I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will share my life, my experiences and my studies and research.. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..

Visitors

Patience visited me

And it reminded me

That good things take time to come to fruition

And grow slowly with stability

Peace visited me

And it reminded me

That I may remain calm through the storms of life

Regardless of the chaos surrounding me

Hope visited me

And it reminded me

That better times lay ahead

And it would always be there to guide and uplift me

Humility visited me

And it reminded me

That I may achieve it

Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less

But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me

And it reminded me

To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself

And those surrounding me

Confidence visited me

And it reminded me

To not conceal or suppress my gifts and talents

In order to make others feel more comfortable

But to embrace what makes me me

Focus visited me

And it reminded me

That other people’s insecurities and judgements about me

Are not my problem

And I should redirect my attention

From others back to me

Freedom visited me

And it reminded me

That no one has control over my mindset, thoughts and wellbeing

But me

And love visited me

And it reminded me

That I need not search for it in others

As it lies within me.

Self love

One of the most challenging goodbyes occurs when we love someone yet recognize the impossibility of establishing a healthy relationship with them. Remaining in the relationship means continuing to wait for changes that will never materialize, tolerating hurtful actions, accepting minimal effort, and losing ourselves in an attempt to avoid loss. Although departing will be painful, it will ultimately lead to healing. Conversely, staying will perpetuate the cycle of hurt, causing the wound to deepen. Sometimes, choosing to leave is not a reflection of a lack of love for the person, but rather a demonstration of self-love and self-care, which necessitates leaving with love.

Gaslighting, their emotional blackmail and constant criticism were not signs of affection. They were instruments of control and domination.

Their betrayal, deceit, and lack of empathy were not simple mistakes; they were deliberate actions to exploit your weaknesses.

You didn’t just lose a family member, you escaped a toxic nightmare

Breaking free from the cycle of abuse, takes incredible courage, strength and resilience. Narcissists are incapable of true love; they just imitate it to get what they want.

To heal, you have to accept the truth: you weren’t loved, you were used.

You’ve been a source of supply, a means of purpose, and a pawn in your manipulation game.

Although you are now free to rediscover yourself and embrace #truelove and live a life filled with purpose, joy and authenticity.

You deserve real love, real connection & healthy relationships

You deserve to be seen, heard, and understood. You deserve to be appreciated, respected and appreciated. Never settle for anything less.
