Being Correct

There is alot of old sticky, heavy, combative energy surfacing at the moment. This message is to say that

it’s okay, it’s not just you going through all of this right now, as a whole this is being experienced throughout.

Things that we had once thought

we had overcome, things that

we thought we had let go of.

Patterns, habits, coping mechanisms ,

past resentments and insecurities are all surfacing rapidly and also quite spectacularly.

Things that we thought wouldnt hurt us any more have rocked up to challenge our perceptions.

And have shown up seemingly uninvited to shine light uppon the deepest darkest corners of our sorrow.

This isnt time to internalize this,

as we have some how failed in our journey of healing. For some your healing has really only just begun.

It is to highlight that the layers of old pain and trauma don’t always go silently.

They don’t always, shift without having one last tantrum before it storms off in a almighty climactic huff.

There are times where it stops us in our tracks to say, “hey, there is a little piece of me that’s still here and you are ready to deal with me now”

In which case, this inner child suffering is being invited to be worked on to a degree that you might not have felt before. This can feel lonesome, tiresome, endless and at times we can feel completely unsupported.

There is no right or wrong way of navigating these things, no words that can take away or eleveate what you are experiencing.

Only this message of compassion and innerstanding that no matter how alone in all of this you may feel right now. You are very much supported, nothing can effect or challenge that.

Difficult conversations, disagreements and challenged perceptions might surface between partners, close friends or relatives right now.

Try to challenge yourself to come from a compassionate angle. Meaning when you think you do this already and you think you are being compassionate towards someone, challenge yourself to hold even more space and compassion for the other while remaining calm and holding clear yet loving bounderies.

Being correct isnt the goal of life.

Only the demands of the ego.

Common ground is found when we soften and see the other, human to human, soul to soul from one heart to another.

Its here where we can parent and nurture our inner children, they way they have always longed to be taken care of.

Updating: since Sunday, almost 1 week I have been in a hospital. I came via Rescue Squad with only a sheet and my wallet

I had gone though weeks of head congestion , coughing , draining which stopped. Then sweats that were drenching as I got weaker and weaker , mostly staying home . Then I had a night I had to crawl from the toilet and after considerable time was able to pull myself up on the bed . It was very scary and I didn’t want to repeat any of this horrific experience. I became more and more dehydrated. So Sunday a week ago I was urinating tons , sweating and vomiting and realized I might have appendicitis. and called the rescue squad .

They took me to Radford and I don’t remember much but “exploratory “ surgery was done ; I had a raging urinary infection and my appendix had blown. I was given a combo COVID test ( strains of flu etc) and put in a room where later another lady with COVID joined me .

I have been given lots of RX , urged to get up and walk etc. ( way too weak) and to go to rehab .

I never felt I was going to die but never saw this coming . My legs which have become weak are much weaker. I want to rest but a busy hospital it’s not the place . I know I need nutritious food and water but that’s not happening. I do have a group of folks around me that help. Friends began calling today and plans have been made.

Pathology reports state that I had 12 polyps removed and 1 was cancerous. Some of my colon was removed. Chemo was mentioned and it’s not an option.

My choice is to go to this rehab where I have choices and therapy , my own room and healing foods and protocols to snuff out the offensive cancer and regain my strength .

I tried to contact sons but they’re busy/ not interested and maybe joy-filled at my newest challenge ?!

I welcome prays and faith that I can and will be fine in time .

Solar activity accelerates the process of our physical body’s adaptation to a greater amount of energy available and is what causes our physical “symptoms,” but it’s not actually any disease. Here is a very short explanation: everything that exists in the Universe is energy, and only energy, vibrating (spinning sub-atomic particles) at different speeds (frequencies).

Our physical body, which is just an expression of our Consciousness, vibrates at a lower frequency (that’s why we define it as matter); when we are constantly receiving a greater amount of energy than we were accustomed to, it goes through an adaptation process to be able to drive a increased amount of energy (transformed into electrical impulse) through the Nervous and Cardiovascular System. Imagine what it’s like connecting a current with 220 voltage to a wire used to drive only 110.

The energy we receive from the Sun and Cosmic Radiation translates into increased neural activity and connectivity (expansion of Consciousness) and a stronger heartbeat (opening of the heart and expansion of the electromagnetic field). We become more sensitive to higher vibrational frequencies and our senses sharpen and adapt to perceive frequencies that were previously out of reach.

The effect of this increased amount of energy input causes symptoms such as pressure in the head (headache, migraine, burning in the brain, tingling sensation), dizziness or feeling like under the effect of a drug, difficulty focusing the vision, dry or irritated eyes, flu symptoms that it is not flu (or allergy), ringing in the ears, tones as in Morse code, slight increase in blood pressure, burning in the mouth of the stomach or indigestion, oppression or discomfort in the throat, insomnia, a lot of physical fatigue, burning on the skin and being very thirsty.

Whatever feels like “nerves,” “vibration,” tingling, “goosebumps” or partial chills is just that ENERGY. As far as the mental effect is concerned, we may feel confused, having difficulty concentrating, being in two “dimensions” at once (the brain, already more sensitive to subtle frequencies, begins to try to decode the information that it is receiving, even though there is no obvious material source), memory loss short-term and the feeling of being “crazy.” Mood changes are frequent, as is irritability and the need to isolate, as well as increased emotional sensitivity and periods of euphoria and unconditional love. Increased light sensitivity, noise intolerance, and vivid, lucid, extraordinary dreams are also part of this process.

As we are already under the effect of these energies constantly, although there are times when it intensifies even more like this week, it is indifferent whether you feel it before or after because well may be that what you feel “before” actually is an “after.”

Remember that whether we feel it or not, depends on the opportunity (that we are not surrounded by other people or other magnetic fields), where our attention is placed and on the individual plan of each one. Those who don’t feel it doesn’t mean they’re not living it, it just means they’re not aware of it and can attribute it to any other cause they deem more reasonable. Remember that water is our best ally and that touching the ground helps remove excess voltage.

This too shall pass, so don’t get distracted from your own process of expansion.

Hard Spiritual Awakenings – Hold on 🙏❤️

Those attached to version of me that doesn’t exist and wish me to fail have no clue about what they draw to themselves but I’m surrendered to their journey being their choice .

I’ve had to deal with such distorted energy and had no choice but to disconnect or die

In this year of Wisdom, in which many will awake their light bodies, and expand their intuitive senses, we have just begun with the first activation of our third eye and upper channels. Last night I had my first activation of the year, and Guides shared the importance of sharing for all who are experiencing the same activations.

This is the first of the many activations that we will experience, as we do our inner work, and continue consciously integrating the new sixth and seventh-dimensional energies that Earth is now receiving.

As the Earth’s connections with the Sixth-dimensional indigo Ray were successfully rehabilitated, now Planet Earth is able to anchor these illumined energies, for we are now part of this new harmonic octave of Creation. It is now when we can fully restore our sixth chakra and male side, and with their correspondent ears and eyes portals, for as you know the sixth chakra is connected to the ears and eyes through energetic conduits. These conduits allow us to receive guidance, in the way that is meant to be for us and help us expand our communication with these higher planes of existence.

The third eye activation can happen isolated and can be felt, although we are all unique, as a deep tingle in our third eye area. However, it can also occur together with the pineal gland activation, causing dizziness, lack of sleep, headaches, and many other sensations that are natural symptoms indicating a massive release, and the restoration and/or expansion, of our non-physical channels.

As we open our sixth chakra and their correspondent body portals, we too open our connection with the sixth-dimensional planes, allowing its guidance, love, and compassion to flow through us. It is also a very important time for those who are focused on the rehabilitation of their upper senses, as this is a time for us to move inward and begin to work from the inside, communing with our God Self, and connecting all the body portals that need to work in unison if we desire to receive more light, wisdom, and power, and hence, direct communication with the Illumined God Planes.

To help with the physical sensations experienced with these activations, drinking pure water is essential, as it is a natural conductor of energies, clearing our body channels, naturally, and helping us purify ourselves, completely. Sound is another natural healer that also helps us heal and conduit these harmonic energies within our bodies.

“How to Understand Solar Storms”

Earth has been receiving the impact of solar storms for many centuries.
It is not new by any means.
What is occurring is the acceleration at which the atmospheric conditions are approaching our whole world. And the severity in which it happens. In particular, the strength of the solar winds.

Maybe you have gained awareness recently of the effect these storms are having on our 3rd-dimensional bodies. More importantly, the new and ever-evolving vibrational frequency of the energy of our body and our planet.

Solar flares and geomagnetic storms are an essential part of our ascension. The Earth and the solar storms transmit frequencies from one to the other.
Within this frequency is the code to set the ascension process in motion, and a domino effect occurs.

As solar storms make their way to Earth, they can disrupt our planet and its electromagnetic field. Our earthly bodies have their own electromagnetic field. Extending outside and surrounding our auras.

These flares are massive, and that is an understatement. And while I am not a science nerd or tech-minded, I have a soft spot for statistics. I gain curiosity like a child about how it affects the energetic body, our planet, and the collective consciousness. The intuitive-empath-healer side of me drinks it all in. Just like a long island ice tea on a hot afternoon.

The body has a lot of work to do as it sits in the vehicle seat. Each wave of flares will need time to integrate into our energy system. It will usually occur one to three days after a solar storm.

Our higher self takes the wheel when this occurs. Decides how to be embodied into the physical and etheric body.

Purpose of Solar Flares

The solar flares are fuel for the mass awakening into a high consciousness. Nudges those un-awakened to awaken quickly like a jolt out of bed. A few years ago, the awakening was a gradual drip for some of us. Synchronicities and gentle nudges of awakening were like waking up after a long sleep.

The solar flares have two purposes:

1st — The planet earth is a living soul herself. Shifting and fracturing after each solar flare. Assisting humanity to awaken, raising her vibration. To allow each soul in the earthly sphere to do the same.

2nd — To wake up each soul from its un-awakened state, to raise each persons` vibration. To release us from a 3d dense carbon body to becoming crystalline.

Our bodies are nothing short of magic and have been evolving since the first wave of awakening back in 1998 (approximately). A testament to how we have existed all this time.

How do solar storms affect our body?

With every storm, our physical body may experience many ascension symptoms — fatigue, foggy memory, unable to focus, forgetful, blurry eyes, headaches, migraine, sinus and flu-like symptoms, and sore joints. Rapid changes in body temperature, ranging from hot to cold. Disruption to our sleeping patterns, throwing off our internal biological clock. Vivid dreams. Anxiety increases. Ear ringing, feeling out of our bodies. Body Vibrating, to name a few.

Emotionally we can go through the Dark Night of the soul, the intense purging of outdated beliefs and patterns. The releasing of the trauma of this life and past lives, irritability. There is the other side, moments of bliss and euphoric insights, new ideas, clarity of situations where there was none.

Those who are empaths or HSP (highly-sensitive people) may experience these symptoms heavier than others. We are tuned in by our energy into the collectives’ energy.

Our DNA is in the process of being upgraded to allow more light to come into the body. New strands of our DNA are on the threshold of being discovered, an exciting time for humanity. As a holistic healer, I am especially looking forward to this.

These changes will find a new place to call home in our bodies. And our intuition and connection to source energy will begin to strengthen. Psychic gifts develop further, or newly discovered abilities will become available to you to explore.

Our seven chakras remain while they get upgraded also. Our bodies will allow 12 chakras, possibly more to come online. Some like myself are already aware and use the 12 chakras in healing and meditation. This current influx of energy will eventually turn on all the 12 chakras for others.

We may experience degrees of fatigue. We are physically and utterly wiped out, on a grand scale. We spend a lot of the time on the lounge resting as our body vibrates, our chakras getting upgraded. Upgrades and downloads of new inspirations occur below the surface. The need to sleep is a priority. Or it is the opposite, and we experience insomnia as our bodies attempt to absorb the energy.

It is vital during this time to remain hydrated. And eat light to allow the body to do what is required. Grounding and getting out to nature are essential for our well-being. Meditate or be in a calm state to speak to the universe and listen for guidance. We can channel source light energy back into the entire planet to help her along her ascension.

In simple terms, it is similar to taking my sports performance car to the mechanic for a dyno tune, adding parts to the exhaust, engine, and body to output more power and make it more aerodynamic. It is the same for our bodies. As we evolve, so must our entire bodies and energy systems.

However, there is one hesitation. To begin ascending and to evolve will be a soul choice, decided at incarnation.

If you are reading this now, I believe you are already on your awakening or just beginning. The words I channel have their unique vibration. I trust the right souls will read it if it is for them.

Some will remain un-awakened. It is a soul choice. They will travel along in their life as it is perfect for them until their soul is ready to depart.

Grid Structure Changes

These flares will change the grid structure of our planet. Home to a new crystalline gridline now becoming established all through the earth. Linked together by many chakras, positioned around the planet. Similar to our body.

Earth will experience her own ascension symptoms. The solar storms can cause more earthquakes and volcanoes as the grid of the Earth rattles and shakes.

Gaia has to shake off the dense energy, she is responsible for bringing the crystalline grid online so our bodies can connect to it. This raises the vibration of herself and all those who live here in this time of awakening. This has already begun, grid workers have been assisting Gaia for many years. It is truly a team effort for all involved.

It is like a theatre show where we are the main actors are the star of the show. There are many people behind the scenes getting the production-ready.

To Conclude

We can never fully prepare for every solar storm. At times, we may be able to go about our daily lives and routines, or we may be required to rest and surrender. In other instances, we need to pay attention to what is triggering us and work through what is surfacing. Listen to your body, it will always steer you the way forward.

Ascension into 5d is not a physical space that we move to. It is the vibration of our energy that rises. The purpose is to flip the narrative on everything we know. To start seeing what has been unseen with new eyes. Earth that resides only from a place of love. A new golden age of light is upon us.

A collective consciousness that wants all of humanity to ascend, to live in peace from greed, violence, and corruption. Not the emotion of fear, which has been the narrative for many lifetimes already.

A community of souls where we are all connected, not divorced and disconnected. Humans that are of service to all, not just to ego or their self.

To gather an understanding of all the technical terms you may hear when solar storms are discussed on social media or otherwise, here is a glossary to assist:

Solar storms: A disturbance of energy coming from the sun
Solar winds: A stream of particles containing plasma and particles from our sun.
Electromagnetic field: This is the magnetic field around our planet. See it as the Aura around our earth. It expands from earth out into space.
Geomagnetic storms: When a solar storm occurs, the wind of this storm hits the magnetosphere. It disrupts the magnetic field that surrounds us.
Schumann Resonance: Gaia`s heartbeat. It is measured in hertz, specifically 7.83hrtz. When a solar storm occurs, the hertz will increase.
A B, C, M, and X Class Flares: A grading system, measuring the flares. A being mild, X being severe.
KP 0 to 10: The Kp index is a measuring system to determine the severity of a solar storm. Also, it will indicate the intensity of the Aurora Borealis some countries can see at the time of a solar storm.

More Folls Waking
