Emotional Intelligence/#47
Absolutely painful when emotional
intelligence is non existent, but for show .
Growing up with a Mom who used her’s
outside our home and discovery of X not
having any was mind numbing !
I tested myself on many levels in my early
stages of waking . I scored 50 of 55!
World Healing Technique -Owen Waters
“The World Healing Technique”
By Owen Waters
You can make a difference. A very big difference. Peace efforts can be helped enormously by attracting, conditioning and sending out spiritual light at this critical time.
The ability to send out energy for peace into the world is the birthright of every human being. Every thought and prayer make such a difference by bringing light into a darkened situation.
In the 1970s, I learned a powerful technique for helping create world peace from a master of Karma Yoga. I first witnessed its power after a war had broken out in Cyprus in 1974. In the hours that followed, a surprise ceasefire emerged, shocking the expectations of both the public and the news reporters. It was such a jaw-dropping surprise that one newspaper devoted the entire top half of its front page to the word, “CEASEFIRE!”
Today, I teach this magical method as the World Healing Technique. Try it now and see what a difference it makes to your spiritual life, both immediately and as an uplifting reaction in the following days.
It’s a flow thing. When uplifting spiritual energy flows from you, inspiration and greater spiritual awakening flows to you …
This is how:
Sit upright, preferably with your hands resting in your lap, palms facing upwards. Breathe rhythmically and evenly. Close your eyes and turn away from your everyday thoughts by letting your attention focus on your breath. Whenever you notice your thoughts wandering, peacefully turn away from those thoughts, which can always be dealt with later, and return to focusing on your breath.
Recognize your spiritual nature. Know that you are a spiritual being living in a physical world and ask God or the Universal Spirit for the life energy that you are about to use. Give gratitude to the Creator for universal life energy, for everything that you love about your life, and for existence itself. This connection to higher consciousness will amplify your efforts many times.
Take several breaths. With each in-breath, visualize life energy coming into your body, building into a vibrant white light within you and charging every cell of your being with its life-giving energy.
First, visualize the positive change that you want to bring into being in the world. Even though you are healing something that you perceive as negative, it is important to focus, instead, on the desired positive outcome. If you send energy to something negative, you will amplify its power. By sending energy conditioned for a positive outcome, you make that form of healing possible.
For example, in your mind’s eye, instead of a world suffering from strife, visualize the people of the world at peace. When you think of world peace, what is the first symbol that springs to mind – a crowd of happy children, a white dove of peace taking flight? Use that symbol, or, if pictures don’t easily come to mind, simply use the words, World Peace, as the focus for your intention.
In the case of a specific war or threat of war, send inspiration, upliftment, and spiritual power to the peace negotiators. Even though you will likely not know their names, there are always peacemakers as well as warmongers. They are the key to ending any ongoing conflict in a way that saves people from untold suffering. So, send your energy to support the peacemakers.
Now, we’re ready to use the inbreath-outbreath cycle to transmit healing energy for the specified purpose. With every inbreath, see your lungs being filled with the vibrant white light of universal life energy.
With every outbreath, send the power of this love and light out to humanity. Direct it as a beam of brilliant white light from your heart chakra out into the world, holding the intention of healing. You can enhance the effect even more by sending energy out from the palms of your hands as well as from your heart.
Perform this as a series of inbreaths and outbreaths for as long as you wish, then relax and spend some time in the afterglow of a spiritual mission well accomplished.
These are the days of action, and that means service to others. Even better, your service to others also helps you in your own spiritual enlightenment. Action and reaction are opposite and equal.
Every time you send your light out into the world, you take another step forward towards your own enlightenment.

Women remembering
“If women* remember that once upon a time we sang with the tongues of seals and flew with the wings of swans, that we forged our own paths through the dark forest while creating a community of its many inhabitants, then we will rise up rooted, like trees.
And if we rise up rooted, like trees … well then, women might indeed save not only ourselves, but the world.”
*not just women but ALL of humanity.

Empaths
Divorce
Vampire Narcissism
(Applies to abusive women too)
Some men don’t just lie—
they sculpt themselves
into dreams,
shadows taking shape in
the form of your desires.
They watch you, study you,
learn the rhythm
of your heartbeat,
the pauses in your voice,
the way your eyes light up
at certain words.
And then they become him—
the man you’ve been waiting for,
the answer to every silent wish.
At first, you hesitate.
You’ve heard the stories,
you know better.
But they are patient,
so terribly patient—
never rushing, never pushing,
just… being.
Like water, they flow
into every empty space,
fitting so perfectly into the
cracks you never knew you had.
So, you trust.
You exhale.
You open your heart
like a locked diary,
letting them trace their fingers
over every delicate page.
You feel safe.
You feel seen.
You feel home.
And you never stop to ask—
is this love,
or is this an illusion?
But illusions do not last.
And masks,
no matter how carefully crafted,
always slip.
It starts in whispers.
Small, almost imperceptible
shifts in tone,
subtle contradictions in stories
once told with such certainty.
The warmth begins to cool.
The tenderness starts to fade.
And then, one day, you see it—
a flicker, a crack,
the briefest glimpse
of something hollow and dark
beneath the surface.
The man you loved is not real.
He never was.
He was only a carefully
painted image,
a work of art created with
deception and manipulation.
And the moment you
see through him,
the moment you pull back—
the monster awakens.
Because narcissists do
not lose with grace.
They do not accept exposure,
do not bow their
heads and walk away.
No—when the truth
corners them,
they twist, they lash,
they rewrite history
with a venomous tongue.
The man who once adored you,
worshiped you,
now speaks your
name like a curse.
You are too sensitive.
You are too needy.
You are the problem.
The villain in the story
they now tell the world.
And the worst part?
For a moment, you believe it.
You replay every moment,
dissect every word,
searching for where
you went wrong.
How could I be so blind?
How did I not see?
Maybe I do have
bad taste in men?
But no.
You were not blind.
You were not foolish.
You did not fall for the wrong man—
you fell for a mirage,
a ghost in human form.
And when the mask fell,
when the illusion crumbled,
you were never looking at love.
You were staring into the face
of something soulless,
something that never
knew love at all….

Trapped Screams : Grief
Grief
Love with no where to go
Imagine living with a scream inside you.
And the scream is yours.
And no one else hears it.
That is grief.
Imagine living with a scream inside you—a scream that is yours alone.
It’s loud, it’s piercing, and it reverberates through every part of your being.
And yet, no one else hears it.
Grief can make the world feel so distant.
You might be in the middle of a conversation,
but your mind is elsewhere, caught in that scream.
What does a silent scream even sound like?
What would it sound like if someone else could hear it?
Perhaps it isn’t really a scream but a feeling
with sound, one so raw, so painful, so excruciating
that there are no words to describe it,
so it becomes a sound, a noise, a vibration
that rages through our entire body, screaming,
The scream of grief.

Discrimination
As an observer of this all my life and
as an 8 th grader who saw the inclusion
of Afro Americans , I take note of what’s
going on.
I am a woman , considered a minority
by a patriarchal ideology that never served
or supported me .
I heard it in the potential date who stated
” we gave you minorities
blacks and women the right
to vote , what else do you want ?”
I knew it as the wife of a man whose family
reputation was everything , and totally
supported the effort to un alive me to
fit their narrative .
The 4th was the date I pledged my life
to dark shadow , masking a highly
distorted soul … 48 years
I’m very Thankful to have survived !
Good Woman
Every man hopes to have a good woman by his side, but many don’t realize that women with genuine hearts come with real, powerful emotions. They feel everything deeply, love with intensity, and give their whole heart to the people they care about.
A good woman is loyal to the core, but her tender heart means she can also become frustrated, hurt, or emotional when something doesn’t feel right. This isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s simply because she cares so deeply.
Sure, she might have her moody days, but one thing is certain: when a good woman loves you, it’s a rare, precious kind of love. It’s a love you won’t find anywhere else. Value it.
