Mindfulness instead of Lexapro- Mad In America

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) may be just as effective as the popular first-line anxiety medication escitalopram, commonly known as Lexapro. The study, published in JAMA Psychiatry in early November, is making mainstream news headlines for being the first to compare mindfulness training with an antidepressant directly. In addition, the results suggest that antidepressants need not be the only first-line intervention for anxiety.

The authors, Elizabeth A. Hoge, Eric Bui, Mihriye Mete, Mary Ann Dutton, Amanda W. Baker, and Naomi M. Simon, in their randomized control trial, found a noninferior reduction in symptoms of anxiety in participants that were taught mindfulness and mediation compared to participants who were given escitalopram.

“Anxiety disorders are the most common type of mental disorder, currently affecting an estimated 301 million people globally,” the authors write.

“Mindfulness meditation has been found to help reduce anxiety; a recent meta-analysis of trials with anxiety disorders found a significant benefit with mindfulness meditation compared with treatment as usual…Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MSBR) is the most widely researched [mindfulness-based intervention] MBI (over 1000 citations in PubMed and is available internationally). To our knowledge, no clinical trial comparing evidenced based MBI, such as MBSR, with a first-line pharmacological treatment for anxiety disorders has been published.”

My definition of Mental Health is somewhat simpler: For me to be mentally healthy, my daily objective is to meet my needs for safety, love, power, fun and freedom. When I do, I feel satisfied and content. On those days when I’m experiencing discomfort, anger or frustration, I ask myself: What do I want? What do I need? Which need is not being adequately met and which is driving my discontent? Is what I’m doing now helping me get what I want and need? Can I make better choices about what I’m doing? Do I need to make different choices about what I want?

Exiting : Family Loves Dying : Sacred as I saw it !

I wanted to lay down with Dad but it would have freaked out family members who were very anxious to get it done quick .

Sleep and eating were very important . I drove home and crawled into bed .

Then the phone call ? How much did I owe Dad for a car loan .

Zip !!!

He had signed over the title to me months before .

He took care of many house details ! Knowing without knowing … I had awareness 14 months before he left and I determined to see him off with dignity .

I did my very best ❤️🙏💯

Woman’s Musings

There are women with beautiful hearts and powerful light that regularly pray for humanity and the Earth.

These women cross the veil and the realms to offer their healing, backward and forward, to their ancestors and their descendants.

These women hold the container for the world’s pain, sorrow, grief, anger, and fear; cooling it with healing waters and wrapping it in cosmic love.

These women are the gardeners of love and light being awakened in this world.

That these women, joined with angels, regularly hold the Earth in a blanket of healing energy.

These women are the protectors, the healers, and the midwives.

They are the maidens, mothers, crones, and priestesses in service of the world,

When this happens, we can feel it physically as well as mentally. The physical effects include an increase in energy, a feeling of deep relaxation, and increased synchronicity.

The solar flash has been happening for a long time, but it was not recognized as such until now.

The solar flash will bring us a whole plethora of positive changes. It will bring about the gift of ascension and show us how to transform our negative aspects into positive ones. It is definitely something that every human being should be looking forward to with excitement and optimism, as it will change our world forever and transform it into a much better place.

This is a powerful healing and ascension event that we have been preparing for many years. This particular event will be occurring very shortly. Even if the date of its occurrence does not hold any special significance for you, I still encourage you to make preparations for it. You never know when cosmic events may come along and change your life forever!

This event will bring about massive positive changes for all of humanity and the Earth, allowing us to enter a new epoch of peace, harmony, and prosperity—an exciting era that we’ve been preparing for throughout many lifetimes.

The time is now to begin preparing for this event. We have the power to trigger the flash by changing our consciousness and activating our DNA, which will transform the planet into a 5th-dimensional world.

Write down any questions you might have and leave them be. Focus only on the now and do not worry about the future. Be appreciative of the present. Crave to receive everything that the Universe has to offer.

So begins the greatest event to take place in our lifetime. But this flash is not just for those who believe in its existence. Rather, it is for everyone, whether they recognize it or not. The cosmic energy released during the solar activation will reach all people, even those who are still in denial of its existence.

That is how powerful this is and why we must prepare ourselves now by doing whatever we can to increase our vibrational frequency and be ready to move into a higher state of being!

The First Creator has already given the signal for the Galactic Federation of Light to begin appearing in the skies of the world in large numbers. They can now interact openly with people of the world. Yes it’s called galactic revelation. They will no longer wait on the governments of the world to do the disclosure, as they themselves will. ✨

✨ The entire world will be able to see giant screens/monitors on the sides of those mother ships/light ships that will convey some messages to the entire world, very similar to what we see on our TV channels today. And some people around the world will be invited to climb aboard the ships and meet the galaxies in person. Sick people will receive free healing treatment. ✨

✨ For now and henceforth, there will be no further delays to the Galactic Disclosure. Which means the end is near! ✨

✨ This does not mean that the Earth is doomed. Doesn’t mean that all life as we know it will cease to exist. Doesn’t mean there will be a Great Cataclysm. Instead, it is the END of the experiment that has been done on Earth. And end time allowed for the Annunaki and Reptilians to rule this world.

✨ But the Spiritual Hierarchy decided to extend it to make room for preparation for the people of this world and to allow the secret controllers of this world a chance to give up and surrender. That weather will finally be over (for sure) next year. The Main Creator as well as the Spiritual Hierarchy have already decided to go ahead and allow Galactics to interact directly with the people of this world. ✨

✨ It also means that every human being on Earth will have the chance to find out exactly where in the Universe they came from in terms of Galactic Origins. In each human DNA is an embedded code that identifies the true heritage of each human being.

✨ We came from the Pleiades, Atlantis, Sirius, Lemur, Andromeda, Alpha centauri, Arcturus, Mushaba, etc. And the emphasis is on humans, but that’s especially true of animals as well. When a full Galactic Disclosure is conducted globally, there will be a reorientation and re-education of the people of this world to their true history.

✨ This also means that galactic travel will become possible. We will get the chance to travel and visit the home planet and/or the star system we came from.
