Quantum Shift – Clearing Old Patterns

I have had to go back over my papers, still need paperwork for house loan and I’m not completely done , and it’s been a bummer in ways however refreshing my memory , and gems of information I somehow missed have rewarded this effort.

I emailed a relative and received an angry response , repeating energies , not openly directed at me , but still protecting .. jealous of my kids and I, stuck in lack …

I thought about it long and hard , sharing some good news …hesitant .lesson learned .

I decided not to go out today , and rested but am mentally ready to move forward , but have to honor my body .

Middle son has made a very brave move , career wise , and I’m very proud of him.. of course the news came to me from other sources , but it’s exciting for him, and the change he needed and deserved.

Signs are many, numerically impressive and I’m surrendered to the ending of a cycle that need never be repeated .

Prayers for each of you , that the flow in your life is higher and higher and just what you need now .

This is a Quantum shift that is occurring, and established paradigms are being dismantled and losing their power. We have been clearing our karmic slate so that we are devoid of old patterns and energetic frequencies that would otherwise pull us back into reruns of old stories and patterns. These old stories would only serve to trip us up and cause us to stay asleep.

As this detoxing continues we will start to move away from a carbon density, into a much fresher crystalline state.

We are being lead away from old damaging self-fulfilling prophecies. When we look at the current state of the world, Heaven and Earth at times can seem like just a pipe dream … yet the divine intelligence has it in hand, there is a bigger plan going on that what it seems at first glance.

If we look deeper we see this is a world illumination and an unprecedented collective birth that we are about to experience, but we are in the throws of the death of an old way of life. Old contracts and old agendas are still moving aside, we are going through not just an individual dark night of the soul, but a collective one. It’s all of us together. We are evolving consciously en masse as one unified cosmic heart.

X Flares / Side Effects

As the sun portal continues to release X class solar flares we are reminded that self care is imperative

These solar flares shoot out from the sun portal and create waves of energy that hit the earth

This energy comes into our atmosphere and creates ripples of energy waves that break up the density within us and around us

There are several huge sunspots that these flares are erupting from, and the largest and most charged sunspot is number “AR3663” which has been growing in size for several days.

There are also more X class flares expected today and into tomorrow

These flares are high-powered radiation with potent ionizing (penetrating, altering) positively-charging protons soaring into Earth as they plunge through the planetary magnetosphere producing shock waves.

These are the most powerful cosmic events so far this year and these events are what create the intense weather and natural disasters around the world

Light sprinkles quickly become full blown storms, tornadoes and earthquakes are very likely to occur when we receive such intense energy

These energy waves also cause people to experience shifts within their body, breaking up density within our energetic structure tire to be purged and released

Allowing the energy to be released through crying, journaling, drawing or being creative, expressing yourself through poetry or connecting with a trusted friend or loved one

Spending some time alone is also self care

Honoring where you are at and how you are feeling is key, embracing self care must be a top priority for us all

Self care may look like:

✨Relaxing

✨Eating fruit, nuts, seeds, veggies

✨Taking a spiritual bath with Celtic or pink Himalayan salt and essential oils

✨Drinking plenty of water with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, lemon and honey

✨Stepping into nature to ground and clear our energy

✨Receive energy healing

✨Play sound bowls

We are also being pulled by the New Moon that will occur in a few days

This awakens powerful cosmic forces that will further activate our planet

These intense energies are not only clearing our energetic structure but clearing out past traumas from our generational line are our DNA structure

This is intense work, even for those who consciously clear themselves and are working on raising their vibration

This is our time to raise our consciousness and release everything and anything that is holding us back from doing so

Being open to new concepts and ways of being to assist in the raising of your frequency is keep to releasing the density within us to ascend into higher states of consciousness and awareness

We start to notice the inconsistencies around us and we may choose to honor ourselves now as we integrate with this high frequency energy

Unpopular opinion –

Believing you are in charge of and in control of “raising your frequency/vibration” is your ego!

You cannot positive think your way into being more enlightened.

In fact, the very notion of thinking you have to only think and be positive means that you are holding attachment and judgement to specific thoughts & emotions.

There is nothing wrong with any thought,

There is nothing wrong with any emotion,

Its all allowed to be here.

It’s all allowed to be experienced.

No matter how uncomfortable,

No matter how messy,

It’s all ok.

If you’re wanting to raise your frequency, just know –

You are already that which you seek.

There is nothing to “do”

There is no level to get to.

There is no thing to achieve.

Go inward.

Everything external is an illusion that distracts you from the truth of who you are beyond physical form.

– consciousness experiencing itself in physicality.

We are all individual, unique sparks of God consciousness and nothing outside of you will make you vibe higher or shine brighter than you already are.

When you think she is being difficult or giving you a hard time, this is not the time to run away and hide. This is the time to breathe, stand in the storm,

feel her deeper, look into her eyes,

and reassure her of your love.

Don’t just listen to the words she says, as you may get confused, but feel her heart and really listen to her hearts pure language.
