Never underestimate

Do not underestimate the ones who have suffered the kind of grief that does not seem to end. Who have been broken in places you did not even know existed. The ones who fell into silence because their lungs had no words left to speak.

Black Sheep

The black sheep usually doesn’t follow the crowd because every once in a while, the crowd is literally going the wrong way in mass. It takes a black sheep to stand out and say, ‘Hey, I think we’re headed off a cliff here!’ They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, they’re the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their own path.

Let’s celebrate the black sheep in our lives – the ones who inspire us to think differently, to question the norms, and to embrace our individuality.

Be careful who you let into your home

Be cautious about the souls you invite into your heart and your home, for the truest form of imprisonment doesn’t lie in locked doors or guarded walls, but within the confines of a house devoid of peace and love. The person you choose as a life partner can shape not only your happiness but the entire course of your life. They hold the power to either nurture your spirit or drain it. Therefore, choosing someone who treasures your peace and helps it grow is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. This becomes especially critical when dealing with toxic personalities like narcissists, who thrive on draining the emotional energy of others while offering nothing in return but turmoil.

In the beginning, a narcissist might seem like everything you ever dreamed of. Their magnetic charm, captivating presence, and lavish attention can make you feel like you’re living in a fairy tale. This intoxicating period of love-bombing can sweep you off your feet, leaving you with the impression that you’ve met your soulmate. Their constant compliments, seemingly endless affection, and intense focus on you may give the illusion of a deep, profound connection.

But this euphoria doesn’t last. Slowly, the mask starts to slip, and the narcissist’s true colors come to light. The warmth and affection that once made you feel so secure begins to shift into something darker and more unsettling. What starts as subtle criticism grows into blatant emotional manipulation. The person who once seemed to adore everything about you now finds fault in the smallest things. This slow, insidious process of breaking down your confidence can leave you confused and questioning your worth. The narcissist’s skill in gaslighting – making you doubt your own perceptions and reality – compounds this, creating a constant state of emotional dependency.

Living with a narcissist can feel like being trapped on a rollercoaster of emotions. One moment, they shower you with love and approval; the next, they withhold affection and become cold and distant.

Conscious Woman

Loving a conscious woman ……..

Men are often “afraid” of a conscious woman. For a woman who knows what she feels, what she thinks and what she wants. They think a conscious woman is dangerous. A woman who feels and experiences so much… she must be crazy. She’s too much for me.

In a way they are right. For someone who is not on the same level, she will be too much.

She will be too much for someone who lets his ego speak too much. For someone who doesn’t dare to face their fears yet. She’s too much if you like superficial conversations instead of deep conversations. She’s too much if you think she won’t show you what she feels. Be it fear, anger, sadness or pain. She will share the conheceu with you. She is not afraid to show her vulnerability.

But remember this…

A conscious woman will never hold you responsible for her emotions. Together she will look for you where she came from. She is a woman you will feel more than safe with. You come home. She doesn’t hide behind walls or mascarados. What you experience is what you get. No secrets, no surprises. When you meet her she will show you who she is. Soul to soul.

She knows she’s worth it and she’s not afraid to open up to you. You may see who and how she is and then it is up to you whether you want to walk with her or not.

She will leave you and your worth. She also won’t do something or say something that pretends to be different from her out of fear that you don’t like her enough. She doesn’t want to commit you to terms. She will only want to VER – commit. She is an open book without a secret language. She has no time for relationships filled with conditions and fears of losing someone. She can love herself.

A conscious woman will invite you to love everything about her.

She will and can allow you to enter her soul because she has already done a lot of work. She loves herself as she is. She doesn’t need you, she just invites you to walk together because she thinks you’re beautiful to go on that journey together… No matter how short or long it takes!

Dandelion

“The dandelion is the only flower that represents the three celestial bodies of the sun, moon, and stars: The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moons, and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars.

The dandelion flower opens to greet the morning and closes in the evening to go to sleep.

Every part of the dandelion is useful: root, leaves, flower. It can be used for food, medicine, and dye for colouring.

Up until the 1800s, people would pull grass out of their lawns to make room for dandelions and other useful “weeds” like chickweed, malva and chamomile.

The name dandelion is taken from the French word “dent de lion” meaning lion’s tooth, referring to the coarsely-toothed leaves. 🦁

Dandelions have one of the longest flowering seasons of any plant.

Dandelion seeds are often transported away by a gust of wind and they travel like tiny parachutes. Seeds are often carried as many as five miles from their origin!

Birds, insects, and butterflies consume nectar or seeds of dandelion.

Honey from bees pollinating dandelions is quite delicious. 🐦 🐛 🐜 🦋 🐝.

Dandelion flowers do not need to be pollinated to form seeds.

Root of dandelion can be used as a substitute for coffee.

Dandelion is used in folk medicine to treat infections and liver disorders. Tea made of dandelion act as a diuretic.

If you know dandelions, they’ll grow shorter stalks to spite you.

Dandelions are, quite possibly, the most successful plants that exist. They are masters of survival worldwide.”

Showing Up

I showed up for people when I was tired.

High vibrational Ascension energies are entering the planet, causing some uneasy vibrations within Ascending individuals. These energies are clearing the entire intestinal system to strengthen connections to innate abilities, and to increase internal growth ,self inner belief and confidence .

Listening closely to the inner self for balance. In every stage of Ascension each Starseeded soul undergoes unique final upgrades and clearings, guided by their Ascension light team. This is a transformational time due to the intense personal shadow inner work clearing .The self is now absorbing higher vibrational light , increasing internal power to elevate internal frequencies.

During this transition from a pure consciousness field (5D) to an obsolete vibrational energy state (2D -3D) humans are experiencing a profound division. This division leads to conflicts among individuals who were once in vibrational alignment, this is a necessary practice of detachment from out dated connections .

Resisting changing energies by holding onto the past is ineffective. The focus now is on honouring Self’s essence and intuition. Acknowledging the interconnectedness of all things through resonance, leading to the coexistence of contrasting realities. By envisioning and actively shaping the life self aspires to experience, promotes positivity within the self , transitioning through this ascension phase more smoothly.

The Ascending are moving through an amplified Cosmic gateway portal that is activating the self with higher energies and frequencies , never experienced before. Portals and gateways are activating the planet and expanding in the human body .

A multitude of higher beings from supreme and divine realms have been arriving to support Earth and her people , They bring with them powerful and advanced energetic frequencies to assist in the process of global ascension and planetary alignment.

Higher beings are showering this planet with divine love, reminding us that we are never truly alone on this path. Their presence here offers comfort and guidance. Seeking solace and strength in the light of our own divine creation. Trusting in the support and assistance available , as we continue to evolve and awaken.

The earth grid ley lines are the earths chakra points , they are transitioning and recalibrating the ascension in the new earth energy, aligning in this deeper internal process taking place as self recognises it is part of the whole cosmic and planetary realignments are taking place activating self’s true origins. This is bringing to the surface accelerated epiphany moments.

There are also the LightWorkers and Starseeds at this time that are stepping away from helping individuals temporarily to assist in the Earth Grid Work. This ascension stage can also feel like a pause for some .

Those consciously ascending understand that the ascension journey revolves around authenticity, genuineness, and truth rather than simply being nice and accomodating Prioritising healthier boundaries, personal space, and vibrational alignment is necessary in new earth conscious living .

Self-love, self-healing, and self-care take precedence in this next chapter over seeking others’ approval through niceness , kindness and over sharing . Chasing popularity and fame for the sake of it within this illusionary construct of 2D – 3D societal beliefs will never bring the inner light connection, satisfaction, peace, and truth that an ascending soul embodies.

Being valued for who self truly is holds much greater spiritual value, recognised and honoured in all cosmic spaces . The unseen realms hold far more significance than the visible aspects of the human experience.

The greatest wisdom is embodied in simplicity, encompassing love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, compassion and forgiveness. It is not overly complex or intricate. True knowledge is freely available and resides from within .

Cosmic portal activations help motivate the ascending towards their goals . Each step taken with conscious intention leaves a significant mark and contributes to a global legacy. Trust in divine intervention . Everything needed in new earth moving forward will come at the right and perfect timing .

Ok to be fragile

“You handled it so well.” —

Yes, because no one noticed

the quiet tears I wiped away

when no one was looking.

No one heard

the loud screams

echoing inside my head,

the ones I buried deep so

no one would ask

if I was okay.

I learned to smile,

to keep it all together

when inside I felt like

I was falling apart.

I didn’t ask for help

because I was too

used to being the

one people leaned on.

No one saw the

weight I carried,

but I carried it

nonetheless,

hoping one day

it would get lighter.

Through

all those silent battles,

I found a quiet strength

I never knew I had.

I became my own

shoulder to lean on,

my own hand

to hold when

the nights felt too long.

It wasn’t easy,

but I survived.

I’m still here,

and somehow that

feels like victory.

I’m not unbreakable,

but I’ve learned

that it’s okay

to be fragile and

still stand tall.

Maybe

that’s what real strength is—

continuing even when the world

doesn’t see the war you’re fighting.
