So many people have made comments that I’ve been guided by Spirit to offer the following:
No one knows exactly when Ascension will take place because it’s never been done before. Everything is fluid and flows in the moment. Again, not everyone ascends at the same time with First Wavers currently in process.
Symptoms are difficult to experience and can be painful. It’s important to be kind to ourselves without judging or criticizing. Best to be in the moment and nurture ourselves to make things a little easier. Know “this, too, shall pass.” At some point, the symptoms will lessen or go away entirely.
The physical being (ego) needs to release control to the soul for guidance. The soul knows what’s necessary to achieve Ascension and will lead that person to where they want to go – usually, however, not the way the ego wants.
Ascension asks that we have patience and faith.
I’m an Original Being who heard the call that Earth was in trouble and incarnated in order to help ensure Ascension takes place this time around. I give my offering to you with love and hope it helps you through the process.

When you marry a narcissistic man, you never get the chance to be a wife; instead, you take on the role of a mother because these grown adults behave like man-children. They go to work Monday through Friday and then spend their weekends sitting in front of a laptop, downloading music, playing video games, or creating messes for you to clean. The emotional labor is suffocating, leaving you drained, resentful, and wondering how you ended up in this nightmare.
