If you love an Empath

If you love an empath ❤

Love them honestly, and with all your heart.

Empaths don’t take love lightly, they don’t pretend.

When they really chose to open their hearts to you, then expect to be blown away.

Their love is intense, powerful, messy and sometimes difficult to deal with, but it is real.

Empaths don’t know how to love any other way.

An empath is someone who is very sensitive to people’s energy, moods, emotions, situations and their environment to the point where they can feel emotions as if they were theirs.

They also have some psychic ability to

′′know′′ things without proof of it.

A little mysterious and complex, their emotions are deep, but what lies below the surface is a world that is unique to him.

When you look into the eyes of an empath who opened their heart, you see vulnerability, honesty, pain, dreams, happiness, love.

With these thoughts, ideas, emotions, desires flown over, not everyone can be in a relationship with an empath. Nothing keeps an empath away more than if you try to change his sensitivity and empathic abilities.

Empaths are different from the majority of people we know.

They are sensitive, intuitive, easily overcome.

They cry and see beauty everywhere.

They feel the pain of others.

They need the person they love to be honest.

They feel all the dishonesty in the world, and need shelter from it.

Dishonesty does not work for an empath.

Even if they are never meant to discover the deception, they will feel it.

It’s torture for them to know that we’re doing something behind their back and not getting a direct response.

Be honest and sincere the first time.

In cages they will cause damage.

They are like birds, they must be able to fly freely to where their emotions guide them.

Caging them is cutting their wings. They will lose the light that guides their way if you try to control them.

If this happens, they will stop opening up and they will hide the love they have to give deep enough in them.

Damage is not easily fixed, but it can be avoided by not trying to cage it.

The empath you love has probably been heartbroken in her life and needs to be treated with sensitivity regarding the pace where things go between you two.

Don’t rush it.

He will come from himself when he is ready.

You need to let them spend time alone. Empaths need to recharge in a space that is unique to them. It’s different for everyone but they need time to be alone.

It can be tiring to always feel the energy of the people around us, please don’t be embarrassed or bored when they need to recharge.

This doesn’t mean they don’t like you or they don’t like your company.

This means they have to calm their minds and renew their energy. They will come back happier than before.

They often can’t express how they feel. The emotions of an empath are incredibly complex.

To the point that they struggle to express how they feel.

Give them space.

Be understanding.

Take seriously what they say.

Empaths are extremely creative people. There’s always an idea that pops up from their minds.

Take them seriously.

Believe in them, even though the idea may seem crazy to you.

Empaths, probably more than anyone, have the ability to truly change the world.

Listen to them when they open their hearts to you.

Because somewhere between their enthusiasm, passion, and the words they use mix, something quite amazing is about to be created.

They are intense.

Empaths tend to be pretty wise people. They don’t say it, but they feel everything so deeply that it comes naturally to them.

If they are exceptionally intense, give them some space.

If they need you, stay close.

Their intuition is usually good.

Contrary to popular belief, they actually know what they’re talking about.

They are empathetic and they feel everything.

So when they have a good feeling about something, trust them.

When they think someone is lying, trust them.

When they tell you about a dream because it touched their hearts, trust them.

When they tell you a situation is not right, believe them.

They see the past, future and present all at once.

Trusting an empath in your life is showing life that you believe in it. This will lead the way.

LET HER OUT

I can tell you why you cannot seem to become that woman you so very much aspire to be.

She is not you.

You are, quite wrongly, chasing an ideal of a woman you will never be.

And you are, quite wrongly, ignoring the woman that you already so very much are.

And peace will not come until you take a deep hard look at yourself and see the plethora of wonder, grace and humanity.

All wrapped up, a little messily, into a loveable parcel of real-ness.

Humans do not come perfectly packaged, with a warranty or guarantee.

We are miracles of science, nature and a little magic.

Born of centuries of incredible ancestors who walked through fire and ice to bring us to life.

Stop chasing the ideal of a woman you were not born to be and start embracing she who is fizzing fiercely to be seen, right in front of your eyes.

Angry Snake

There was a snake that crawled over a sharp saw and was cut. In anger the snake wrapped the saw with its thick body and proceeded to squeeze the life out of the saw.

With each angry squeeze it felt more pain but continued because it wasn’t going to let the saw get away with the pain it caused it.

The snake, refusing to let go of the saw, eventually died; not knowing the whole time, he needed to let go of the initial pain and focus on its future and where it was going. Instead, the snake unfortunately lost its life and didn’t even see it coming.

Control your anger, forgive those that hurt you, and don’t give people or things power over you. It can eventually kill you.

Cup of Tea

YOU CAN’T BE EVERYONE’S CUP OF TEA

There will always be someone in this life who just doesn’t like you, no matter how hard you try to please them.

There will always be something that you say, or do, which causes offence or division.

Whether you meant to or not.

There will always be someone who finds fault in you, your life or your words.

You may never find out why, please don’t waste your precious time trying to.

You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea.

Then there will be those who like you on impact.

A little fizz of energy that passes between you.

Silently, unseen, bonding.

Those people will not only like you but they will like you fiercely.

They are your people.

Whatever spare time you have, spend it on them.

You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea, but you can be someone’s first sip of a cold drink on a sunny day…

Or a warming hot chocolate when you come in from the rain

or the pop of a long awaited champagne cork

or a stiff shot of tequila when things go awry

Next Steps / Equinox

“Next Steps on the Journey of Souls”

We can all feel it; massive change is here. However, the true evidence is not found in the latest drama/distraction, but rather it is found by looking at what’s going on within.

In a recent blog, I shared that the spin within the body, within the cellular structure, has changed direction. This would create a centrifugal force that would push our wounding, unresolved issues (even physical ones), and limiting programming to the surface. (To read that blog, read my post “The Spin Has Changed.”)

Each is becoming aware of the deep well of emotions underneath. Spirit understands that, for many, this has been an arduous time. Yet, it is a vital time as much has been uncovered, and more will continue to be revealed. Much is stirring deep within. All of it strives to give us a choice. The moment we observe something is the moment there is a choice. We can either continue ignoring what we see and feel, or we begin to make shifts, no matter how small.

What my team has shared with me recently is that the spin or rotation moving in a different direction is not just uncovering the hidden, but it’s leading us home. Home to our truth and totality.

As they shared this with me, they gave me an image. They explained that the BIG EXHALE was when we became a fractal of Source. From this space, we went out into all of creation, exploring ourselves and our worlds.

Now we have reached the point of the BIG INHALE.

We are now on the way home. The loops we made on our journey from Source are not only created from our human lives but from all the ways we have explored creation. This could include lives as an elemental, a whale, a dragon, or a galactic being. All expressions of creation in all realms and realities of existence have been explored.

On our journey home, we will come into Union within of our Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine, with all the incarnations, archetypes, and expressions. This was a journey of expansion, of getting to know who we truly are from every dimension, reality, and parallel world.

I asked spirit how long the journey home to Source would take, and I was shown that some will make huge loops (leaps), while others will make smaller loops, retracing the same space multiple times.

I asked what we could do to make our journey home easier.

Spirit shared that one’s speed and ease will depend on how well one is able to RECONCILE their experience. To reconcile, by definition, means to cause something to coexist in harmony. That is what we are being asked to do, to bring Harmony to all aspects of ourselves and this experience. It is the removal of judgment and stepping into full, allowing of all that is, was, and will be.

By removing the judgment, we step into a space of unconditional love for all of creation, especially for ourselves. Through this space, we can take in all of the important and beautiful lessons while letting go of the pain we may have experienced.

Today we went on a hike, and instead of making our usual loop, we decided to turn around at a certain point. On the way back, my husband say, ” Oh wow, I haven’t seen the trail from this vantage point before.” We saw different trees, rock formations, and alcoves of beauty. That’s when I fully got it – we are going to see it all now through a different vantage point. With this will come new and beautiful understandings.

As we look around our world, it can be difficult to reconcile all that has taken place through the eons. Yet, that is exactly what we are being asked to do. It is the understanding that we have done it all, been it all, and played all the roles. We have been light, dark, and every shade in between.

As we unwind from this experience, we will find our hearts opening fully, the density of this experience lifting away, and true oneness.

The more that we are able to reconcile our experiences and let them go, the more ease and grace we will feel on our return trip home.

In order to partake in being a fractal of Source fully, we took on the illusion of separation. We did this through programming, beliefs, and even the wounds we hold. All this must be undone.

As we return home, the separation will leave, and we will once again understand oneness, not from a conceptual or mental level, but a cellular one.

When I asked to be shown what it means to be a fractal of Source, I was shown a time when my husband dropped a mirror on the garage floor. The mirror broke into a million pieces. Some were large, but most were small. There were even pieces that were so tiny they were difficult to sweep up. Yet it matters not how tiny a piece was; it was still a mirror.

Each of us is a fragment of Source; all of creation is, and each of us has held separation within to varying degrees. Now it is time to reconcile the experience and return home to oneness.

We do this by observing. Observing when we go into blame, shame, guilt, judgment, obligation, rage, etc. These big emotions are all doorways to programming and wounding that lies unresolved within. We don’t work from a level of reconciling the lives as a rock or a whale; we work with what is presenting itself right here, right now. We work with the big concepts and themes that present themselves daily, for these have been part of much of our existence.

You may be experiencing dreams, memories, and deep knowings as you begin your journey home. It can be quite overwhelming physically, mentally, and emotionally. It can feel like you are processing lifetimes of stuff – BECAUSE YOU ARE.

It is not an easy time. So much is in our faces. Simultaneously, the world would like to keep us wrapped in fear and limitation. It can feel like trying to meditate in the middle of Disney World; it will take us removing ourselves from the noise and being dedicated to our growth.

Without a doubt, though, the path home is clear and lit up; it is through the reconciliation of all the experiences of creation.

“Equinox Gateway Activation”

We are in the throes of the Equinox Gateway this week – until March 22 – in which we are processing our deepest wounds. Any wound that has kept us small, inauthentic, without creative expression or inability to sing our own unique song is being intensely cleared and healed.

Prepare to be reborn through

the Equinox Gateway!

Overall there is intense soul expansion to increase the flow of creativity and artistic expression, while reducing the fear and anxiety of expressing ourselves. Our soulful evolution to live our Divine Blueprint purpose is asking us to take risks and put ourselves in touch with our heart’s yearnings.

While the sun has calmed down in terms of acute solar flares that provide coding and support our Ascension process, today an “EXTREMELY RARE” CME flew away from the farside of the sun. Its high velocity appears to put it in the category of “Extremely Rare,” a decade-class event.

The explosion was so powerful, it peppered Earth with energetic particles, even though the CME was not Earth-directed. This powerful energy blast of protons will most certainly assist and amplify this intense healing gateway that we are now in. (spaceweather)

Add to this that we are moving into Eclipse season in April/May, which are portals to new timelines – so many will start to see movement towards changes in destiny or next steps – this may come in the form of shifts in relationships, jobs, financial status and/or projects moving forward or completing.

This is a potent time of inner transformation and self actualization; however, you may also be experiencing uncomfortable Ascension symptoms and feel like you are Icarus – flying too close to the sun, so to speak! Please know that in this time of acceleration of planetary and individual consciousness, your wings have no limitations but are getting a tad bit singed as you find your footing and equilibrium. So it may feel exhilarating but also terrifying!

It’s important to continue to make space to feel and heal, as your neural pathways are rewiring for expansion and greater comprehension of your place in the Whole. This quickening of your soul’s evolution may or may not be obvious to you at this point, however, anything you are struggling with the most right now is the key, and needs to be completed so that you can be empowered to fulfil your divine purpose in this lifetime.

This is the area that brings you the most growth and is tied to your deepest wounding. This could include relationships, jobs, attitudes and belief systems. Further clarity will be revealed to you if you are unclear and take the time to listen; trust that Spirit will support you with what is needed, in divine timing.

This is not a time to hold onto anything, now matter how much you believed that you needed it, in letting go you will gain more than you ever thought possible, opening to fresh blessings and a life that is lived creatively with a purpose, through your empowered heart.
