“How to Understand Solar Storms”

Earth has been receiving the impact of solar storms for many centuries.
It is not new by any means.
What is occurring is the acceleration at which the atmospheric conditions are approaching our whole world. And the severity in which it happens. In particular, the strength of the solar winds.

Maybe you have gained awareness recently of the effect these storms are having on our 3rd-dimensional bodies. More importantly, the new and ever-evolving vibrational frequency of the energy of our body and our planet.

Solar flares and geomagnetic storms are an essential part of our ascension. The Earth and the solar storms transmit frequencies from one to the other.
Within this frequency is the code to set the ascension process in motion, and a domino effect occurs.

As solar storms make their way to Earth, they can disrupt our planet and its electromagnetic field. Our earthly bodies have their own electromagnetic field. Extending outside and surrounding our auras.

These flares are massive, and that is an understatement. And while I am not a science nerd or tech-minded, I have a soft spot for statistics. I gain curiosity like a child about how it affects the energetic body, our planet, and the collective consciousness. The intuitive-empath-healer side of me drinks it all in. Just like a long island ice tea on a hot afternoon.

The body has a lot of work to do as it sits in the vehicle seat. Each wave of flares will need time to integrate into our energy system. It will usually occur one to three days after a solar storm.

Our higher self takes the wheel when this occurs. Decides how to be embodied into the physical and etheric body.

Purpose of Solar Flares

The solar flares are fuel for the mass awakening into a high consciousness. Nudges those un-awakened to awaken quickly like a jolt out of bed. A few years ago, the awakening was a gradual drip for some of us. Synchronicities and gentle nudges of awakening were like waking up after a long sleep.

The solar flares have two purposes:

1st — The planet earth is a living soul herself. Shifting and fracturing after each solar flare. Assisting humanity to awaken, raising her vibration. To allow each soul in the earthly sphere to do the same.

2nd — To wake up each soul from its un-awakened state, to raise each persons` vibration. To release us from a 3d dense carbon body to becoming crystalline.

Our bodies are nothing short of magic and have been evolving since the first wave of awakening back in 1998 (approximately). A testament to how we have existed all this time.

How do solar storms affect our body?

With every storm, our physical body may experience many ascension symptoms — fatigue, foggy memory, unable to focus, forgetful, blurry eyes, headaches, migraine, sinus and flu-like symptoms, and sore joints. Rapid changes in body temperature, ranging from hot to cold. Disruption to our sleeping patterns, throwing off our internal biological clock. Vivid dreams. Anxiety increases. Ear ringing, feeling out of our bodies. Body Vibrating, to name a few.

Emotionally we can go through the Dark Night of the soul, the intense purging of outdated beliefs and patterns. The releasing of the trauma of this life and past lives, irritability. There is the other side, moments of bliss and euphoric insights, new ideas, clarity of situations where there was none.

Those who are empaths or HSP (highly-sensitive people) may experience these symptoms heavier than others. We are tuned in by our energy into the collectives’ energy.

Our DNA is in the process of being upgraded to allow more light to come into the body. New strands of our DNA are on the threshold of being discovered, an exciting time for humanity. As a holistic healer, I am especially looking forward to this.

These changes will find a new place to call home in our bodies. And our intuition and connection to source energy will begin to strengthen. Psychic gifts develop further, or newly discovered abilities will become available to you to explore.

Our seven chakras remain while they get upgraded also. Our bodies will allow 12 chakras, possibly more to come online. Some like myself are already aware and use the 12 chakras in healing and meditation. This current influx of energy will eventually turn on all the 12 chakras for others.

We may experience degrees of fatigue. We are physically and utterly wiped out, on a grand scale. We spend a lot of the time on the lounge resting as our body vibrates, our chakras getting upgraded. Upgrades and downloads of new inspirations occur below the surface. The need to sleep is a priority. Or it is the opposite, and we experience insomnia as our bodies attempt to absorb the energy.

It is vital during this time to remain hydrated. And eat light to allow the body to do what is required. Grounding and getting out to nature are essential for our well-being. Meditate or be in a calm state to speak to the universe and listen for guidance. We can channel source light energy back into the entire planet to help her along her ascension.

In simple terms, it is similar to taking my sports performance car to the mechanic for a dyno tune, adding parts to the exhaust, engine, and body to output more power and make it more aerodynamic. It is the same for our bodies. As we evolve, so must our entire bodies and energy systems.

However, there is one hesitation. To begin ascending and to evolve will be a soul choice, decided at incarnation.

If you are reading this now, I believe you are already on your awakening or just beginning. The words I channel have their unique vibration. I trust the right souls will read it if it is for them.

Some will remain un-awakened. It is a soul choice. They will travel along in their life as it is perfect for them until their soul is ready to depart.

Grid Structure Changes

These flares will change the grid structure of our planet. Home to a new crystalline gridline now becoming established all through the earth. Linked together by many chakras, positioned around the planet. Similar to our body.

Earth will experience her own ascension symptoms. The solar storms can cause more earthquakes and volcanoes as the grid of the Earth rattles and shakes.

Gaia has to shake off the dense energy, she is responsible for bringing the crystalline grid online so our bodies can connect to it. This raises the vibration of herself and all those who live here in this time of awakening. This has already begun, grid workers have been assisting Gaia for many years. It is truly a team effort for all involved.

It is like a theatre show where we are the main actors are the star of the show. There are many people behind the scenes getting the production-ready.

To Conclude

We can never fully prepare for every solar storm. At times, we may be able to go about our daily lives and routines, or we may be required to rest and surrender. In other instances, we need to pay attention to what is triggering us and work through what is surfacing. Listen to your body, it will always steer you the way forward.

Ascension into 5d is not a physical space that we move to. It is the vibration of our energy that rises. The purpose is to flip the narrative on everything we know. To start seeing what has been unseen with new eyes. Earth that resides only from a place of love. A new golden age of light is upon us.

A collective consciousness that wants all of humanity to ascend, to live in peace from greed, violence, and corruption. Not the emotion of fear, which has been the narrative for many lifetimes already.

A community of souls where we are all connected, not divorced and disconnected. Humans that are of service to all, not just to ego or their self.

To gather an understanding of all the technical terms you may hear when solar storms are discussed on social media or otherwise, here is a glossary to assist:

Solar storms: A disturbance of energy coming from the sun
Solar winds: A stream of particles containing plasma and particles from our sun.
Electromagnetic field: This is the magnetic field around our planet. See it as the Aura around our earth. It expands from earth out into space.
Geomagnetic storms: When a solar storm occurs, the wind of this storm hits the magnetosphere. It disrupts the magnetic field that surrounds us.
Schumann Resonance: Gaia`s heartbeat. It is measured in hertz, specifically 7.83hrtz. When a solar storm occurs, the hertz will increase.
A B, C, M, and X Class Flares: A grading system, measuring the flares. A being mild, X being severe.
KP 0 to 10: The Kp index is a measuring system to determine the severity of a solar storm. Also, it will indicate the intensity of the Aurora Borealis some countries can see at the time of a solar storm.

Cancer Full Moon – Going Within

Dear friends, we are now entering into the full moon phase as the energy waves of Friday/Saturday’s full moon being to arrive. Those of you who are energy sensitives may already be feeling the shift in the air. This full moon in the sign of Cancer will be stirring our deep emotional issues.

This first full moon of the year takes place 7 days after the official beginning of 2023, a year which resonates with the energy attributes of number 7. And one of the qualities of this 7 energy is introspection and the development of wisdom. Our Sun also seems to be waking up at the same time the Full Moon energies arrive. We might be receiving some strong solar plasma today and tomorrow, which will intensify the light codes arriving from the full moon. Stay tuned for more updates. Physical symptoms associated with both of these cosmic events usually manifest themselves in our nervous system first. Our bodies are already integrating the new 2023 vibrations and the nervous system is busy adjusting to the new born timelines. Therefore the need for relaxation, meditation, and introspection during this first week of the year. You’re Miss is Your Mercy

There is no more ignorance or dismissal of what is. For the last year , it has been intense and anyone who mattered to me deeply has remained as they have been , silent , distant and seemingly enjoying my draining experiences.

I haven’t been in denial as I heard and watched the replays of such distorted mind sets and I grieved at the separation from Christ Conciseness or even humane consideration .

I watched in horror as this transpired in 93 within my family as 1 person has such drive to be happy and step out of any and all responsibilities with as much as possible and I knew in my incapacity as a “ metal patient “ who had not had the support of any family especially the one who vowed to be my partner.

The healing and closure I have sought won’t include anyone from my past or family . As this past year evolved I had “ friends “ and associates who were not authentic and it was a heartbreaking realization to be betrayed so harshly given that they were aware of my past and desire to rise above .

This is especially difficult with regards to children , aware that they have crossed over long ago to shadow and continue to spin in that energy

However if someone continues to hurt or harm , knowing they can and enjoying it , I must allow the enemy their space just not in my space . I’ve been too long preparing and had too many losses to ignore those who feel I belong in lack and negativity

I can’t or won’t walk it back for anyone , of that I am sure .

Someone commented about our “dark night of the soul” in sympathy to my symptoms of exhaustion. I put a check mark and then signed off. Thinking thinking thinking….Am I in a dark night of the soul? I’ve been through a few so I didn’t think so. But maybe this is a dark night. Maybe I was wrong to think this is ascension symptoms and that I’m not being punished but instead this is just part of the lessons to be learned as I ascend. And I thought, “there ought to be a book – Ascension for Dummies” because this is bigger than what my brain can handle. But inside me stirred that feeling of KNOWING. And when that happens I know a fierceness of knowledge is about to pour out of me and onto the page. I’ve seen it happen numerous times in my books across my sixty plus years on this planet. This time would be no different. But as I’m too tired to write ASCENSION FOR DUMMIES, I am not too tired to type this on my phone as I lay in bed shaking with exhaustion from the months of symptoms of ascension. I am not being punished but pushed. I am the bearer of LIGHT. And therefore my journey is heavy and not for the faint of heart. It’s a path that we all signed up for and that is why we are being pounded with the lessons that others cannot bear. We have been strengthened to withstand the lashings of lessons, the whippings from ancestral pasts, the beatings from millennia sweats out of us with our palpitating hearts and sweaty awakenings. Our sleep full of vivid dreams that at one time were really and that we did experience! They feel real because they were real. We care purging out lifetimes of injustice and injuries, no appetite for when we were starving, and fevers for when we were burning up with the inability to take action. Our bodies are REMEMBERING what we are letting go; misery, suffering, starvation, and so much more! Our chakras are being balanced with every breath we take when we are too tired to speak. We are leaving behind lifetimes of illness in order to live again. As we hold more and more light we become the light body of the star seeds of the Universe. The great champions of love who want to help us live our most glorious life! But the 3D experience leaves little room for feeling inspired let alone motivated to do anything but survive. We are too sick and exhausted to DO anything but lie here in bed and bemoan being alive on earth! And I don’t blame you; for this role of ascended being is not for Everyone but a few. YOU. And YOU. And yes, even YOU. You are the chosen one. You are the special one. You are blessed to ascend with the greatest masters of all time across millennia! So when you’re too exhausted to brush your teeth or do more than complain about your dark night, remember this; EYES WIDE OPEN MY BELOVED, YOU ARE THE FUTURE, you hold the entire UNIVERSE in the palm of your hand. THAT is how important you are to this work of lighting the earth. That is why your mission is so fraught with obstacles and challenges. Because it is so important and so are YOU. And YOU can do hard things! For this is not a “dark night if the soul” but a reckoning of cataclysmic and universal blessings bestowed upon your ancestral head. 2023 The Empowered Rebel

“2023: The Year of Transformation”

The next three years (2023 to 2025) are “Choice Point Years” in the collective consciousness. Deep transformative change will occur in us if we choose
to surrender to spiritual expansion and
align with our true destiny.
This expansion will open us to new possibilities, bring growing pains, and require great inner courage.

The past three years (2020-2022),
we deconstructed our deepest wounds and fears, laying them at our feet to examine and mourn over. The first 4 months of 2023, we will sift through the shadow rubble to extract what we want to keep of ourselves, plant seeds of new potential, and point our belly button in the direction that explores our highest potential as human beings.

The rest of 2023 will see us embodying a new archetype: The Empowered Rebel!

In fact, in the next 9 years, those on the Ascension path will be downloading, attuning and embodying 13 New Earth archetypal energies that have been offline in our genetic coding!

2023 is a more introspective year, where we are bridging the gap between mind and spirit. This is a combination of conscious and subconscious thinking that allows the mind to shine a light into the very deepest realms to access hidden truths. Our Self-Truth within our third chakra will strongly emerge as we are tested this year, so that we learn to live by our own beliefs and values, and anchor in our spiritual self to our earthly self —
to manifest the first steps of our true destiny.

A cautionary message: People are now either firmly on the path of healing, wholeness and spiritual expansion in 5D, or are getting caught more in their 3D dysfunctional patterns, their wounding, and becoming more reactive/destructive.

The old paradigm will still be dismantling, old systems publicly revealing their glaring dysfunction, and there will be an increasing divide between those that are on an accelerated path of ascension expansion and those people getting caught more in their reactivity/polarization and Victim archetype. There are now only two paths to choose from!

2023 is a time for those of us who are passionate creators, innovators, pathfinders and pioneers of the new Earth paradigm to courageously rise above anything that wants to block us or derail us.

This is not a reference to Cabal, Illuminati, evil beings or dark galactic forces — there is no room in 5D multidimensional reality to believe in anyone or anything that we can blame or be polarized by. Giving any of our energy to lower vibrational fears or concerns will only deplete us further.

January 2023 is about us seeing and transforming what no longer serves us to move forward on this path of Self-Truth! — this will allow those of us in these 5D Higher Mind /True Self energies to move into Oneness and the cosmic flow of abundance.

As of 1/11/23, we are firmly anchored in the Oneness/Abundance timeline and learning to flow in the grace of our True Self divinity.

To focus on for this year:

  1. Continue to find balance in your life. Anchor yourself into a daily spiritual process and practice so that you can stay on an even keel. This may include connecting with nature, meditating, praying, chanting, breathing exercises, rituals, ceremonies or spiritual support via a certain group.

Be aware of how you use your power —
is it in a balanced way so that you can flow in your life without power struggles? How can you transform what no longer serves you so that you can be more in the flow and receive abundance?

If you struggle with addictions, please make it a focus to tackle this, and other issues that lower your vibration. Make it a priority, as this year will add fuel to the fire!

  1. Cultivate your creativity and any creative talents as this will help you find balance.
  2. Balance your “alone time” with engaging in healthy relationships that support you and your dreams.
  3. Continue to hone boundaries and know that your relationships will continue to change, some will fall away (so allow this and don’t fight it).

There will be more people that “pass away” to other timelines as the denser energies of control, manipulation, being goal driven, competing, control, force, anger, hostility, greed, materialism, ego, over-productivity, quick fix, worry/anxiety, shame, drama, guilt, fear continue to shift in the collective to a co-creative value system.

  1. Bring out your talents and gifts in a bigger way — the Ascension process has cleared trauma and blocks that kept you from living your highest potential.
    Now allow your talents to come through and be expressed in your forms of play and service to others. It is safe to shine!
    Spirit will help you if you trust this process and follow your inner knowing.
  2. Focus on selfless impeccability — you have owned your shadow and past, and your ego is in the throes of dying — focus now on service-oriented purpose! We are moving from “me” to co-creative “we.” Being selfless instead of selfish is the catalyst to impeccable New Earth leadership! Now you have the opportunity to live from wholeness, not your wounding, and can learn to live in grace, anchoring in another way of living and being human. This is the year you plant seeds for yourself and the New Earth!
  3. Expect growing pains as a result as you rebirth, and find new fertile soil to plant your 5D self. This will require courageous effort, focused intention and spiritual strength to move out of any stagnation (anger, frustration, depression) and claim your destiny.
  4. Multisensory expansion continues — You will continue to be more energetically sensitive to cosmic events and energy around you. As your multisensory perception (psychic, intuition, telepathy, etc.) comes online and expands, you will need to ground yourself and take care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

“Stepping into 2023
with Our Fearless Light”

On New Year’s Eve, even though it is a Gregorian calendar cycle, many will be placing their attention on a brighter new year. This in itself makes it a sacred day. This New Year’s Eve we can place our attention on cultivating pure knowingness (a step beyond hoping, intending, wishing, praying, etc.) and the collective rebirth (the step beyond the solo path and hermiting), and hold in our hearts a vision for a lighter and more joyful future for the entire collective.

In the traditional Kiche’ Mayan calendar, 1.1.2023 is 1 AKABAL (west). This year starts off with a great force and power that is also considered the first gear of a much grander creation, which would make sense because we are just now beginning to anchor this new cycle into the physical reality. But it also represents the birth of new creations and can trigger great awakenings along with offering many new opportunities.

In the Yucatan modernized Mayan Astrology Calendar, 1.1.2023 is 7 LAMAT (south). This year will have an underlying feeling of not belonging in either world, the past or the present. It can be a very otherworldly and mystical energy, but also can bring a profound centering. And this is no surprise, because we are letting go of the old world and creating a new one. The 7 is the converging point between the past and the future. It’s all about merging! Which is the complete opposite of the last ten years, where there was a lot of separation and division. The day sign of Lamat brings higher vision but is also balanced with great reasoning. Both vision and enlightened reasoning will be needed to create this new world we’re stepping into. It brings a much needed profound community consciousness. Radical new envisioning can trigger an element of fear, as we will be stepping into the new territory. But this is something that we’ve been working on the last few years anyway, and I feel like we’ve mastered it at this point.

As 2023 begins, we also acknowledge the need for self-care and deep rest and healing for our bodies and souls. We have gone through a very challenging gauntlet of tests. We have suffered so many losses and betrayals and life changes, and have been living in a constant state of letting go. We have also had our eyes opened to the great necessity to take deep accountability for our all actions to be able to move forward. Without doing the deep inner work and taking accountability, and being truly honest with ourselves, we can get stuck on the hamster wheel. The word for 2022 was “relentless”.

The word for 2023 is “RADICAL.” It will be a time for radical trust. Because we no longer fit in our old lives anymore, and not in the same way. Nobody is out in front of us creating a path for us to follow. This is the path we must carve for ourselves and for humanity. We are the explorers of a new cycle and a new time. We are entering a new frontier. We are in lands unknown. And this is the land we are to anchor together, collectively. It’s going to take radical trust, radical creativity, radical knowingness, radical vulnerability, radical honesty and radical self responsibility.

There are still more tests to come, but now we are wiser and more seasoned and as ready as we can be for what is to come. We have been painfully stretched beyond our limitations of the old cycle, and the past age has now moved into the rearview mirror of our lives. We have discovered how much stronger and wiser we are, and also how incredibly vulnerable we all are as well. We have become comfortable with uncertainty. Both strength and vulnerability take immense courage to get on with our next steps.

We will embody a deep knowing that the way through is also knowing that the Great Creator, Ascended Master Realms, Angelic Realms and the collective of humanity are working with us. There is so much divine help supporting this groundbreaking process. But it is still our work to do. And remember, we did sign up for this. We also signed up to do it in our vulnerable human space suit! What an epic trip we have decided to take together.

The “Flu” – Ascension upgrades of light

There is no sick. There are Ascension/Light Upgrades.
Sick is a human word.
We clear density. Each huge light blast will cause the physical body to go through an upgrade and it must clear anything held within (anger, betrayal, shame, guilt, fear….) Old emotions/thoughts are ENERGY and this energy must “bind” to something physical to “carry” these old programs out of the body. (Mucous).
For every human ailment, there is a higher realm truth that has nothing to do with what one “believes” it is…
All is energy, all is discordant frequency needing to be TUNED.
The physical body must completely reverse all systems in order to clear out all old programming and “start up again”. (Thyroid, lymphatic, adrenals, more…)
Replace your words and you will change how you perceive it, how you “treat” it (suppress or assist it in coming up/clearing) and how your body reacts to it. Allows it to leave or holds on….
Epidemic = Everyone being blasted with photonic light.
Continual episodes = Lots of clearing and IT’S LEAVING…
Skin outbreaks/itching: Crystals/Star Particles under the skin. These get very intense/strange from “time to time”. Can go on for years, depending on how long one holds themself to a certain frequency, holds on to old programming.
It will move out quickly and get lesser and lesser along the way.
You are becoming the sun.
Yes, things do get weird….
Remember, it’s not “back again”, it’s leaving again. You assist it when you remember this.
The physical body repairs itself when you S-L-E-E-P. You integrate your own light when you sleep. You birth new realities when you sleep. Veils are removed, when you sleep. You wake up as you sleep. S-L-E-E-P… until you’ve slept enough and your higher self will tell you when this is.
In the moments you can’t sleep, get creative and DO that thing that assists your journey.
Wake up groggy? Stay groggy. You are anchoring the LUCID DREAM to walk in in the physical.
Fuzzy headed, good. Not supposed to be able to focus.
Blurry eyes? Perfect, your eyes are upgrading to be able to see your new reality vibrationally.
Headaches/migraines = Pineal Gland activating, new vision, veil removal….
Get your body pH’d. Drink pH water.
The crystals cause your body to go acidic and you need this to assist with these activations.
There is soooo very much more. This is just a tiny bit of what is going on with so many.
You are transforming from Carbon Based to Crystalline.
You don’t become the SUN, a walking Crystal Transmitter, without some really bizarre and uncomfortable things as you come online/get into alignment as SOURCE ENERGY here.

Did you know that all our hearts are talking to one another right now? Your heart is connected to every other heart and they communicate (electromagnetically) almost instantly. I am not just presenting this as an idea. It is a fact.

You are sitting in contact with each other’s ‘heart bubble” right NOW.

Every beat of your heart sends out an expanding spherical signal at the speed of light (squared) to every other “bubble”.

This is the impact you have all the time. And every single bubble is pulsating in and around this Planet. You and the Planet are immersed in each other’s heartbeat.

When you know how to talk to your own heart you will know how to talk to others and Gaia without saying or mentally thinking anything.

Each and every one of you has been waging a war between your brain and your heart and your body.
