Garden of the Heart

My mother kept a garden

A garden of the heart

She planted all the good things

That gave my life its start

She turned me to the sunshine

And encouraged me to dream

Fostering and nurturing

The seeds of self-esteem

And when the winds and rain came

She protected me enough

But not too much because she knew

I’d need to stand up strong and tough

Her constant good example

Always taught me right from wrong

Markers for my pathway

That will last a lifetime long

I am my mother’s garden

I am her legacy

And I hope today she feels the love

Reflected back from me.

The day is coming

There will come a day when people of all races, colors and creeds will set aside their differences. They will unite in love, uniting in unification, to heal the Earth and all its children.

They will move across the Earth like a large turbulent rainbow, bringing peace, understanding, and healing wherever they go.

The great spiritual masters who walked the Earth will return and walk among us once again, sharing their power and understanding with all.

We will learn to see and feel in a sacred way. Men and Women will be who the Creator intended them to be; all children will be safe wherever they want to go.

Elders will be respected and appreciated for their contribution to life. Their wisdom will be sought. The entire human race will be called the People and there will be no more wars, diseases, or famine – forever! ”

Men who bring more

There are men who always bring more than just sexual relationships.

They come into the lady’s life to heal the wounds, fix the broken heart, boost the confidence, restore the faith, render the support, bring out the sunshine, and enhance the self-being of the woman.

They are not thoughtless guys thinking with a certain part of their body, but these men care about the emotional, mental, and sometimes even spiritual state of their woman.

They help her, motivate, and encourage throughout the thorns and roses of the life path, making her become the best version of herself.

Instead of selfish satisfaction and pleasure, they build the relationships with the means of respect, trust, and partnership.

Be4 a shift …

Before a shift or transition, your body asks you to slow down, rest and cocoon.

This not unlike the quiet growth while a woman carries a child, the still point when artists and writers do their best work, the calm before mother nature changes the weather.

Honor your resting space. Sleep more. Gather strength. Build momentum and prepare for a new phase of your life, the birth of your increased creativity, your soul’s desired direction.

This an important time of regeneration, an essential period in your life’s cycle. It is to the body like the Earth’s change from the evening moon to morning sun. Grow in the stillness of you. Jody Doty

Green Flags

Green flags often go unnoticed in today’s world. They say healthy relationships are dull, but picture this: someone who makes you feel comfortable and secure, remembers the little details about you, including your favorites, and offers reassurance without prompting. Someone with whom you can be vulnerable, authentic, and genuine, without fear of disrespect.

Imagine being with someone who has clear and vivid plans for your relationship, respects your time and boundaries, and understands that you have other important people in your life. Someone who prioritizes you, cares for you, and sees your flaws as opportunities for growth. Someone who never lets you go to bed with a heavy heart and never takes advantage of your kindness.

Now, envision having someone who communicates openly because they value your relationship, recognizing that disagreements are natural but striving for a healthy resolution.

Imagine being with someone who is not just good for your heart but great for your overall well-being.

So take my advice and cherish those green flags when you see them. They may seem small, but they are the building blocks of a truly fulfilling and lasting relationship.

Tired

I am tired of losing myself to uncertain relationships.

I am tired of punishing myself over the things that I prayed to work, but didn’t. I am tired of wasting my nights being sad over someone who wouldn’t even be happy being with me.

I am tired of losing my peace, settling on unclear intentions, and living on good old memories.

I am tired of romanticizing black and white future. I am tired of looking for people who do not want to be found. And I am tired of running away from my worth.

I just want to be with someone whom I can celebrate good little things with, share my secrets and dreams, and who can effortlessly make me love myself more.

I just want to be in the arms of someone who’s also tired of playing games, living on false hopes, and singing goodbyes.

So, if you’re tired, too, please meet me here. I won’t mind offering my shoulders for you to lean to, my hands for you to hold, and my heart for you to rest onto.

Grow with me. Chase the calm with me. Above all, be tired with me—so we don’t have the energy to leave.

Slow Death

“You start dying slowly;

if you do not travel,

if you do not read,

If you do not listen to the sounds of life,

If you do not appreciate yourself.

You start dying slowly:

When you kill your self-esteem,

When you do not let others help you.

You start dying slowly;

If you become a slave of your habits,

Walking everyday on the same paths…

If you do not change your routine,

If you do not wear different colours

Or you do not speak to those you don’t know.

You start dying slowly:

If you avoid to feel passion

And their turbulent emotions;

Those which make your eyes glisten

And your heart beat fast.

You start dying slowly:

If you do not risk what is safe for the uncertain

If you do not go after a dream

If you do not allow yourself

At least once in your lifetime

To run away from sensible advice

Don’t let yourself die slowly

Do not forget to be happy!”

Mother Love ❤️ Healing 5/12

You have heard of collateral damage.

Now hear of collateral renewal.

Every time we act in kindness,

in mercy, in love: the Impact of our actions radiates out to touch many more lives than the ones in our Immediate vicinity. Others we do not know will be affected. The reverberations of our Compassion will circle the world. Collateral renewal – healing Rippling out, never ending.

Not just babies that grow

Oh, how I’d love to go back to those first weeks and months. I was ever-present, yet never really there at all.

My head was elsewhere, caught up in all the shoulds, in the baby books, the apps, the impossible schedules; all the perceived perfections of motherhood that felt so at odds with what you were telling me you needed.

I followed my heart every single time. But never with conviction. Always apologetically as though I were somehow giving in. Not doing it right.

I fought it. Like a quiet war. It was exhausting.

I’d love to go back and mother that version of you, but as this version of me; the mum I am today.

More relaxed, more rested, more sure, no longer seeking approval, embracing the fact that I will be happily rocking my boy to sleep until he doesn’t need it anymore.

It’s not just our babies that grow.
