Energy update…

It feels like both the world and many of us personally are experiencing a significant unraveling. Old systems and ways of being are falling apart. Even though it’s uncomfortable, it’s necessary for the next chapter.

One thing I’ve been contemplating is the long-standing imbalance between masculine and feminine energies… not in terms of gender, but as the universal currents we all carry within us. This isn’t about men or women… it’s about the inner balance that has been stretched thin for a long time.

For quite a while, a distorted version of masculine energy has been driving many of our global systems and relationships. This version leans into control, rigidity, and fear-based approaches. It’s not that the masculine has been absent… it’s that it has manifested in ways that were never its true nature.
