Holding it together/ Falling Apart
Falling apart, holding it all together. Then falling apart, then holding all together again. Cycles of integration and disintegration. Chaos and cohesion. Stillness and rest. As with the ocean, the stars, the sun, and the moon, love is pouring through you, washing away everything that is less than whole, preparing you for what is next. But what is next is always of the unknown and never understood ahead of time by means of the conceptual.
Look carefully and see that you can never truly ‘fall apart,’ because you were never ‘together’ to begin with. You are the vast space in which ‘together’ and ‘apart’ dance in union in the world of time and space. Please don’t forget what you are.
If you remain too identified with the falling apart, you disintegrate; you lose contact with the radiance within you, and you become misattuned to the unfolding of your somatic experience, which is the movement of pure, luminous wisdom. You forget how intelligent and how creative it is inside you, and that you are never, ever in need of fixing. You forget that the darkness, when provided sanctuary, is brighter than a thousand suns inside you.
But if you remain too identified with holding it all together, you disconnect from your vulnerability, you turn from the wild reality that your heart could break at any moment. You forget that it is through your brokenness that your gifts pour into this world. You forget that each and every crack in your heart is an illumined portal through which the poetry of your life will flow.
Right in the middle of falling apart and holding it together is the secret place. Stay there. For it is there where the light and the dark are in union, where integration and disintegration emerge as one in love, and where lunar and solar weave together the particles of the sacred world.

Power of this energy
For those still intent on looking for a sign cosmic forces have been exceedingly obvious in the direct aftermath of the Equinox and the most significant power date of 23.03.23
Not only are we treated to the beautiful visuals of the moon conjunct with Venus, announcing an auspicious time of flowing feminine energetics as a directive to those Sensitive enough to feel such phenomena, but we also see the mega statement in the move of the planet Pluto into Aquarius, last seen in this cosmic stance, 225 years ago in 1798 and now settling in for the long haul taking us to 2043… ! But in addition we have a cosmic parade as the planets line up with the moon to form a pathway in the great cosmos, which astronomers describe as a rare arc of planetary alignment ( and I call an anchoring of light bridges at points of great energetic significance).
Added to all of this we have been aware of geomagnetic storms, caused by emissions from our very active sun which have produced a colourful display from the aurora borealis (or northern lights) being more vibrant and visible and geographically further reaching, of which many are showing rare pink or red in the curtains of light.
These happenings are all very significant but in my mind the showing of magenta is the most potently important to the Sensitive community.
Scientifically the colours are caused by chemical reactions with particles, such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Helium and Hydrogen emmited from the sun as they reach the atmosphere of the Earth at cloud level.
The science of colour and light has always been significant in the interpretation of physical energies within spiritual communities. The showing of pinks, reds and purples in the skies above us is worthy of contemplation by science and by spirituality.
The magenta ray is a combination of the purple of the violet of the Crown Chakra and the red of the Root Chakra, meaning that it represents the ability for our energies to join for the respective head to tail linear of the chakra system, to join together to become cyclic. Those who can perceive this vision are connected to their higher state of being in the Light and are sitting in a new state of enlightened awareness.
Angelically, pink is the colour of Archangel Chamuel, who is associated with the bringing of LOVE into any situation.
You may remember that I have expressed how the Angelic Agenda for the empowerment of a conscious humanity involves three main spiritual working groups working together in a united connected vision.
This is a benchmark in the coming together of separate spiritual agendas to merge on an energetic level to work harmoniously on a loving plan for healing and transformation across the globe. My guide first told me of this in 2001, calling it ‘the gathering’.
This will be a time of great creativity and innovation as we bring forward loving ways to move forward as a species and as a part of a living planet.
As a result of this innovative collective process it will be the purpose of the millions of Earth Angels, who are currently incarnated and have been positioned in roles across the communities; to work to bring these heartfelt agendas into reality and to create new priorities for change, which will have a major impact on the lives of individuals.
2023 will be a powerful time of group working and synchronising a pure vision that will bring many Lightworkers together on one heart felt mission. The intense purging and clearing of toxic energies across the Equinox has cleared the way for clear channels of communication from guides and has made ready for pure hearted connections.
The Magenta ray is the key holder to the codes for this great agenda. Outwardly it represents the combined loving hearts of the many guides across multi dimensions, who are choosing to gather together in the higher realms to support us at this time. You have never been more protected, guided or loved.

Eyes :Soon I’ll be reconditioned!
Last week I had an eye exam. I get them as I can afford them and my vision demanded to get an exams.
My prescription changed very little . The scratched lens wasn’t the only reason for my blurred vision .
I have cataracts in both eyes and k my vision is blurry . Quoted the out of pocket , I feel I can make it happen soon .
I have come to realize that I experienced 3 health issues that were resolved Jan 15 and could have died from any one of the 3 .
So while I’m uninsured , have Type A Medicare , and have not been able to add a better plan and supplemental .
Just as my credit was clearing , largely to loosing my health care in a divorce that was ignorant of the truths and being targeted in said divorce to insure I’d fail .
The 2nd reason beyond a very bad experience of trying to acquire health insurance and my alliance with natural – holistic health and healing .
My hospital and rehab experience was as it should have been . Over 30 days after surgery I cancelled an MRI to receive a call from Drs office saying a lesion had been found on my liver but was probably nothing !
Seriously ! A $10,000 MRI required when no mention was made of the liver lesson for 30 days !
Then I received a packet of forms from a cancer specialist and I cancelled that Dr
I have a Dr I have confidence in and feel confident of our treatment plan
I am using topical testosterone to help build muscle mass and am not at all treated to adverse reactions .
I have had sweet lessons and some harsh ones and am releasing energies whom ever they be that are not aware of my change and worth
I’m not gonna loose faith due to medical debts but my income is stretched to the max which allows this “ ground hog day “ financial crisis and was gratified to note an increase in my income last year which was unexpected in this 2nd year of contract that should not increase nor decrease!
I’m focused on finding a home as prices fall and not trying to stress over many examples of lower energies who do much harm
Spiritual attacks are a reality but I am freed .
I’m winging it again as my helper had pressing personal problems including relocating.
All is well with my soul 🙏😘❤️

“Cosmic Light Increase”

When we first awaken,
the Light reveals what was hidden. Revelation shows us the structure and inner workings of density, both in the external world and within our our own creations. Denser creations are dismantled, old structures are cleared from our personal and collective consciousness.
Then the Cosmic Light increases, brightens, and washes away density and duality. Our perception changes: The Light shines so intensely that the veils disappear, and dense creations dissolve from our awareness. We begin to see the Infinite Light, Infinite Love; the Divine Infinite Creator Source in all of creation.
At first we see what was hidden, then density itself is washed away in the Infinite LoveLight Intelligence. It’s like staring at the SUN; all becomes light, all is washed away in the Presence.
Our Crystalline Hearts serve as conduits of this Infinite Kryst Light, revealing a new experience beyond the realms of density and duality.
This passage is deeply transformative for our perception and our Hearts.
Most of us are experiencing this March jump in light level through a shift in our perception. Perception through the lens of the I AM Presence Self has completely changed our experience over the last few years. This core shift within Gaia changes the magnetics (veils) that inhibited our perception of truth.
Exhaustion, expansion, emptiness, profound stillness, dissolving and lifting sensations, spatial distortions, and dissociation from the Old Self amplified in the collective this week. These refinements of experience and perception continue to intensify, and we are not complete with the March jump yet.
Experiencing stronger Cosmic Forces in the Heart
I had a whirlwind overnight visit to the Ocean and Redwoods this week, during the K7+ Geomagnetic storm. The intensity of the elementals and Gaia herself felt purposeful. In the driving rain, snow, and wind, there is the Presence of something new. An all-consuming light is being birthed through Gaia’s realms.
All of it felt surreal and expansive – and continues to unfold new levels of the Crystalline Heart.
During meditation, while allowing my old Self to dissolve while I focus on what is emerging through my heart, the Infinite Kryst presented with guidance. There are strong Cosmic forces unifying in our Hearts in this Now. The Infinite Heart is birthing a new existence.
This is a brand new wave of Light Intelligence to integrate; the purest Source light to enter our fields yet.
Positive Dissociation (release of the Old Self, as part of the path to Self-Revelation) is widespread and palpable during this phase.
Honor this transformation right now, through moment by moment awareness of Source flowing through the I AM Presence into our Heart centers.

Rebirthing ourselves
⭐️⭐️⭐️Remember this as you shed your tears…
WE are rebirthing ourselves. WE are rebirthing a New World. It’s going to hurt. We’ve got old scars, wounds, scabs and pain to feel and release both at the individual level and globally. Can you love and accept yourself wherever you are at, whatever you may feel? You are right on time, in your story. You are worthy, and deserving of healing. We all are!
That said, we are never returning to who we used to be and neither will the world. Structures need to collapse, yet it feels kind of like having the rug pulled from underneath you. The safety net is gone. It is and will continue to be unchartered territory. The end result is glorious… but in the meantime… can you just feel it all… all the craziness, all the joys, all the pains? Can you open your heart and forgive yourself and those who’ve held you back, stunted your growth, kept you small, and told you that you were not enough?
Most importantly, can you trust the Light of the Universe? Although I am a blubbering mess today going on less than two hours of sleep, I say YES I DO! I believe with my whole heart we can do this. Let’s get really messy and do this! 💜🙏🌿💫
