Apartment- Housing – Middle Class disappearing

Upon waking I thought I was middle class and as I lost my health insurance ( Cobra Serve ) with a $1000 house payment and lots of repairs needed , the insurance cost $1000 for a policy without dental nor vision .

I found ” middle class ” grossly under supported and as I became a ” senior ” even less so .

And I saw it coming over 12 years ago and moved to rural where I had to rent until old business was corrected . The constant insanities of being a tenet and out of pocket medical cost as I was subjected to abused physically and emotionally delayed me but I sense a house is forthcoming .

Keeping the faith , sadly someone defaulting on a mortgage may be my clearing on buying a home and securing a foundation , less stressful and more stabilizing as I return to gardening etc when in lay my peace .

That challenges the past who considers the happy home for me as a magnet for attracting a partner .

I don’t sense that happening in the near future ; but it does show the distorted thinking of the past who doesn’t feel I deserve comforts and peace / happiness and has contributed to my challenges for decades that ends NOW

2008 Finance Wall Street Bail out

Long before 2008 the US was in a decline . My experience began in 2004 , and selling my town house below $124,000 discovered the leap in home values and tripled prices . The homes I was shown were sad and I bought one , unaware of a multitude of problems .

I wanted out within days of moving in , and my agent laughed and said I had to stay there a2 years to recoup my money . This house was $124 k and all I could afford .

I sold it for $137,000. and a creditor’s lien took $5,000

The tax assessment came and it valued house at &142,000.

The ” flipping ” of homes was surreal , An older guy a few houses up committed suicide and his daughter cleared possessions saying she had 4 houses to deal with . It was sold in the court house steps . Old guy chose to take his life in his truck .

I was quoted $172 initial listing LOL

That was determined as an event of 2008 , my self and many others I spoke too had major housing problems with no one interested in resolutions .

That home of 2 years was Heaven and it was Hell and I pity the older gal who bought it as deal and had no concept of what needed to be done . She cut down Camellia bushes down out front , gracing the front and which are rarely seen .

I moved into a town house owned by an alcoholic , as he evicted a woman of color . I worked with her to get her things . Upon moving in there was broken glass and more to be dealt with . He fixed nothing and had my storage space full of his work related stuff. He said he photographed sports teams etc

I considered he was into porno but I scooted out of there pretty quick .

It was discovered that the Realtor – Insider began this housing nightmare 2008

I’m going to be very careful in selecting an agent .

Foot Note

The agent who sold me the nightmare house , committed suicide about 3/4 years ago . She was addicted to Xanax , had taken charge of 2 step daughters , and slammed more that a few people with her representation.

Eyes :Soon I’ll be reconditioned!

Last week I had an eye exam. I get them as I can afford them and my vision demanded to get an exams.

My prescription changed very little . The scratched lens wasn’t the only reason for my blurred vision .

I have cataracts in both eyes and k my vision is blurry . Quoted the out of pocket , I feel I can make it happen soon .

I have come to realize that I experienced 3 health issues that were resolved Jan 15 and could have died from any one of the 3 .

So while I’m uninsured , have Type A Medicare , and have not been able to add a better plan and supplemental .

Just as my credit was clearing , largely to loosing my health care in a divorce that was ignorant of the truths and being targeted in said divorce to insure I’d fail .

The 2nd reason beyond a very bad experience of trying to acquire health insurance and my alliance with natural – holistic health and healing .

My hospital and rehab experience was as it should have been . Over 30 days after surgery I cancelled an MRI to receive a call from Drs office saying a lesion had been found on my liver but was probably nothing !

Seriously ! A $10,000 MRI required when no mention was made of the liver lesson for 30 days !

Then I received a packet of forms from a cancer specialist and I cancelled that Dr

I have a Dr I have confidence in and feel confident of our treatment plan

I am using topical testosterone to help build muscle mass and am not at all treated to adverse reactions .

I have had sweet lessons and some harsh ones and am releasing energies whom ever they be that are not aware of my change and worth

I’m not gonna loose faith due to medical debts but my income is stretched to the max which allows this “ ground hog day “ financial crisis and was gratified to note an increase in my income last year which was unexpected in this 2nd year of contract that should not increase nor decrease!

I’m focused on finding a home as prices fall and not trying to stress over many examples of lower energies who do much harm

Spiritual attacks are a reality but I am freed .

I’m winging it again as my helper had pressing personal problems including relocating.

All is well with my soul 🙏😘❤️
