During the time of Patriarchy, the Male Dominance wanted to literally write out all the women out of the history books, out of the all Knowledge and the application thereof, and more than this out of all that was seeming leading humanity, in whatever form.In this they cut out half of themselves, and even to the degree of dishonoring their own mothers and sisters.Now, with the Return of the Divine Feminine, and balance, more and more of the Ancient Knowledge the Divine Feminine holds, is being returned. In fact, the Divine Feminine holds the Cosmic Keys and Codes, as well the Tree of Life (thus the All–Knowing, the All-Seeing, the All-Being).The very Tree of Life was taken away from the planet, because of the severe persecution and suppression of the Feminine Divine.When you look closely and delve into the depths of HIDDEN meaning into the story of Adam and Eve, the latter is given all the blame, for she fell for the trick of the serpent. Nowhere does it tell you the hidden meaning of that serpent (kundalini Energy) and the abuse the Male created with the self-same powers. Indeed he FEARED the Feminine side of this self-same power so much, that he wished to annihilate her. Indeed he blamed her for his own Fall.So, what was what he feared?Now, this is what I have asked myself time and again in my own set of awakening, as lifetime after lifetime memory banks to severe persecution came to the fore.Well, interestingly this has led me on path of discovery, which truly is at the core of all the Divine Knowledge of Co-creation, at its deepest Mysterium.And interestingly – it is the Divine Feminine which holds that Mystery and the Power within herself!When the Male cuts off his own Feminine side, and then persecutes the Feminine in all her forms and expressions, he is divorcing himself at a deep level from the Godhead itself: – thus intense separation, and then his destructive side emerges, more than his co-creative and loving side. He created a deep VOID within himself, which eats him in the end. No matter how hard he tries to fill the void with power play and games, he cannot ever fill that void. He divorced his mind from his heart. Interestingly the mind will create more chaos than equilibrium, until it finally gets balanced out by the Heart. With the balance now returning, the male is now embracing his Feminine side in order to find that inner and deep connection to the Godhead, the Divine once more WITHIN Himself.The Female, now has to embrace her own Masculine and destructive side too – yes, it is there in all which the mind conjures up, when the mind is divorced from the heart. She holds that Heart energy – and she holds the whole of the Feminine Powers within her too. But when she closes off her heart – she is closing off herself from the core of the All-knowing, All-Seeing and All-Being within herself – her own co-creative force.We will only experience the full return of the Tree of Life itself, when the Masculine and Feminine are finally and beautiful balanced and in harmony with each other again.Yet, gradually the ancient knowledge is being returned to those who are open to fully do the inner work, in order to be opened up to the highest degree.The Mysterium only ever reveals her most profound face, to those who are willing to walk that path: – no matter what, and then with utmost truth, integrity and authenticity.

“We are family. All of us.
There’s not you and me – there’s us.
The only reason we see you and me instead of family is because we’re insane. True. It comes from our biological-mind (Sapolsky), we do things based on how we’re wired up.
Yet we also have the ability to over-ride the wiring – that’s our amazing adaptability – frontal lobe executive function systems.
We all came from Africa. That’s where we are all from. All of us. All of us are on an unbroken line of ancestors, from our parents to our grandparents, to theirs and theirs, all the way back. We are on an unbroken chain of life.
Many – many – many died in their pixelated journeys through time, they left no progeny, no children. We are not descended from any of those journeys through life. We are directly descended from the ones who survived.
We were one once. We still are. We’re not them and us, we’re family… of African origin, that’s our homeland, all of us. Some of our family maintain their original beautiful hue and features, some of us have become pale and washed out from living up north in the snow and cold. We’re still family, you, me, us, you’re tall, you’re short, you’re in a wheelchair, you’re gay, you’re straight, you’re non-binary, black, white, brown, yellow, purple, plaid, you are an absolutely beautiful child, welcome to the world.
They’re not the enemy – their family. And… they are insane. And… so are we. Them and us, we are both insane, because we see enemies and not family… and because of that we do insanely violent and immensely cruel things to each other – to family.
That’s not right. We shouldn’t do that. We shouldn’t hurt them… and they shouldn’t hurt us. We started in Africa and some of us left, we wandered around a lot and forgot who we are, where we came from.
Then we met each other again, and we got scared. We had lost our connections as family, we didn’t understand. We remained pockets of small family governed by our biological-mind.
Then something changed 10,000 years ago. We began our journey to transformation, out of our biological-mind and into our humanity. It has been an immensely violent, sad, and traumatic journey.
We have reached the end. We are the final generations of the rippling trauma of our transformation, our children will be free of our traumas – they will face their own – but their traumas will be of their own choices and decisions – conscious and aware and handled differently.
We have been insane for so long, the violence and trauma was so vast and deep. It was a long-long journey of much suffering… too much… far too much. Our violence and insanity was out of control.
We’ve spasmed our recovery in the French Revolution (1790s), the Trail of Tears (1850) and the Civil War (1860), and in the Holocaust (1940). We are not so far away, we are still rippling the traumas of those who came before, our parents, their parents, and their’s and their’s.
I’ve watched the change, from Eisenhower and WW-II that I ripple, to Obama and Trump that are rippling our traumas still, our fears.
Our children are watching, are children are being traumatized in their childhoods, by economic uncertainty, a pandemic society of social isolation and fear, and social unrest and injustice.
We have two old-guys running to lead America. I remember both from their entire histories. I predate both in my cultural history, I’m Kennedy and Johnson, they’re 1980s and 90s. They’re both old as dirt, they are from a different era, a different time.
They all are, all of our leaders are old. That needs to change, and I suspect it will change once we clear pandemic. There is immense motivation for change, from our children, to create something better – for them – which is their absolute right.
I support their voice for change – we need to do a lot about providing economic opportunity for them… for our children. We need to do a lot about providing them with a safe, affordable, and top-tier education… for our children. We need to do a lot to ensure that our children have affordable healthcare for themselves and their families… for our children.
These are not “them” – they are family – our brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, cousins, grandparents, and our children… most importantly our children – not your children and my children – our children – we’re family… we are not enemies. You are simply insane. That’s okay, we’re still family… with an insane member, you, who simply needs some compassionate help to find sanity again. You’re still not my enemy, you’re just my crazy uncle Joe, or crazy aunt Mable.
First thing… stop being so mean. Social skills, you learned those in preschool. Use them. Second thing… stop shooting people. Everyone, stop it. Holy cow, everyone thinks that’s okay… no… it’s not. Stop shooting people.
“What if they’re a bad guy and they want to take my stuff and hurt me?” That’s crazy Bob, he’s the son of Mary and Joseph, no don’t shoot him, he’s family, let’s get him some help. Don’t kill him… let’s get him some help, he’s family and he’s having a hard time.
Stop shooting people.
“What about Nazis in WW-II, can we shoot them?” First off, there shouldn’t be Nazis, that should be a DSM-5.1 disorder; Pathological Anger and Pathological Violence. That should be a diagnosable psychiatric condition that receives treatment.

Current Energy
Many have been experiencing exhaustion, mental tiredness, irritability, and recurring feelings of not being able to tolerate anything but short spells of exposure to the dramas of others.
It is very easy for us to be quickly drawn into feeling of being adrift in a sea of troubles, in the myriad of forms these can take.
Are you and even your partner or best friend often not seeing eye to eye? But wait a minute. Didn’t you ask to be cleared of all the dross of the 3D? Didn’t you ask to be free? Didn’t you ask to be clear, centered, and feel your Loving Presence?
Well think about it. You are in the midlde of a great vortex of change. Everything is coming to the surface to be cleansed, everything is being drawn inexorably into the whirlpool, the melting pot to be energised and revitalised, transformed and uplifted. You cannot do anything about it. You must be THE CENTRE MIDST CONDITIONS.
Do not try to solve anything.
When it becomes chaotic, when your head spins, you feel sick and off balance…. STOP. Step back into yourself regardless of what is going on in that moment. And if you can, step away. Go to your centre, hand on Heart, take a breath, and let it all go no matter what is trying to gain your attention. Stay with this for as long as you can.
Give little or no energy to the outer conditions and then move on to the next thing, the next moment of your journey.
Visualise that you are in the centre of the Galaxy and you are the melded into the Great Central Sun. See the spiraling lights extending beyond and around you as they turn at speed. Each point of light is an external condition and there you are in the centre, Perfectly Still, while everything about you is moving, is flowing, is expanding. All is well all is in order. You have to be good with all this because the great Waves of energy are not going to let up. But if you can be in centre and then connect to Earth (its diamond Light Core, then you will be gaining strength, and trust, and unshakable knowing that ALL IS WELL.
It is a crazy world we bought into and that craziest has to play itself out in All minds.
Stay the course. And where you can, quietly Shine and Smile.

In dealing with the current symptoms: Hand on Heart often. Consciously breath whenever you think of it.. Rest and sleep as often as you can. Drink plenty of the freshest water you can find or concoct. Spend at least up to an hour a day doing nothing in nature or just “looking at the wall” or meditating (Being at Home with you in silence and stillness). Consciously connect to Earth and your Beloved body. Feel your Smile and know that all is Well.
Have fun and take nothing too seriously. Do whatever you wish that makes you feel more alive. Keep it all simple. And there are no rules but those that you choose for you. You are the Sovereign Being who is creating, constructing and playing the game in this Infinite Field of Lovingness.

Ascension & Free Will
ARE SOME PEOPLE NOT GOING TO WAKE UP AND ASCEND?
What about our loved ones who don’t seem to want to understand what’s at stake? We all have free will and after all, a soul’s purpose is to gather the exact information it requires for its evolution and growth. Sometimes souls choose different paths and that’s ok. This is our lesson in compassion and acceptance.
A soul incarnated on planet earth might have chosen that they are not ready yet or simply don’t want to have the experience of ascension within this lifetime.
Beings incarnate to earth at this time for different reasons. Among the souls on our planet are those who wish to assist humanity during this global shift of consciousness, there are some who have come here just to observe the greatest event in the history of our universe and then there are others who decided a human experience within a lower consciousness including all the pain, drama and trauma of an average human life is exactly what they wish to experience for their individual soul growth. They even might have chosen disease and most certainly they opted in for a human death experience.
While other races of our universe are highly advanced spiritual beings who vibrate on the frequency of love, emotions are quite exclusive to the human race. A least this un-evolved human version of low vibrational emotions.
A human being has two feelings, love and fear. Everything else is an emotion that either stems from love or from fear. Anger, sadness, hurt, jealousy, demands, control, envy, etc. all these are examples of emotions that stem from fear.
Imagine a high evolved being of light who has never felt any of these emotions before. A being of accelerated wisdom, patience, and compassion. How interesting and intriguing such experience ultimately must be for them, adding a variety of information to their journey.
Our universe is built under the construct of light. Light is information. As souls who belong to this universe gathering information is our primary soul purpose.
Those incarnated in human bodies on earth during these exciting times of the grandest change ever who crave information, who devour teachings and techniques which serve the evolution of body, mind, and soul are the oldest and highest evolved souls among us.
These being are mostly working as healers and teachers sharing the goal of. human optimization and the evolution of consciousness. They have long understood that the way out is to go within.
And then again, there are those who don’t seem to be interested in what’s going on right in front of their eyes. They seem to be immune to truth.
What is currently taking place is a frequency divide. Some will adjust to the higher vibrations that have become available on the planet and others will choose to stay in deep sleeping slumber.
However, ascension into 5D is inevitable even though not every being on earth will participate in the shift this time.
The 3D reality and the 5D reality will both exist on the same planet and one will not be visible to the other. This scenario will be similar like the vanishing of Avalon which overnight was hidden in the mists, forever invisible to the human eye who fell too low in frequency than to be able to re-connect to their inherent magic.
But how do we deal with our loved ones who don’t seem to be waking up any time soon?
This is YOUR LESSON in learning compassion, patience, and acceptance. Emotions that stem from the love frequency.
Ask yourself, “What would love do?”
Spontaneous awakening, rapid shifts in frequency, and the sudden evolution in conscious awareness is possible at any moment. You best assist this process by practicing unconditional love.
