Childhood trauma vs Ego

YOUR SUFFERING ISNāT FROM YOUR āEGOā, ITāS PTSD FROM YOUR DYSFUNCTIONAL CHILDHOOD ā¤ļø
DEAR FRIENDS- For thousands of years the concept of “the ego” has been used to explain the reason why we harbor chronic fear, inner suffering, self-defeating attitudes and a painful sense of separation and isolation.
In both ancient (for example, Buddhism or Hinduism) and āNew Ageā philosophies, this imprisoning “ego” is seen as an inevitable aspect of human existence we must struggle with.
A ādesign flawā in human nature, so to speak.
All of our problems in life are referred back to its limiting and crippling action.
And liberation from our lifelong suffering is said to be gained from gradually taming or dissolving “the ego” and thereby ending our inner pain and sense of separation and aloneness.
The theory sounds vaguely plausible and seems to make sense of everything.
But how much of our suffering and dissatisfaction in life DOES IT REALLY EXPLAIN?
I propose that thereās a far more exact and complete explanation for the distress said to be caused by the so-called “ego”.
In the light of a 21st century understanding of childrensā early life experience, what early thinkers called āthe ego”ā¦
Is revealed to be nothing more than the PTSD from painful experiences we were subjected to in infancy, childhood and adolescence.
IN LIGHT OF MODERN KNOWLEDGE, THE CONCEPT OF “THE EGO” IS NOW AND FOREVER OUTMODED.
It was an innovative, but highly limited, way of trying to come to grips with our PTSD from early life mistreatment, before the awareness about childhood broke through in the early 20th Century.
Spirituality is evolving beyond ancient mystical concepts to a more real and liberating understanding!
It is FAR more exact and grounded in reality to name and face the actual painful things that really happened to youā¦
With your Mother and Father as well as the wider world…
Than to say “it’s my ego”.
No, it’s not “the ego”.
It’s the fear and guilt and shame and self-doubt and rage and hate and sadness and hurt that a person naturally and inevitably feelsā¦
From genuinely damaging experiences during infancy, childhood and adolescence.
This greater clarity and insight makes loving and understanding yourself far easier.
And it makes releasing all the pain far more possible!
CLINGING TO THE CONCEPT OF “THE EGO” AS A WAY OF EXPLAINING YOUR EXPERIENCE MAKES YOU THINK YOU UNDERSTAND SOMETHING WHEN YOU ACTUALLY DON’T!
For example a person says “I’m always afraid- that’s my ego”.
Or “I’m afraid because I don’t realize I’m always connected to God/Source due to my ego” etc. etc.
But the true insight would be that the person is afraid because of scary things done to them by Dad, for example.
His shouting and screaming, his frightening level of chronic anger are the actual reason for the fear that haunts them.
See what I mean?
Or again a person might say that they’re terribly and chronically lonely.
They might be advised by an Eastern or “New Age” teacher that their “ego” is preventing them from seeing and feeling the love inside them and all around them.
But the real explanation would be, for example…
That their Mom was depressed or otherwise wounded when they were growing up and was unable to instill them with the primal sense of being loved and connected that they needed.
Mother IS the universe to an infant and young child.
If she can’t envelop us with love, we’re conditioned to feel and believe that there isn’t enough love in the world!
By vividly seeing and compassionately understanding the real-life reasons why we carry a burden of fear and pain…
How we became conditioned to suffer and struggle rather than to enjoy our innate capacity for happiness…
Weāre FAR better equipped to permanently and completely break free!
I’ve always said that the greatest problem with the old spiritual paths- and the “New Age” ones too- is that they completely ignore the real source of people’s pain.
And that they therefore promise a path to liberation that never quite gets you home.
But you CAN get home!
Go beyond the outmoded thinking of the past and turn inward to the childhood roots of your self-doubt and despair, your guilt and shame, your fear and sorrow.
Remember, you weren’t born with ANY of that!
Face the buried fear and despair, pain and sorrow and let it all out at last.
Meet every speck and atom of your undeserved suffering with infinite tenderness and unconditional love for YOU!
And the inner peace and freedom you’ve forever longed for will grow and grow…
Until it’s natural and habitual…
And you live happily ever after!

You’ve completed a significant awakening cycle that relates to your previous lifetimes in Atlantis and Ancient Egypt.

The unwinding of your golden Atlantean energies asks you to look inside yourself in the most comprehensive and searing ways; to plunge into your darkest fears, wrestle your most controlling inner demons and take total responsibility for your own healing, growth and happiness – whatever that means to you.
Coming to full Atlantean consciousness is rigorous work. It’s the shedding of a thousand psychic layers, the dissolving of mountains of repressed grief, shame and guilt, the igniting of previously dormant, tightly hidden coils of masterful divine source power.
Only YOU will know what these words mean for you, today. Your experience of healing and answering your Calling is not like anyone else’s.

She knows who she is and isnāt afraid to do anything alone..sheās had to do just that so many times before.
In fact, it was those same dark days that she was brought to her knees that forced her to grow stronger and get better-
And she didnāt have anyone to back her up, stand beside her or help her..
Sheās battled much of her life alone and isnāt afraid to take on anything or anyone because of it.
She never really had a choice after all-
The road sheās travelled and the life sheās lived have been forged in the fires of struggle.
Sheās not the one who will ever complain, get down or bemoan the hardships that she faces..
No, sheās the warrior spirit, risen from the ashes of failure, an unstoppable Phoenix who doesnāt know what it means to quit.
Sheās not going to back down from a challenge or be disrespected by anyone..
Especially not a man.
Theyāve all tried their luck with her and while they claimed to admire and enjoy her fiery spirit and spunky attitude, they all soon realized that her personality was very real.. and would never acquiesce to them just because they were wooing her.
No, those who pursued her heart she held to an even higher standard-
Class, respect, courtesy, honor..
She expected to be treated as she deserved and given what she gives those in her life.
So, when they tried to tame that strong woman that refused to fit into a box or he defined by anyone else, they quickly realized she would never be the one to stroke their egos and feed their desires the way they were accustomed to..
Because sheās so much more than just a woman,
Sheās a fiery, passionate and strong woman who knows what she brings to the table..
And sheās not afraid to eat alone.

Spirit world & Dimensions
THE 4TH DIMENSION/SPIRIT WORLD EXPLAINED SIMPLY

You may know about the 4th Dimension already, but if you would like to understand it on an even deeper level, read this:
The 4th Dimension, also known as the spirit world, is the dimension of spirits/energy not yet ascended to the 5th Dimension. The 4th Dimension is also the source of all imperfect thoughts, feelings, images, and imaginations that are usually associated with the mind either in a logical or abstract way.
A white and silver aura is associated with the 4th Dimension.
The 4th Dimension is the Dimension where all dreams and visions take place that arenāt of a completely divine nature.
Your soul is the gateway to the 4th dimension. As you may know, your energy centers (chakras) are important āorgansā of the soul. It is the center that is connected to your physical eyes (the third eye) that allows you to perceive, and the one above it (the crown) that allows you to think.
You can directly access the 4th Dimension with your soul/energy body through those energy centers if you are an experienced inter-dimensional traveler, or by spontaneous chance or a near-death experience.
When you perceive matter that isnāt atomic/physical, and it canāt be sensed by others, besides maybe some who are spiritual – you are perceiving through your 4th Dimensional senses.
The difference between the 4th Dimension and the 3rd and 5th is this:
In 3D, spirit doesnāt exist. Spirit experiences 3D to experience death, and 3D experiences spirit through this and revives spirit.
5D lacks the darkness that is in 4D. If there are no sparkles or gold, it is not 5D. If there is silver and white, it is 4D.
4D is essentially a stairway to 5D (Heaven) that connects with 3D on the lowest level. The point where it connects is a small dimension that is constantly fueled by 3D and 4D; it appears to be 3D (physical), but it only exists in the spirit world. This dimension is also known as the ethereal planes.
The 1st and 2nd dimensions are darker than 3D and canāt be accessed with the consciousness without it being in a dark state. In addition, such a dark state is only possible by souls while in a 3D/atomic body.
