Brain is an antenna
What if your thoughts aren’t just created in your brain, but received from the universe itself?
That’s the groundbreaking theory from Douglas Youvan, a respected biophysicist who believes intelligence is not confined to the skull. Instead, he suggests that the brain functions like an antenna, picking up signals from a vast “informational substrate” embedded in the fabric of the cosmos.
After decades of research at the intersection of biology, physics, and artificial intelligence, Youvan proposes that intelligence is a fundamental property of the universe, woven into repeating mathematical codes, fractals, and quantum patterns. These patterns appear everywhere, from natural formations to digital networks and even galactic structures.
According to this radical view, moments of genius, creativity, and insight may be the result of decoding this universal field. Even artificial intelligence breakthroughs, he argues, could be discoveries of patterns already embedded in reality, not inventions of human design.
This theory challenges traditional neuroscience and opens up entirely new ways to understand consciousness. It suggests our minds are not isolated but are connected to something far older, deeper, and more mysterious.
Whether you’re sceptical or intrigued, one thing is certain, this idea is pushing the boundaries of how we define thought, intelligence, and reality itself.

Myth of “ Chemical Imbalance “
Is Depression Really Caused by a “Chemical Imbalance”? New Landmark Study Says No.
A comprehensive review led by researchers at University College London (UCL) has found no solid scientific evidence that depression is caused by low serotonin levels or reduced serotonin activity—a theory long believed to underpin the use of common antidepressants.
Published in Molecular Psychiatry, this umbrella review analyzed decades of studies across various disciplines. The findings challenge the widely accepted “chemical imbalance” theory, which forms the foundation of popular antidepressants like SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors).
🔬 While SSRIs are believed to “correct” serotonin deficiencies, this review suggests such deficiencies might not even exist in the first place. Alarmingly, some evidence hints these drugs may actually reduce serotonin over time.
🧠 The researchers caution that up to 90% of the public believes in this now-questioned theory—potentially discouraging hope for recovery and limiting non-drug treatment options, such as therapy, lifestyle changes, and social support.
The authors advocate for a shift in mental health care: focusing more on life stressors, trauma, and socio-environmental factors, and less on unproven biological explanations.

Stockholm Syndrome with entity attachments
As most of my followers are aware, I work with soul guides to remove troublemaker spirits. Some of them are Earthbounds (deceased souls who haven’t crossed over) some of them are demonic spirits, some are dark elemental spirits and some of them are regressive extraterrestrials.
If one doesn’t perform any form of spiritual healing or hygiene, it is quite easy for entity attachments to become long term. The longer they are attached, the longer humans tend to get used to the attachment. Even if these beings make their life a living hell, they get used to that hell.
It’s a bit like when someone goes to prison and gets used to the idea of losing their free will. They expect to be told what to do and how to live their lives. When that control gets removed and they are allowed to make their own decisions again, it often makes them feel quite vulnerable, insecure and uncomfortable. They may even start to develop a sort of ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ with their guards or with the prison itself, feeling lost when they are granted even an ounce of freedom once again.
Unfortunately, this is also the case with long term entity attachments. Over the course of several years people will get used to their presence, and to someone else calling the shots for them. They become completely submissive to their attachments, feeling that their power they hold within themselves is purely from their attachments.
So this is why, when you go right in and remove those attachments, it can be a lot like ripping off an old, well stuck bandage. On rare occasions it can even throw people into a mental health crisis, which is why we must handle long term attachments VERY carefully. Sometimes a clearing will be stretched over the course of several days or even weeks, to allow a very slow and delicate separation of the entities. This allows the client to get used to standing on their own two feet once again.
This is also the case with Earthbounds who occupy the same body or home for long term. It’s like having a roommate for many years. You may not even know they are there consciously. Then all of a sudden it can feel like you’re losing a best friend you didn’t even know you had.
Regardless of how long these attachments have been there, it’s ALWAYS better for them to be removed. They do far more harm than good, especially over long periods. But it is very true people can develop ‘attachments to their attachments’ which is one of many reasons why it’s so important to do this work delicately, and with patience and compassion for all involved. Entities included.
