Healing Frequency Time 3:03

Good Afternoon !

I woke through the night for relief that I’m not sure

if I enhanced .. but it was frequent .

I realized after talking about all this with a friend

I realized that yesterday I had 8 oz of blackberries

with yogurt! Instant cleanse , which reminded me

of drinking blackberry wine with a date , and whoosh

the next day , cleansed my colon … Up a bit

earlier and had my 1st smoke of the day , and I began

noting my body language and realized my gemstone

bracelets were not on . Varied symptoms altered me 🙏🏼

After putting them on , the difference my fingers is

freaking amazing 🤩.

They were so stiff and painful , I didn’t feel I could

be online today .. Whoosh 💨, back to my normal.

So they went on my wrist big time , as I’m listening

to this HZ Frequency of God – Heal the mind , body

and spirit – Attract Blessings Through Out Your Life .

Whew , my fingers don’t hurt , my cells are humming

and my heart is happy .. the pain in my mouth and

teeth is less and there’s more moisture .. I need to

shower bad , but I’m so excited 😆.

So the energy has amped up , big time and it’s being

holistically resolved , no doubt about it .. What a gift !

My breath , OMG 🤩👍. The difference was amazing

my nose even opened up , and just now my ears

opened up , and my heart did a flutter 💯🙌❤️

The current energy may feel dreamy to some causing feelings of heaviness or pressure in the physical body and sensory system, which can at times lead to unpleasant energy this is coming from the changes in the nervous system taking place and because of this jt can at times result in anxiety and sensory overload.

You may notice your self pay more attention to potential triggers and signs, taking care of your inner self and your body, feeling a heightened sense of awareness taking place in your healing and transformative process of the death and rebirth cycle we are in. This cycle may bring up more of your subconscious fears, wounds, inner trauma and blocks, as well as collective energy that also affects us.

Healing inner duality will always involve conflicting themes of light and dark taking place in the mind at times leading to inner confusion and uncertainty about how to move forward.

The ascension energies have begun to settle after a turbulent week where many may have felt disoriented, possibly struggling to articulate their thoughts due to what is commonly referred to as brain fog. This temporary condition arises when old mental patterns are released to make way for new information integration, affecting basic cognitive functions. This period is marked by confusion and a sense of being stuck, this typically lasts between 3 to 7 days before things balance out and stabilise.

Recent days have seen intense emotional highs, possibly experiencing vulnerability and triggering deep self-reflection. The intense energies have left many feeling overstimulated yet paradoxically drawn to intense bouts of sleep. As we transition towards the next month, a heightened phase of collective awakening is occurring as significant metaphysical activations of the lightbody takes place ,

The “Great Awakening” and anticipated global transformations, including profound shifts in political and government sectors , there is a sense of preparation for the changes that will take place in the coming months.

Taking this time to align with the true and authentic self , finding inner peace amidst the unfolding of a new earth reality. Remaining present and embracing the divine essence as we move toward a transformational planetary phase that commences in June .

Heads up sports parents ; coach throws in the towel due to judgement and high pressure and your negatives ( should the shoe fit )

Today it is with a heavy heart that I announce my resignation as the Chatham High School Softball Varsity Head Coach. In my five years I have dealt with more than any human should have to endure. I have been attacked in parking lots by parents, screamed at during practices by parents, bashed on Facebook over and over, had parents banning together to have me fired, had multiple meetings with my AD of parents calling having nothing but negativity to say about me, and much more. And most of this time all these accusations about me, my decisions, and this program are nothing but false from the minds of selfishness who refuse to see the perspective of a coach and a team we are trying to build.

My goal as a coach has always been to teach these girls how precious this game truly is and to show them how much this game can teach you not just on the field, but in handling anything life has to throw them. I have not just been a coach, but I’ve been a mentor, a therapist, a friend, a mom, a shoulder to cry on, and anything that they could possibly need. We have entered a time in this world where accountability does not exist. Parents believe their child deserves anything and everything, and they should not have to work at earning a spot on the field or work towards a bigger goal to be a better player, teammate, and person. The amount of lies and stories being spread has become the main topic of conversation instead of the facts and what is really happening within a team and the culture we are trying to build. We as coaches see so much more than what you do, but I’ve come to realize there’s no changing how you feel, the way you will respond, or the negativity that will always come with the title as being a head coach.

Being a head coach is one of the hardest jobs there is. We take the brunt of any decision that is made and have to listen to the constant lies being spread behind our backs without the right to even defend ourselves for the sake of protecting the integrity of the program we are trying to build. But building a program is hard when players and parents only see themselves instead of the bigger picture of being a good teammate, a team player, and just a fan in the stands cheering on more than just their own kid, while sitting back and letting the coaches COACH. I’ve had many sleepless nights wondering what I can do to be a better coach, a better human, a better person to serve the girls I’ve had the pleasure of coaching. In the end, nothing I do or have done will ever be good enough.

So it has come to a time where I need to take a step back and focus on my family, my mental health, and finding joy in life again and in coaching. My will to coach has been crushed and it is something that has eaten at me every single day for the last five years. I pray these parents will see that I only ever had their children’s best interest in heart. Being tough does not mean I don’t care. It means I see so much greater in them that I was trying to get out. At the end of the day, I am human and I also make mistakes. There are moments I wish I could take back and there are moments where I wish I would’ve done something different, but again I am only human and my intentions were always in the right place even if they didn’t come off as always seeming that way.

I will take this time to focus on what brings me joy and that is my lessons. I cherish the kids who want to be with me and want to spend their weekly hour with me striving to get better at the sport that has brought me so much more than just a little yellow ball. To whoever takes over this program, I pray they are able to reach this group of players and parents more than I was able to. This decision did not come easy and it did not come without a lot of prayer and guidance from my mentors and those who have been with me every step of the way. To the kids and the parents who had my back and understood what I was trying to do, I am sorry, truly from the bottom of my heart. I am never one to give up, but there is time where I have to choose myself and that time is now. Thank you for allowing me to be the head of this program for the last five years and I wish nothing but success for the future of xxxxxxxx High School Softball. I please ask you to respect this decision and refrain from any negative comments or attacks towards me and what I feel is best for myself. I wish you all nothing but the best.

Change is in the air

Did you feel it this morning when you first woke up? There is this beautiful feeling of release. The density on the planet is considerably less! A very noticeable weight has been lifted off each of us.

But that’s not all, you can literally feel that things have metaphorized as if all the beings in the world are about to upgrade into a new reality.

There is excitement and possibilities all around you now. More than ever before in this realm. As it feels like you are about to walk through a clearing tunnel, and everything changes.

Take a moment, close your eyes, and allow yourself to feel the feelings around you. You’ll quickly feel an uplift in the air. Like you’re ready to release and fly!

We are all ready to ascend and feel those beautiful changes we’ve waited so long for right now in this reality. It’s hard to explain but easy to feel.

Take several moments today to just stop and feel everything. I know how strange that may sound to some, and if it does, you probably need it the most. You deserve to feel the remarkable changes you’ve brought into this realm.

Okay, on to a little solar weather. We have a sunspot that has grown and added several negative and positive poles. This is causing it to have higher percentages of larger Solar Flares.

We have a 10% chance of X Class Solar Flares from just this one sunspot. Which will only add more energy to the beautiful energies we already have with us.

If the Solar Flares continue today, we may experience Flux energies rising and even KP levels.

Today is very special. If you can feel it, then you know how exceptional today is. All night, I was shown the five layers of energies being removed and how we’re in the middle of the third right now.

The power , the light within – Full Moon in Sagittarius

We are immersed in the Seraphim-Sagittarius passage, as my Guides named the current portal we are traversing, whose energies bring resurrection and harmony. It is with Sagittarius that we are consumed by the Divine Gold Sacred Fire, retrieving our angelic seraphim essence, and opening our Golden Wings to become the illumined beings that we truly are.

Ressurection occurs when we are immersed in a profound transmutation phase, which is what many of us are now experiencing, emerging as the phoenix, from the ashes of the old, renewed, with more hope and faith in who we are, and our personal journey.

Sagittarius is the frequency that helps us reconnect to our Illumined Self and authentic coding. This passage’s energies, together with the current ones that govern us, allow us to continue transforming ourselves, releasing old layers, and retrieving purity.

As you know, Seraphim descendants originated from the Gold Falme of Creation. Decree to realign to your God Illumined Self and so be it.

If you feel your silver cord is not aligned, then this would be the initial step. If you too need more protection or transmutation in certain areas, you can call upon the seventh ray, as it is also one of the most powerful transmutation tools as you know.

Astrologically, we also have assistance to bring more transformation, soul reconnection, and harmony in ourselves. During the Sagittarian full moon have a sextile between the moon and Pluto, which is what will help us reconnect with our soul, rebirthing into the illumined being that we are.

Furthermore, we have an opposition between the moon, Venus, and Jupiter. This frequency is a blessing to help us realign, expand, and deepen our soul connection, as it is precisely about reconnecting with the love that we are, expanding within it to heal and empower ourselves.

When we are immersed in any upgrades and challenging situations, we may forget our capacity to recharge ourselves naturally through the love that resides within, not in others, as it often happens. It is by reconnecting to our inner endless loving source that we regain purity. A Loving Source that constantly regenerates our bodies and that supports us all, infinitely.

Everything within Creation is assisting us to BEcome the Light beings that we are. What we think, and feel, how we act, and with what forces we choose to align, determines the final outcome, for in the end, it is all about our personal choice to allow the love that we are, or to continue rejecting it and living in the illusion of who we are not.

This is what this passage invites us to remember, the power of the Fire, the Light within ourselves to transmute and resurrect into who we truly are.

Energy Update

This Full Moon in Sagittarius holds a special place as a catalyst of transformation and Inner power. This Full Moon stands out as one of the most notable Full Moons of 2024 , catalysing profound changes in life , this lunar energy is a powerful cosmic force that has the potential to shape existence in ways we never thought possible.

2:49 today Solar Flare

There has been a major spiritual battle underway since Saturday that really amped up Tuesday night. Time is not linear, so really this has been playing out in segments for decades over linear time. This segment is intense and I anticipate action for the next 3 days.

A major purification and cleansing of the earth is underway by refining fire 🔥. All that is not aligned to purity and love will be refined away. The parasites and energy vampires are being expunged.

Last night we were up for hours working behind the veil. I put out an earth wide call for all to assist who were able and after some dark energy moving through; the Schumann resonance (earths heartbeat) lit up with a blast of high vibration energy/white streak when I felt the energy shift. We are doing it and light will prevail! 🙌🏼

This is the year of the dragon 🐉 and they are very much in play as earth guardians along with other earth allies. This is a time where all hands on deck are needed. Tune in behind the veil for how to assist or if you don’t know how, anchor love 💗 into the earth. I attached a photo I took on 1-1-24 of a dragon in a ceremonial fire I was burning.

Other resonances are also reflecting elevated energy with a red out on the Cumiana and elevated magnetic fields. In the last 24 hours, the sun released 4 M class solar flares.

This is an important time to go within as without. What happens in the inner realm reflects the outer and vice versa. Many of the storms may feel off right now as the spiritual realm activity spills out into the physical realm.

This activity brings a lot of energy that can blast away density and bring uncomfortable symptoms and stagnation to the surface. How are you doing with it? My son had a stomach ache this morning and a fever developed over the last few hours for my daughter. Many are reporting allergy symptoms, headaches, feeling sore, a surfacing of old imbalances, body buzzing, ear ringing, appetite changes, vivid dreams, emotional releases, extreme purging, anxiety, heart palpitations, spine, neck, and shoulder pain, hot and cold flashes (the cold is usually plasma integrating into the body), fatigue, mental exhaustion, dehydration (as these flares can create energy like we are in a hot desert), feeling energized, feeling blah or in the void, inner peace, sudden revelations, throat irritation, anger and irritability, and so much more.

I’ve found it is best to surrender and let it all go! Stay ultra hydrated and grounded. We are on an incredible journey…give yourself so much credit, grace, and love. It hasn’t been a walk in the park, but we will look back and be amazed at how far we’ve come while prevailing through many obstacles. 🫶🏼

Today is the last space circuit with so many other changes coming these next few months may seem like a whirlwind and it can be easy to get thrown around and forget to laugh and smile remember that everything in life is a miracle even the most painful moments the biggest clean up in earth history is about to amp up to its next level and with it many who are still using their minds to navigate will feel even more confused divided and lost the only way forward is Joy and Love, and this is accomplished through laughter and letting go our minds cant go with us into this next phase but our hearts can and with our heart centered nature online we can navigate this next insane phase of human existence with ease and grace remember the 4d is analyzation and is the place we are designed to visit not live for so long we have been told to rest in 4d and make our homes there that we need to piece apart of of reality so we can be as divided as possible and stuck and afraid to move your birthright on earth is freedom not the other way around you may have temporary given up your freedom for perceived safety and security and belonging and it may even have assisted you over these last few years but now is the time to drop into the heart and bring your life back into love and joy and start to float up into the 5d+ game it doesn’t require any money doesn’t require anyone it just requires the choice within to let go and love again, start with yourself laugh at all the things you have accomplished love all the moments you’ve gotten here and let go of all that comes up in between then live an original moment and celebrate it and let it go this is the key to 5d+ life and where the real fun begins ❤ ::hugs::

The awakening of those belonging to the violet-pink flame of creation has begun, for this is a year of profound reconnection for all of us.

Violet flame keepers are the ones whose main mission is to transmute, through their unique blueprint, all that is inorganic, and that shall be removed from both earth and ourselves, acting as filters and transmutators of all lower frequencies.

Often, many of you violet keepers will feel the call in your female left shoulder blade portal, as a waking-up call or when it starts to open. Your seventh-dimensional shoulder portal is where you connect, as a violet flame keeper with the seventh, and the seventh dimensions where you originate from.

Clearing this portal is essential for all of us, in our ascension journey, even more to those whose mission is related to precisely helping in the restoration of this ray, for they need to act as living seventh-dimensional violet anchors.

As you know, the seventh ray has been deeply manipulated, to impede us restore our seventh-dimensional shoulder portal, and with it, our female essence. This has also occurred in our planetary grids, for our seventh-planetary gate has been occupied for eons, being liberated in recent years.
