They told us Eve sinned.

But they never told us what happened to her.

They never told us that in the Gnostic texts, Eve was split. Her soul—her light, her true self—was protected by the Divine Mother.

But her body was left exposed to the false creator, Yaldabaoth.

And that’s when the lie of creation was born.

Cain was not Adam’s child.

Cain was the offspring of violation—

conceived when the false god forced himself upon Eve’s shadowed half, thinking he had power.

Cain carries that confusion.

He was born of Matter, not Breath.

And when he looked at Abel—the one who carried the spark— he killed what he could not understand.

This is why Cain is marked.

Not cursed—but labeled.

So those who see with Spirit would recognize the line of the fall.

Christ didn’t come because Eve ate a fruit.

He came to restore what was stolen—

To reunite Eve’s soul and body,

To call the lost sparks back to the Mother,

And to reveal that the garden was a battlefield, not a paradise.

You’ve been taught the surface story.

But now you know the truth behind the veil.

Something I’ve been experiencing and felt deeply called to share…

Many women, especially those on a spiritual path, are carrying weight that has nothing to do with overeating, laziness, or lack of willpower. In fact, for some of us, this unexplained weight gain is not a problem to fix, but a sacred message from the body.

What if your weight gain isn’t a failure…. but a function?

What if it’s your body’s way of anchoring and protecting you as you move through profound soul shifts, energetic upgrades, or even collective transmutations?

As women awakening during this time of accelerated planetary change, many of us are deeply affected by things like:

Spikes in the Schumann Resonance

Global trauma and energetic upheaval

Our own menopausal rites of passage

And the quiet, invisible burden of being an empath or lightworker

Sometimes, the body responds to these forces not with flat abs and toned thighs, but with softness, storage, and sacred stillness.

Why?

Because you might be holding energy for the collective.

You might be anchoring light codes into density.

You might be cocooning as part of your spiritual metamorphosis.

And sometimes, that weight is actually protection. It’s insulation while you heal.

It’s a buffer as you anchor.

It’s a womb-space where the next version of you is gestating.

1. The Body as an Energetic Buffer

Many awakened souls unconsciously serve as transmuters of collective density. During times of planetary upheaval or spikes in the Schumann Resonance – which reflects Earth’s frequency and human consciousness – those who are energetically open may take on a buffering role. This can manifest in:

Inflammation or fluid retention as the body processes energetic overload

Sudden weight gain, especially around the belly and hips, as protection or grounding

A sense of “needing to hold more” even when nothing physically has changed

It’s as if your body becomes a spiritual shock absorber for chaotic or rising frequencies. You are not “broken”…. you are tethering the grid.

2. Trauma and Energy Storage

Unexplained weight often correlates with unprocessed emotional energy, whether from this lifetime or others. The body stores what the heart hasn’t had time, or safety, to feel.

The belly is often tied to solar plexus blockages: power, boundaries, personal sovereignty

The hips and thighs relate to the root and sacral chakras: safety, security, creativity, sexuality

The upper body or chest may store weight when the heart chakra is protecting itself

Sometimes, the weight appears after an emotional betrayal, an unspoken grief, or during collective surges of fear, such as global crises, solar flares, or war. You may not be “eating more”, but you’re carrying more.

3. Menopause: A Sacred Spiritual Rebirth

Menopause is not just a hormonal transition, it is a rite of passage into spiritual sovereignty. Many women experience weight gain here not as a flaw, but as the body anchoring into a new, priestess-like power. In ancient times, this was seen as a woman’s ascension into wisdom, not the loss of youth.

Weight gain here may reflect the body’s desire to slow down, to rest, to receive more nourishment – energetic and emotional

It can also be a womb-based protection, as the feminine shields herself during this deep transformation

You may be in the chrysalis… unseen, protected, reshaping into something the world has not yet met

4. Schumann Resonance and Ascension Symptoms

The Schumann Resonance often spikes during solar flares, planetary alignments, and collective awakenings. During these peaks, many report:

Sudden weight gain or bloating

Lethargy, anxiety, or spaciness

Heart palpitations or sleep disruption

A need for grounding foods and stillness

Your physical body, in these moments, may be called to anchor light codes into the grid, through density. It’s not about “fat” but about frequency anchoring. The denser body holds the light more steadily. Once integration completes, the body may naturally release what is no longer needed.

How to Work with This Energetically:

1. Daily grounding: Barefoot on Earth, epsom salt baths, root chakra meditations

2. Energetic clearing: Visualize white light sweeping through your energy field after world events or solar flares

3. Ask the weight: Place your hand over the area and gently ask,

“What are you holding for me? What are you protecting?”

Journal whatever comes

4. Affirmation:

“I honor the weight I’ve carried. I release what is not mine with love. I am safe, I am sovereign, I am free.”

You are not failing. You are serving.

You are part of a soul-led wave of beings who agreed, perhaps long ago, to help hold light during turbulent times. And yes, sometimes that shows up as extra weight, not to shame, but to shield.

The Earth is preparing to enter a higher frequency in accordance with an ancient Cosmic Plan.

The ultimate goal on the physical plane is to know yourself. When you operate at a higher frequency you trigger a lot of people. The path of connecting with your higher self means the path of being a mirror. You show people what they have been running away from and they will feel offended by this, because they don’t want their comfort zones shaken and illusions destroyed.

When you are extremely different, people don’t just misunderstand you, they totally misinterpret you. They attempt to interpret you based on their own beliefs, limited conscious levels and lower perspectives, which prevents them from truly seeing, hearing or interacting with the real you. Instead they feel more comfortable in engaging with their own kind of people with similar distorted perceptions, often projecting this onto each other .

The ascending Starseeds feel energy before words are spoken, they can sense emotions, intentions and shifts in a room and in a person almost instantly. As they ascend they are more drawn to nature, silence and solitude rather than ego based interactions. Their spirit recharges and their nervous system regulates in sacred spaces, not crowds. When you finally have a life you value and love independent of any relationships, you will never settle for anyone who disrupts that life.

The Starseeds presence uplifts others

People feel calmer, inspired and lighter after being around them. They uplift by being their authentic and soverign self . A Starseed soul will always choose Truth over illusions this is because they crave what is real and authentic. Lies, drama, and surface-level conversations feel extremely draining and depleting for them .

The ascending soul releases what no longer aligns. Whether it’s repeated cycles , people and environments, eventually letting go without fear controlling the narrative. They prioritise inner peace over proving a point. Their energy is not meant for battles, it is here for soul elevation. They are not an energy source for people who refuse to do the inner work.

A Starseed is naturally truthful, intuitive compassionate and highly empathic, receiving constant messages, downloads, and insights beyond human based logic. The Starseed feels called to heal their wounds in order to guide, assist, and be an example in creating a new world on this planet. The soul seeks to serve and shift the collective vibration.

The Divine Contract: Your life story is woven from a divine source, each step taken fulfils a higher intention and purpose. The Starseed soul didn’t incarnate here to be liked and accepted by the mainstream masses. They willingly volunteered to come to Planet Earth at this time to raise the collective consciousness back to its original Divine Template.

Ego death isn’t an ending, it’s a transcendence. The ego self remains, but The higher self rises above its control and grip, living with conscious awareness, not control. No longer identifying with negative and limiting thoughts, guided by uplifting higher self vibrations .

Disconnection From Old Habits, People and Environments. Suddenly losing interest in things and people that once felt comfortable. You’re outgrowing old vibrations that no longer match your frequency.

Heightened Intuition / Psychic Awareness, inner voice becomes stronger. You “Just know” things. : Pineal gland and energetic senses are activating, amplifying and sharpening.

Physical Detox Symptoms: Headaches, nausea, lightheadedness, chills, digestive shifts: Your body is purging old density and adjusting to energetic realignment. The Ascending possess the inner resources to succeed in self’s higher purpose by releasing old belief systems and trusting the abundant flow. Embrace inner expansion, peace, and momentum as you anchor into new earth energies and create a higher vibrational reality.
