You may wonder: How did that young Puerto Rican girl who very much disliked seeing a therapist when locked up in the juvenile system end up working in the mental health field as an adult? Simple answer: I wanted to help youth in crisis. And it was meant to be.

When girls become women, there is an elaborate ceremony and all the women who are in the girls life are invited to attend. Making this day special for both the girl and her mother are important whether you are a Native person or not. The boys recognition in becoming a man is a ceremony that is quite different but also needs to be acknowledged. Indigenous people have been doing these ceremonies for hundreds of years – everyone should learn from this ❤

Time is running out for me too,
And life has left scars on my face.

“February DNA Upgrade and Comet ZTF”

Your central nervous system, cellular system and DNA are actively upgrading! This upgrade was accelerated by the green comet, named C/2022 E3 (ZTF), that passed close to the sun and then the Earth on Feb 1 for the first time in 50,000 years! This comet brought ancient cosmic coding from All That Is.
Comets are potent celestial messengers that come to us during certain upgrades (such as DNA upgrades) or great shifts in collective consciousness. A comet takes long loops around the galaxy collecting cosmic energy, coding input and divine wisdom in its extended travels.
This green comet is supporting and heralding a great spiritual awakening of humanity, and the next phase of the Aquarian Age. It brings with it more illumination and Light, to allow you to recognize your inner divinity, and release old stories about yourself that keep you tied to lesser versions of your brilliance.
Know that at this potent time of transformation, you may feel more grief (along with frustration, anger and depression), be reviewing old stories or limiting beliefs about yourself, having disturbed sleep and intense dreaming phases, and are healing deeply in your subconscious.
Overall, there is a sense that you deserve better, and you want to attract aligned, co-creative relationships into your life. This is also a time to make progress in areas of your life that might have stalled!
You are also expanding and bridging the gap between mind and spirit. This is a combination of conscious and subconscious thinking that allows the mind to shine a light into the very deepest realms to access hidden truths. So it can feel like you are disconnected from everything right now, searching for new or greater spiritual connection.
Lots of growing pains as you navigate this new sense of yourself! So please continue to self care and keep your life simple if you are feeling overwhelmed.

I owe myself an apology
For all of the times
I tore myself apart
When I neglected my own needs
Lowered my standards
Berated myself
And put myself down.
For the self-sabotage
I continually inflicted upon myself

For being who I was
