It is ironic how so many Lightworkers have been dragged into the fear mongering after having been told and actively welcoming the thought of

a Great Awakening.

Think how magnificent it is that

All Humanity is stirred and are being presented with the opportunity to truly know themselves and make self-empowering freewill life choices.

It is happening as foretold by sages and seers through the Ages.

So in order for each to gain their Freedom, as foretold long ago, and Known deep within your own Heart,

there is now great tumult and tribulation, fear and confusion amongst the people.

And this is where You and I are supposed to come in.

It is perhaps the greatest reason why

you are Here in these momentous times.

To Go OUT THERE into the market place and walk your walk and talk your talk.

The time has come to STEP OUT.

And Shine in your own way having made your Freedoms Choice. No touch too small where Love is Present.Your people need you.

It is no longer enough to be just a ‘Lightworker’. It is now time to be the WAYSHOWER of your Choice…. God or Mammon. in whatever way is your destiny to do it.

To be a LEADER (not a follower). To lead from your OWN AUTHORITY WITHIN, firmly embracing the Lord God of Your Being.

The people need the Touch of your Love and your Calm and seeing you Fearless and without judgement.

Not long lectures as to Your Truth to prove your ‘rightness”. Just You demonstrating Your Choice.

Just be YOU Being YOU everyday. Willingly, Lovingly and Fearlessly.

the last 3 days, and an X – CLASS Solar flare (strongest kind), we are being completely rearranged cellularly, mentally, emotionally and physically. Here are the highlights of this DNA upgrade thus far:

If you had any doubt in your divine talents that are arising in you, know that by the time this upgrade is over, you will be more firmly in your authentic self and feel stronger in your core.

Oneness is anchored in you, so you may have the urge to create your life differently, to live radically, to stand firmly in your own beliefs and value system, and to act on your inner promptings.

Your brain is shifting to a holistic view, without duality and separation.

You have a choice as to how you work with the influx of new coding – either you can choose doubt and fear or you can choose trust and faith.

There Is A Spiritual Component To Every Disease Or Disability

I have tested the above statement many times and it still holds true, Today, for example, I am recovering from the extraction of two molars and the extraction sites which were quiet for two and a half days have started throbbing painfully and the pain was keeping me from sleeping.

My first thought, of course, was that the sites have gotten infected and I needed to see the dentist to get a prescription for antibiotics. After all, the extraction sites were still open and there was nothing covering them and keeping them from getting packed with food. The normal procedure would be to use the advantages of modern medicine and deal with the infection in the usual way.

As a practicing spiritual healer, I considered what I would ask any client in this situation, and I checked for the presence of disturbed spirits. I immediately found one who was painfully reliving some major jaw injuries on my behalf. My open wounds were reminding him of his own earlier and much worse injuries which resulted in painful infection and loss of life. The images that flashed in my mind as I reached out for him were jaw wounds from a battle in the Civil War and my pains began to subside as soon as I spotted that the injuries were his and not due to my recent oral surgery.

My contact with this fallen soldier accomplished two things within moments. My pains dropped away completely and he woke up and came up to present time. He was able to let go of the memories of the injuries which had caused his death and is now ready to go out and explore the 21st century. I got a grateful “much obliged!” from him before he disappeared.

I am now comfortable and pain-free and the process took 10 minutes while I was writing this article. I use the technology I developed for my spiritual counseling practice and you can use it too. This 21st-century spiritual practice is called Spiritual Rescue Technology, as it rescues spirits who are trapped in past incidents and sets them free to begin participating in life in present time. This technology is a time-tested way of regaining your ability to communicate with spirits and to help them and yourself when trouble occurs. Treatment

I have better news ! My surgical wound is

healing nicely and I am checking out of

rehab tomorrow.

My motel room has been cleaned and

in better order .

My sister is on her way today to see me and

on Tuesday will drive me to my Dr

150 miles away for treatment which will

consist of Vitamin C chelation , a couple of

Ozone treatments over 3 days He has

recommended CBD to aide me and a slow

acting RX that will be sent from New Jersey .

I will buy the equipment to do Ozone

in my colon for $1000 as this treatment

must be done regularly. I hope to make

that purchase by next month and though

I feel cancer free , I want to insure there

is no welcome environment for a

recurrence . I have great faith in my

choices and those assisting me.

My sister and o have rented a very sweet

cottage for 2 nights and plan to eat at

my favorite restaurant, Ivy’s which is

a farm to table place in an older home

and has the best grilled trout I’ve ever

eaten .

Dr Edwardo Castro has recommended a

book “ Tripping over the Truth “ which

is about the falsehoods and truth of cancer .

I have it in my cart at Amazon!

So I’m feeling very positive ; I have ordered

health aides to assist me and will have

assistant from a home health care company.

A hospital bed and visits from a

professional and plans to address diet

and exercise and push away from the

computer more !

I realize how much the abscess formed in

2016 drained my energy and how Blessed

I was to only have 1 stage 3 cancerous

lymph node which has been removed .

I am thankful for the opportunity presented

by ruptured appendix that allowed

discovery of all these very toxic conditions

and now that they are removed I am given

the chance to do better .

Growth & personal expansion

The collective theme being felt at present, and the one I’m very much tapping into is one that is a common occurrence on the path

of awakening/healing/ascension.

This road can seem endless and often appear to be one walked alone.

Though on the level of spirit we are never completley alone, when we start to heal ourselves a number of things can happen, the first often experienced is that we naturally have far more bounderies in place when we begin to really appreceate and respect ourselves maybe for the first time in our lives.

Sometimes those that we used to spend time with and allow into our energy field become impossible to be around. And the things that our lack of bounderies and co dependency wouldnt allow us to say and do become obsolete, we cannot help but cut ties or drift away from them.

Our interests change how we choose to spend our time does too. Partying, alcohol consumption and previous coping mechanisms begin to fade into nonexistance as we appreceate our bodies, minds therefore declining the impact of previous habits naturally becomes a priority.

Socialising in general becomes very diffrent because you won’t want to socialise in the standard westernized way that alot of humans are accustomed to. Loud crowed spaces with lots of peoples misaligned energies can become too overwhelming.

This can cause friction amongst friends Those around us may be triggered by this and may assume we are judging their life choices by choosing other ones

If single and actively working on yourself, meeting a potential partner is not always easy ether, because when you awaken, Heal and start to live in another frequency you become so intuitive and attuned to recieving I formation about those around, and you will identify pretty quickly the parts of another they are ether avoiding or completley un aware of.

Your tolerance for other peoples unhealed stuff impacting your life diminishes entirely, and you will not put up with anyone elses excuses and/or lack of self awareness.

So alot of “potential”connections are instinctively nipped in the bud.

All of this can somtimes seem jarring and we can wonder if our vibe will indeed ever attract our tribe or if we are destined to do life alone.

Fear not, and frett not. This new relationship you are cultivating with your most authentic self is the most important connection you have and these experience are here to show you just that. Appreceate this time you getting to know yourself with tenderness. We are conditioned to believe that it’s sad to spend time with ourselves but in truth it’s the most powerful and empowering thing to allow ourselves to go into this state of momentary social hibernation. It may extend afew months or even years and it may happen more than once along the way.

Embrace it, and know it is a very common part of the process and a time for gentleness, stillness, rest and simplicity.

We have been watching and waiting for the perfect timing to give you this transmission of energy, and now is that time. You are ready to receive so much more because of the wonderful work you have been doing there on yourselves, and you who are awake know exactly what we mean by “work.” You did not sign up for the easy path because you wanted to experience exponential growth. Therefore, all of you who are spiritual masters decided that you would shroud that truth from yourselves,

especially early on in your lives.

You chose heartache and heartbreak, and you chose trauma and disappointment and all kinds of things that you knew would catapult you into being awake.

You wanted to take this part of your journey consciously, and you knew that you needed something to awaken you, to get you to go on a different path than others who would be more interested in the physical trappings of planet Earth. And there’s plenty there that you could be focusing on instead of your spirituality. Perhaps some of you even went down that path initially when you found out that you create your reality with your thoughts, your words, your emotions, and more importantly, your vibration. But everything will eventually lead to you facing all of the challenges head on, because you know those challenges help you to grow.

Now, getting back to the timing of this transmission. There are energies being presented to Mother Earth in every corner, in every nook and cranny, that will be giving those who connect to her everything that you need. Mother Earth, like your sun, can give you activations, can heal you, can provide for you upgrades, attunements, downloads.

They are all available to you all the time, but at certain times, like right now,

Earth herself is getting more to balance and align her energy systems, her grids, her poles, her electromagnetic field. There is so much for you to tap into that is right beneath your feet at this time that will assist you, empower you and give you everything that you need to move forward into this next phase of your ascension, this next phase of your evolution.

You are ready to take life on planet Earth further than it is has ever been before, because this is the time of ascension there on Earth, and you are ready as the ground crew, to receive more not only from above, but also from below. And when you mix those energies together within you, that’s when you understand why you incarnated on Earth at this time.

You are there to be those who can access energies from both the sky the ground, the physical and the nonphysical, the masculine and the feminine. And you are there to integrate and harmonize those energies within yourselves to know yourselves more completely and fully as you truly are.

Now is the time for these energies, and now is the time for those of you who are awake and aware to truly benefit from all that is being given to you and to Mother Earth from those of us who care, from those of us who are watching and waiting and calibrating energies that will catapult you into the fifth dimension.

Psychodynamic Therapy Study / Effective – Mad in America

An article recently published in the Journal of Affective Disorders finds that mounting research evidence demonstrates the effectiveness of Short-Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (STPP) in the treatment of depression.

Using meta-analytic methods – or the analysis of results of multiple previous studies – European psychiatrists led by Ivano Castelli found STPP to be more effective in reducing depressive symptoms than unstructured treatment and supportive therapy. In addition, the researchers found Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and STPP to be similarly effective and did not see increased improvement in patients who combined STPP with antidepressants. The authors write:

“The findings could provide significant data for updating APA guidelines for treating depression. In fact, STPP can be a useful ground for the treatment of patients with mild depression or who do not assume pharmacological therapy or in case of no benefits from cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.”
