The Earth is Electrifying right now . We been under a Geo magnetic storm for 24 hours now and it’s not de-escalating anytime soon. Lots of energies flooding the Earth from the sun and now we have the blood moon so that adds on to it. Anxiety is super high and the stomach is bloated, even more than before, couldn’t barely sleep last night fell asleep around five something a.m., my nerves are extremely shot, have a pinched nerve that’s causing numbness, and I’m walking around like I’m struggling because old injuries has surfaced in my leg and arm. So now I have a strict diet, eat berries, electrolyte, fatty fish, red meat, and B complex to build up my collagen in my Disc upper spine. Back in 2021 I had a kundalini activation and I felt the energy going up my spine to the back of my head and now I feel that it’s taking its course. We are ascending and it’s not much about the body ascending because the body is holographic. It’s more about our spirit , soul and minds ascending from 3-D perspective.
