Trains : Amp up your energy to be on board

**Time to Board
The trains are in the station, the 3D fear train is heading in one direction and the 5D love train is heading in the other and its time to choose, which one are you going on?
Maybe choose is the wrong word here because its more like the train chooses you, based on where your vibration is right now, which is determined by your thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs.
The essence of who you are is determining which train you will find yourself on.
You see the world right now is a melting pot of choices, vaccines for or against, covid real or not real, Trump or Biden, rascism, wokism and on an on. There is real division going on out there and it’s coming from all angles. It’s like the universe is pulling out all the stops to push you into this group or that group.
However it’s not the choices you make but rather it’s the energy that you accompany those choices with. For example when both trains leave the station you will find for and against vaccine people on both trains. The difference is the angry, frustrated, exasperated, scared and fearful people will in general be on the fear train and the relaxed, indifferent, happy, serene, go with the flow people will be on the love train.
And it’s nothing to do with whether you are for or against the vaccine but the emotions and feelings that this triggers within you.
It’s not what you choose, it’s what you feel.
This is what determines whether you are ready for 5D or not.
Its nothing to do with what’s going on in the world that is all smoke and mirrors, we are lining up to board the train of our destiny purely based on how we feel right now. Good or bad. It’s as simple as that.
So last chance to unplug yourself from all the negativity in the world and let it go, serenity is the key and you must do it now. Nothing matters but how you feel so WAKE UP and go with the flow. If you hang on to the smoke and mirrors you are stuck in 3D.
Its common sense how can you rise up to 5D (the higher vibrations) when you are full of negativity (low vibrational energy) you must be basically negative energy free.

Do not forget under estimate …

Do not underestimate those who have encountered loss

For they are powerful survivors who remain standing

Do not underestimate those who have been rejected

For they have learned to never reject themselves

Do not underestimate those who have been abandoned

For they have learned to never abandon themselves

Do not underestimate those who have felt lonely

For they have learned to build a home within themselves

Do not underestimate those who have experienced failure

For they are better equipped to experience success

Do not underestimate those who have wrestled with insecurities

For they have made peace with themselves and their flaws

Do not underestimate those who have struggled

For they have made progress in spite of it

Do not underestimate those who have felt broken

For they have learned to heal themselves

And do not underestimate those whose lives have been shattered

For they have found the strength to rebuild

And it is those who have traveled to the deepest depths of life

Who may soar to the greatest heights.

Balance of masculine & feminine

The divine feminine is stepping into her power

For decades now

Women have recklessly fought

To be acknowledged, seen and heard

In the trenches of a man’s war

She thought the solution

Was to become more like a man

So she became…

Aggressive

Dominating

Competitive

Confrontational

Abusive

Critical

And controlling

This has not worked…

This has only served to create relentless battles of the sexes

In a world where male physical strength

Will always intimidate and dominate the smaller female vessel

What she didn’t understand

Is that the aforementioned traits are in fact

Masculine weaknesses…

Weaknesses which only serve

To promote dysfunction and disharmony

In a society already programed to run on fear

A society which conditions us

To view ourselves as separate entities

Each trying to survive in a dog eat dog world

Controlled by masculine force

This year the new female is being rebirthed…

She is no longer seeing her strengths

As being purely masculine traits

She understands her true power

Comes from stepping into her feminine qualities

Knowing she has strength in her softness

She has power in her surrender

She has wisdom in her intuition

And she has love in her heart centred approach

She is embodying her feminine strengths…

Compassion

Vulnerability

Surrender

Acceptance

Intuition

Understanding

Creativity

Softness

Nurturing

Allowing

Emotional

Flow

Balancing them with the her masculine strengths…

Confidence

Focus

Direction

Logic

Rational

Purpose

Protective

Discipline

She is strong without being controlling

She is powerful without being aggressive

And she is an undeniable force of nature

Determined to change the world

Through her love

Meanwhile our beautiful divine masculines

Are also adjusting to the new energetic balance…

Or a creature to be feared

Creating a truly formidable balance of power

Stop Running

Friend, I don’t know how to help you.

I don’t know how to take away your pain.
I don’t know how to remove your heartache, your fear, your sorrow, the longings that burn deep inside.

I have known these visitors.
I have never found a way to annihilate them in myself.
I am as broken and as lost as you are.
My answers have crumbled too.

Yes, I know the yearning and loneliness you speak of.
I ran from my pain for years. I tried every fix, every solution, every addiction.
I tried to drink my loneliness away, sex it away, eat it away, meditate it away.
I tried to surround myself with people to distract myself, became addicted to people and still the loneliness haunted me.
I tried to hypnotise myself with religion, spirituality, dogma, belief and false hope.
There were times I came close to suicide; sometimes that seemed to be the only answer.
I tried to medicate away my loneliness, ignore it, bury myself in work and useless activity.

“Just keep moving”, I begged myself. “Don’t stop”.

Loneliness banged on the door in the middle of the night.
I heard her cries in my daydreams and nightmares.
I ran until my feet were bloody and raw.
I ran until I could not run anymore.

And then, life forced me to stop.
Through illness, through exhaustion, through the sheer pain of running.

It was only when I stopped… that true healing could begin.
I turned towards my loneliness and let it fill me up.
I thought I would die, but at the heart of loneliness I only found love, and more life, and more light.
And a deeper connection to the Divine.
And near-unbearable compassion for my fellow brothers and sisters.

The ‘darkness’ within me had only been a lost child, longing for love.
She was lonely for me.
She had been waiting.

It was a beautiful reunion.

Now, loneliness and I live together, as One.
We breathe together. Walk in the meadows together. Sit under the sky and laugh and weep.

I have found my love in the darkness.

Now, friend, I sit with you.
Still. Present. Here.
I see your fear, your exquisite brokenness, your yearning heart, and I bow to these gifts, these strengths of yours.
I trust your ability to meet yourself.
I have lost all interest in fixing you.
I don’t know how to help you.
But in your “helplessness”, a fire of healing!

I cannot fix you, no.
But I can love you
as much as I love myself,
which is a lot.
