Something I’ve been experiencing and felt deeply called to share…

Many women, especially those on a spiritual path, are carrying weight that has nothing to do with overeating, laziness, or lack of willpower. In fact, for some of us, this unexplained weight gain is not a problem to fix, but a sacred message from the body.

What if your weight gain isn’t a failure…. but a function?

What if it’s your body’s way of anchoring and protecting you as you move through profound soul shifts, energetic upgrades, or even collective transmutations?

As women awakening during this time of accelerated planetary change, many of us are deeply affected by things like:

Spikes in the Schumann Resonance

Global trauma and energetic upheaval

Our own menopausal rites of passage

And the quiet, invisible burden of being an empath or lightworker

Sometimes, the body responds to these forces not with flat abs and toned thighs, but with softness, storage, and sacred stillness.

Why?

Because you might be holding energy for the collective.

You might be anchoring light codes into density.

You might be cocooning as part of your spiritual metamorphosis.

And sometimes, that weight is actually protection. It’s insulation while you heal.

It’s a buffer as you anchor.

It’s a womb-space where the next version of you is gestating.

1. The Body as an Energetic Buffer

Many awakened souls unconsciously serve as transmuters of collective density. During times of planetary upheaval or spikes in the Schumann Resonance – which reflects Earth’s frequency and human consciousness – those who are energetically open may take on a buffering role. This can manifest in:

Inflammation or fluid retention as the body processes energetic overload

Sudden weight gain, especially around the belly and hips, as protection or grounding

A sense of “needing to hold more” even when nothing physically has changed

It’s as if your body becomes a spiritual shock absorber for chaotic or rising frequencies. You are not “broken”…. you are tethering the grid.

Unexplained weight often correlates with unprocessed emotional energy, whether from this lifetime or others. The body stores what the heart hasn’t had time, or safety, to feel.

The belly is often tied to solar plexus blockages: power, boundaries, personal sovereignty

The hips and thighs relate to the root and sacral chakras: safety, security, creativity, sexuality

The upper body or chest may store weight when the heart chakra is protecting itself

Sometimes, the weight appears after an emotional betrayal, an unspoken grief, or during collective surges of fear, such as global crises, solar flares, or war. You may not be “eating more”, but you’re carrying more.

3. Menopause: A Sacred Spiritual Rebirth

Menopause is not just a hormonal transition, it is a rite of passage into spiritual sovereignty. Many women experience weight gain here not as a flaw, but as the body anchoring into a new, priestess-like power. In ancient times, this was seen as a woman’s ascension into wisdom, not the loss of youth.

Weight gain here may reflect the body’s desire to slow down, to rest, to receive more nourishment – energetic and emotional

It can also be a womb-based protection, as the feminine shields herself during this deep transformation

You may be in the chrysalis… unseen, protected, reshaping into something the world has not yet met

4. Schumann Resonance and Ascension Symptoms

The Schumann Resonance often spikes during solar flares, planetary alignments, and collective awakenings. During these peaks, many report:

Sudden weight gain or bloating

Lethargy, anxiety, or spaciness

Heart palpitations or sleep disruption

A need for grounding foods and stillness

Your physical body, in these moments, may be called to anchor light codes into the grid, through density. It’s not about “fat” but about frequency anchoring. The denser body holds the light more steadily. Once integration completes, the body may naturally release what is no longer needed.

How to Work with This Energetically:

1. Daily grounding: Barefoot on Earth, epsom salt baths, root chakra meditations

2. Energetic clearing: Visualize white light sweeping through your energy field after world events or solar flares

3. Ask the weight: Place your hand over the area and gently ask,

“What are you holding for me? What are you protecting?”

Journal whatever comes

4. Affirmation:

“I honor the weight I’ve carried. I release what is not mine with love. I am safe, I am sovereign, I am free.”

You are not failing. You are serving.

You are part of a soul-led wave of beings who agreed, perhaps long ago, to help hold light during turbulent times. And yes, sometimes that shows up as extra weight, not to shame, but to shield.

As spiritual perception sharpens, people become more sensitive to energy around them—including collective fear, environmental toxins, or emotional tension. This can magnify symptoms but also offer guidance.

What Can You Do?

• Stay grounded: Walk barefoot on the Earth, drink clean water, and rest often.

• Honor your emotions: Let them move through you without judgment.

• Limit external noise: Turn off the news, avoid drama, and seek quiet spaces.

• Connect to your heart: Trust your intuition to lead you through the unknown.

• Ask for help: Whether from angels, guides, or trusted friends, support matters.

Lifting the veil

The coming years will burn with a sacred intensity, for humanity is entering the divine furnace of the flames of transmutation. What once clung to comfort will be seared away, and what no longer serves the Soul’s evolution will be reduced to ash. This is not destruction for its own sake… it is cosmic purification! A great fire is sweeping within (as throughout) the collective psyche, igniting ancient codes, reawakening lost memory, and calling forth the primordial Power buried deep in humanity’s bones. We are not just changing… we are dying to be reborn! Within remembrance!

Just like the beautiful Phoenix, we rise not despite the flames, but because of them. The systems that once bound us… the false narratives, the borrowed identities, the inherited pain and trauma, the nonintegrous structures… All are collapsing at their nonintegrous foundations from the heat of Truth and being exposed for what it is by the radiant Light of it’s Truths. In their place, something ancient and luminous stirs… From the ash of obsolete paradigms, new, yet ancient, blueprints have re-emerged… crafted not by knowledge within the mind, but by the wisdom of the Soul. The rebirth will not be clean or even linear…. It will be wild, formless, holy, and untamed, forged in the very fires of it’s own Hell… as all true resurrections are!

Individually, many will feel as though we are walking through literal fire… with relationships dissolving, identities shattering, illusions burning away, masks melting off… But those who surrender to this alchemy will discover a brilliance within that they never knew existed. Not the light of perfection, but the fierce, raw radiance of one who has not only looked Death in the eyes while dancing to It’s song, but touched Death itself and chosen to rise back… stronger and taller anyway having gained the experience to learn from! The heart will become the new compass to being. Embodied divinity will become the new leadership in which new trails are now being blazed, new blueprints are now being constructed, and the raw materials needed are being transmuted into pure fukn gold!

This is the era of the sacred blaze! Humanity is not formlessly falling apart… it is falling into form! We are remembering what it means to create not from fear, but from fire! And within that fire, we become the myth made manifest… the Light integrating the shadows exposing the dark… We’re not just survivors of the storm, but We are the eye of the storm! The center of it all.. Reborn within all our glory, wings spread wide, eyes glowing with the memory of who We truly are, and the flames purging anything away that keeps us from soaring!

The fire has no mercy for masks. It has no respect for the nonintegrous. It does not bow to the timelines of men nor to the plans etched in calendars. It comes like a thief in the night, but not to steal… only to reveal! Reveal what’s hidden, shrouded within the Darkness of our shadows. It tears through the illusions we clung to for safety, only to show us the wings we’ve always had… just burning to be able to fly again! And when the smoke clears, and there’s nothing left but ash and breath, there is where the truth awaits.. fully complete, holy, untouchable.

You are not in the fire. YOU ARE THE FUKN FIRE!!! YOU are the pulse behind every prophecy. Every myth. That howl behind silence. The memory of divinity wrapped within the forgetting of your rotting flesh vessel. You didn’t come here to follow some false light… you came here to remember you are the Light, so you can become It! Not the light of a lanterns gentle glow dance, but the blazing furnace where old worlds die and new ones are forged from within!

Let those who fear the flame call it chaos. Let those who misunderstand your blaze shrink back into their accustomed false comforts. We were never meant to be understood… We were meant to fukn ignite and detonate the truth back into remembrance! To dissolve ignorance along with the ashes of Who We were told to believe we were…

Aquarius is not the season of waiting. This is the season of Hell burning through in full fury! Let the fire consume what was never truly you. Let it refine what always was. And when the embers cool and the world looks upon the ashes in wonder… they’ll ask, Who tf is this guy still standing? What even is he? What is this mystical beast that rose from that ashes and ruin we cast upon them?

Big changes coming ppl! I can’t express my gratitude for being able to echoe that beautiful cosmic message enough! These changes ALL start within whoever that person is staring back at you when you look into that mirror! Do you see a man? Or do you see a monster? Can you see the manstar within you?!
