Intense Energies / Current Energies

The energies are off the charts,

the buzzing in this body is vibrant today.

Many will continue to lose themselves as they continue to project their emotions outwards.

Vital to keep a check on our emotions and not let them run away with us, it intensifies these energies coming into us.

Makes it harder to stay balanced if we allow ourselves to be attracted to our emotional states. Hard enough to stay balanced with these energies as it is.

As we can all see many seem to be losing it, totally aggressive and testy. I even see it on the highways when people are driving.

The Sun is not going to let up, it is activating Mother Earth and she is showing us that with continuous changes around the planet surface. Be safe out there.

Holding all those in my Heart that are experiencing Fires, Earthquakes, Volcanic eruptions and strong weather around the world. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Not much to say, just integrating all these energies best I can.

Best to just stay in this state and stay out of the heat as well. I do go out for a few minutes to take in some of the Sun rays, keep my vitamin D up and feel the intensity of the Suns Energies.

Bees have even been a bit crazy; I think they feel it and are picking up on the frequencies. Yesterday I had so many buzzing around me, I had to be perfectly still and just let them hang around me. I think they were picking up on my energy and felt comforted.

My Cats run back and forth being crazy too, lol.

All in all, it has been exciting and invigorating.

Having some really strange dreams these last few days, still trying to make sense of them.

Hope you all are doing well through this, more are coming I hear one right after another. I mean all I can say is wow.

Stay out of fear – The hidden ones

I received this message on July 13, 2024 from a group of entities I call the Hidden Ones. Their planet is close to Earth but kept hidden from our view.

We are here to help with the ascension of Mother Gaia and her inhabitants.

We watch to give advice to the souls who have come also to assist with the ascension.

You are giving advice that comes from the teachings of God.

We could help them from another perspective. A perspective that would more align with their galactic experiences.

They are starseeds, as are you, however, they are very new to the density and energy surrounding them. And, very confused. Their assistance is essential in this last push. The sun, the Earth and the Galaxy are all increasing their vibration. Rather than be angry of the pain they must embrace it, flow with it.

We are birthing a New Earth and it will be painful. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

For many people of Earth the increase in their vibration will be very confusing. Many will choose to leave.

For the starseed, once they come into a more familiar aspect of themselves they will remember what to do and thrive.

Oh, the joy they will feel.

The euphoria of those of you who have gone through this and failed. (This is not our first attempt at removing the dark. Jelaila Starr said she was told this is the third attempt and we will make it by the skin of our teeth)

We are grateful for all who are here now. You have come farther than at other times.

You are told that we are winning. However, the dark ones still are fighting. It will get very, very hard on the population because the dark ones are fighting for their very existence. Their fear will cause them to be, basically, unhinged.

That will be our greatest fear but also lead to our greatest victory.

Stay out of fear. Let those with the training fight the dark ones. Keep an ever higher vibration.

In this New Earth energy People will Feel even more drawn to you like a moth to a bright flame. While others are possibly being averse to you, staying away from your energy. Being less able to adopt stealth mode or hide behind the matrix mask .all masks are falling off in earths new energy . As a result it is wise to discern who you spend your energy and time with. Sensitive souls will always absorb energies from all others .

In this planetary cycle of immense change and as recalibration takes place , it helps to move the body to enable and encourage energetic flow. Becoming more flexible, looser, more fluid in your movements. Hips and pelvis movements are energetic catalysts for activations and openings , chest and shoulders opening, back straightening, hips are now realigning in the right directions .

Ascending souls can expect Increased empathy and a need for energetic self care to transmute and clear negative energies more regularly. Trusting in the universal flow of Love frequencies . Knowing the right things come in divine and perfect timing .

Consciously reprogramming the self from matrix algorithms. Heightened awareness of how, when, why the programming works and using tools to unplug, simplifying life by focusing on meaningful aspects. Practicing manifestation consciously. Using mantras, focused intentions and meditations throughout the day and night to reset, rebalance and realign the internal vibrations.

In this Lions gate way activation there will be Intense periods of release from past karmic and dense matrix toxins. physical symptoms , shaking, shivers, heat waves or nausea, aches and pains. Surrender. Allow. Accept. Be. Release. Practice selfcare.

Feelings of depression, anxiety, despair, restlessness, sudden mood swings and very low energy can be experienced during these times. This is the unbearable lightness of energy streaming into being. 5D is the removal of linear thinking , the stripping away of Egoic levels and layers it allows the ascending to embody greater ease, integrity, truth, peace , higher self connection, cooperation, freedom, and unconditional love. 5D ascension is the journey of rising to experience the embodiment of the 5th dimensional higher consciousness.

Jumping into abundant timelines on the eighth of the eighth of the eighth in 2024 many ascending individuals are preparing to shift into higher conscious timelines. This is occurring now , the universe is reminding the ascending collective that it is not about forcing change it is about flowing into change , the universe does not want us to control anything it wants us to create , the universe does not want us to chase any thing it wants us to let go , to vibrationally attract . The universe reminds the ascending they are deliberate creators in new earth energy . It’s not just about speaking the desires , it’s all about believing in their worth within self .

As Ascension unfolds a profound connection with mind body and soul will be experienced. As the ascending pass through doors of quantum perceptions .The veils between dimensions become extremely thin .

Healers, teachers, LightWorkers , earth warriors , Starseeds are all being propelled further into fifth dimensional and beyond expansion levels and Into the higher state of unconditional love , peace and serenity. Where everything feels peaceful , balanced attuned and compassionate . All the while operating within the existing collapsing matrix. This will at times feel like a big challenge in the existing human form and experience .

The human template of suffering and unhealthy attachments must be totally transformed. rewired , realigned , healed and readjusted into a new thought form , feeling , sensing paradigm 5D consciousness in self can then take place .

The Ascending on this planet greatly honour the sovereign seeding , one of healing and Love for our beautiful Earth and her people . Ascending starseeds are all activated for Gaia attunement in transformation and collective Ascension .

Many light workers are currently experiencing a subtle sense of detachment from reality. This phenomenon is consistent with a dimensional shift, transitioning from stagnant energy into a multifaceted new paradigm. Light workers are starting to function in higher densities simultaneously, which manifests as a feeling of detachment from conventional reality. It is important to understand that this experience is contextual, arising from a linear perspective. You are quite litrally ascending with the equivalent of temporarily altitude sickness. Your mental, physical, emotional and light body need time to ajust. Its why extreme fatigue and tiredness are present. SYMPTOMS CHECK: With all the strong solar flare activity over the past couple of days, we may be feeling fatigue or have other symptoms: wobbly legs, quavery stomach, nervousness or anxiety, lightheadedness, digestive or intestinal issues, etc. How are you doing?

The only way out is in/Current Energy

Our bodies are changing and we are going through extreme releasing so that more Light can enter our cells, and other previous dormant, or what scientists believe as junk DNA can activate. As our old karmic imprints are being burnt away by the sacred fires of alchemy, higher light is able to enter because of these purifying fires. It’s been quite a whirlwind as these new energies are infiltrating.

We are all feeling the many subtle changes going on around us and within our bodies and this will continue to happen so that our energy has time to adjust to the new frequencies being transmitted down, helping us to not only clear the old blockages, but to integrate the very new rays that have new signature patterns.

Many are feeling the battle wounds of this and are feeling incredibly tired and spent. As the frequency rises it may be hard to see the benefits yet and easy to lose sight that progress is being made at all.

We are all going through a cleanse of eliminating toxins and emotional dross that have slowly built up over many lifetimes. Solar flares will continue to be released amplifying and helping us in upgrading our DNA, shifting our vibrational frequency. Heightened sensitivities, electrical surges and buzzing through the body, heightened sensitivities to sound and energy. Muscle cramps and heat flashes that are connected to the releasing of kundalini energy moving through the body. Sleep disturbances and a need for more stillness and quietness.

Feelings of exhaustion and burnout and the Thymus fluttering, heart palpitations as the heart chakra awakens like a sleeping giant stirring, are all indications of the change. Our life force readjusting as gentle waves of light moves through us. These unpleasant symptoms will pass as our vibration continues to rise and we correct ourselves and release the energy blockages and distortions we have been carrying around.

These internal adjustments are here to attune us and clear away the inner pollution we have been carrying.

The more we can continue to process our shadow selves and the more we tend to the house where spirit lives the more effortless our transition will be and the more light can enter. We really are like baby switchboards learning to plug in to many more circuits that previously were not available to us. We can only handle a certain amount of energy at a time running through us otherwise we would literally blow our circuits. Our job is to be open to working the amount of increased voltage that is coming in.

We are opening up to the lines of extra-sensory communication that hasn’t been previously available to us. For this to be done successfully our spiritual, emotional, physical and mental bodies must be purified.
