trauma. And they do this WITHOUT needing to focus on that past pain and trauma directly.

Not just that, they are ridding themselves of toxic relationships and self-harming defense mechanisms that have been keeping them stuck in EVERY area of their lives!
