You’ve had a tumultuous week

upon your planet, yet so many of you strive to Live in peace, reach for the Light, and abide in Love. We celebrate each and every one of you.

Every time you make a decision to forgive, you contribute to your world’s peace. Every time you decide to be kind to yourself (rather than criticize),

you withdraw energy from the vibrations of war. Each time you take a breath and choose patience and tolerance , you begin to build a bridge that will eventually link nations.

Your every thought, word, and deed sends a Ripple into the human pond of human consciousness. Your negative energies are weak ripples that do not travel far. Your positive energies are powerful ripples — transmissions of love from the Source itself that you allow to flow freely through you.

When you say a kind word to another, you allow the Source to flow its love through you to that person.

When you acknowledge yourself, you allow the light within to bubble up to the surface and shine more brightly.

When you feel a tiny bit of compassion for anyone, especially someone who annoys you, in that moment, you are granting the vibration of mercy to all.

You are never insignificant, unimportant, or irrelevant to the One. Your smallest choices have a powerful impact on the field. Your Love, dear ones, can help and assist in elevating all beings.

So, rather than feeling powerless to change your world, realize that you change the world in every moment.

Each time you refrain from criticizing yourself or another, you diffuse the energy that attacks nations.

Each time you help a tiny creature, you share a vibration of hope.

Each time you allow yourself a moment of joy you rob the darkness of the power it can only sustain by wobbling you out of your light.

You are all so much more powerful than you know. Your love is a superpower that can elevate worlds. Your joy is a healing balm that dissolves the darkness. Your kindness and compassion are the bridges that help heal hateful differences.

In the 3D world of form, you may never know how much you do. But someday, when you see things through the eyes of the Divine in heaven, you will come to know the powerful 5D energetic impact you have had upon your earth and the great gifts of love that you have left behind.

Do not fear for your world. Light it up, starting with the smallest kind thoughts, words, and deeds and spiraling out with your ever-increasing love, joy, compassion, kindness, and care.

You are indeed the lights of the world, and the light you shine is the love that lives and breathes in all creation. Allow this love to flow freely within you, whenever and wherever you can, and know that in so doing, you are leaving a gift for this world that will last for eternity.

Spirit Shines Through

Ah yesss… the good old ego and narc mind / artifical soul and spirit taking over and hiding as a spiritual persona.

As the occult and hermetic esoteric becomes more and more popular, people want to brag about it and make oneself look as superior to others.

Its like a wolf dressed as sheep.

(Whats the original saying again lol?!)

This is the typical spiritual ego trap.

Please dont fall for it.

Your spirit always shines through you, no need to brag about it.

Our spirituality is a tool to help one another and not to use it as another thing with which we can compete with one another and /or put each other down.

This is the absolute oppsite of spirituality and our true core!

Please never forget, we are in this sh!thole together and our mission is to shine our light and not compete with it…

Greatest shift in humanity

Maybe right now your journey

isn’t about love.

Maybe right now your journey

is about you.

Maybe this is the season you are being challenged to be your own savior, to be your own safe place. Maybe right now you are being reminded —

that the people who walked away were only ever leading you back to yourself, were only ever leading you here.

And here, you are okay on your own.

Here, you are rebuilding.

Here, you are adapting, and mending, and reclaiming all of the pieces you let them walk away with.

Here, you are being kinder to your soul,

you are giving yourself the same kind of love you have always given to others.

Here, you are not rushing your heart,

you are not depending on another human being to fix it. Instead, here,

you are doing that on your own.

Transcending what has been

This the moment of Intense purification.
What is coming up is Atlantis,
after the fall of the Golden Age,
when the rulers started to manipulate weather which ultimately led to Great Floods as well as atomic lasers.
It was then that the high priesthood and those who stayed true to the law of one, and then started to create communities of light, in places where they often went underground, knowing what would happen, or on high mountain ranges, or where they knew they would be safe.
The east coast of America, holds currently so many Atlantean souls who Incarnated, mainly to finally lay the ghosts of Atlantis to rest, and heal the collective trauma, to transcend it, as the New Earth has risen, and thus the New Age.
The only way is now the open heart and the bringing of communities of light together, who will work together as one, to create with love, unity the New Golden Age, as the old collapses and disintegrates more and more.
Although this has ripple effect on all of us, and this is worldwide, these specific souls, all agreed to heal and transcend whatever has been before.

And the more we add our Love and Light with pure Intent, the more the new is created not through the old structures which exists, but new communities of like-minded souls.

Energy Report

There has been a massive shift in our selves and in the collective energy in the last 24 hours.

The Ascending previously went through a purging phase and are now moving into another major activation stage . They are receiving a multitude of strong light codes, upgrades and downloads during this time. Intense heart and throat chakra activations as well as strong ascension symptoms are all underway.

Any remaining blockages in the energetic fields will be rising to the surface to be transmuted and transformed during this next ascension stage .

During the current ascension void period the ascending may experience a sense of numbness, quietness, and a feeling of not being fully present in any real reality. This may at times be accompanied by exhaustion and emptiness. This suspension stage is a time of deeper healing, light attunements, activations, and energy system recalibration, which leads to the emergence of new and enhanced soul gifts and abilities .

Ascending individuals exist in multiple dimensions and realms , this upgrading ascension process results in shifts of frequency , vibrations and consciousness. Expanding in synchronistic flow as significant changes are now occurring.

Deep subconscious programming is being brought to the surface and will continue to do so for the next 10 days. We are in the process of releasing significant programming, resulting in timeline shifts. This is an amplified time to detach from the influence of others and embrace the authentic truth.

Throughout time many ascending have held themselves back due to the desire to conform or feel accepted by societal expectations. They are here to dismantle the old programming, and open themselves up to the different experiences in new Ascending earth energy .

The mainstream collective is operating in a fear-based energy. With increased sensitivity the ascending can at times feel more affected by this. If the self is experiencing increased negativity, depression, doubt, fear or emotional instability, this is likely why.

Ascending souls have accepted that the majority of mainstream collective are not consciously engaged in the process of ascending. Lower consciousness is a dense and simple physics , it is completely disconnected from higher aspects of self , this leads to collective fear concerning the global changes and unsettling transformations occurring in the world.

This collective fear is deeply based in Egoic structures. Our collective Ascension purpose lays in healing the duality present, as both light and dark aspects are being revealed. With free will we can choose which vibrational world we align ourselves with as there has been a significant split and shift of consciousness on the planet.

The dark and light energies will intensify, while higher energies continuously support those ascending in this collective higher purpose. We are being presented with a firsthand experience of the 3D reality as it unfolds.

As Self’s frequency elevates , intuition expands, becoming increasingly aware of how much other people’s energy can impact. The deeper spiritual connection is a highly sensitive one , It’s about maintaining pure, sacred, and small circles of influence to protect and nurture the internal energy.

The Ascending’s inner light is illuminating our planet as it continues to expand and radiate higher frequencies, surrounded with Ascension support during all awakenings , The heart space is opening to embody and allow higher frequencies of love expansion energy .

The final three months of this year 2024

are going to bring profound and significant changes into the lives of those ascending . The eclipse and moon’s energy have initiated an intense process of death and rebirth cycles leading to higher awakenings and a realisation that life encompasses far more than what is visible in the 3D realm .

For the Ascending this next ascension

Stage offers higher Conscious opportunities to release any old lingering energy that distracts ascending self from personal values and self growth. Collective compassionate action is a requirement on this Ascending planet.

The times of separatism for the awakened ones is coming to an end as many are now ascending into the energy of unity consciousness , this is the ultimate goal on ascending earth .

Trauma

The inability to receive support from others is a trauma response.

Your “I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself” conditioning is a survival tactic. You needed it to shield your tender heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.

From the parent who was absent by choice or by the circumstance of working three jobs to feed and house you.

From the lovers who offered sexual intimacy but no offered no safe haven that honoured your heart.

From the friendships that always took more than they gave.

From all the situations when someone told you “we’re in this together” then abandoned you, leaving you to pick up the pieces when shit got real, leaving you to handle your part and their part, too.

From the lies. The betrayals.

You learned along the way that you just couldn’t really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point.

Ultra-independence is a *trust issue.*

You learned: if I don’t put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won’t have to be disappointed when they don’t show up for me, or when they drop the ball… because they will always drop the ball sooner or later, right?

You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt ancestors who came before you.

Ultra-independence is a preemptive strike against heartbreak.

So, you don’t trust anyone.

And you don’t trust yourself, either, to choose people.

To trust is to hope, to trust is vulnerability.

“Never again,” you vowed.

But no matter how you dress it up and display it proudly to make it seem like this level of independence is what you always wanted to be, in truth it’s your wounded, scarred, broken heart behind a protective brick wall.

Impenetrable. Nothing gets in. No hurt gets in. But no love gets in either.

Fortresses and armor are for those in battle, or who believe the battle is coming.

It’s trauma response.

The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed.

You are worthy of having support.

You are worthy of having true partnership.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy of having your heart held.

You are worthy to be adored.

You are worthy to be cherished.

You are worthy to have someone say, “You rest. I got this.” And actually deliver on that promise.

You are worthy to receive.

You are worthy to receive.

You are worthy.

You don’t have to earn it.

You don’t have to prove it.

You don’t have to bargain for it.

You don’t have to beg for it.

You are worthy.

Worthy.

Simply because you exist.
