This topic needs to be addressed and clarified : Loneliness is not experienced in 5D beyond structures , once you reach this higher dimensional stage you have merged with higher self and source light energy , there can be a misunderstanding in this as you ascend , there is no counting system beyond 5D as it is literally impossible to count into infinite realms of existence there is no 6D , 7D , 8D etc etc , this is coming from the linear mind set only , anything past 5D is recognised as 5D beyond , once in these higher conscious realms there is no separation as this in itself is an illusion .

5D beyond realms is a unity conscious space and it is impossible to feel alone in this higher state of conscious awareness . Ascension moving into 5D beyond realms can make one feel alone physically until the full higher self merger has taken place , lonileness and seperation feelings are in the physical 3D -4D only realms of conscious existence .

Mercury Retrograde

Our bodies are changing and

we are going through extreme releasing so that more light can enter our cells, and other previous dormant, or what scientists believe as junk DNA can activate. As our old karmic imprints are being burnt away by the sacred fires of alchemy, higher light is able to enter because of these purifying fires. It’s been quite a whirlwind as these new energies are infiltrating. We are all feeling the many subtle changes going on around us and within our bodies and this will continue to happen so that our energy has time to adjust to the new frequencies being transmitted down, helping us to not only clear the old blockages, but to integrate the very new rays that have new signature patterns. Many are feeling the battle wounds of this and are feeling incredibly tired and spent. As the frequency rises it may be hard to see the benefits yet and easy to lose sight that progress is being made at all. We are all going through a cleanse of eliminating toxins and emotional dross that have slowly built up over many lifetimes. Solar flares will continue to be released amplifying and helping us in upgrading our DNA, shifting our vibrational frequency. Heightened sensitivities, electrical surges and buzzing through the body, heightened sensitivities to sound and energy. Muscle cramps and heat flashes that are connected to the releasing of kundalini energy moving through the body. Sleep disturbances and a need for more stillness and quietness. Dizziness, unexplained flu-like symptoms, feeling lethargic and headachy, and brain fog for no apparent reason. Feelings of exhaustion and burnout and the Thymus fluttering, heart palpitations as the heart charkra awakens like a sleeping giant stirring, are all indications of the change.

Our life force readjusting as gentle waves of light moves through us. These unpleasant symptoms will pass as our vibration continues to rise and we correct ourselves and release the energy blockages and distortions we have been carrying around. These internal adjustments are here to attune us and clear away the inner pollution we have been carrying. The more we can continue to process our shadow selves and the more we tend to the house where spirit lives the more effortless our transition will be and the more light can enter. We really are like baby switchboards learning to plug in to many more circuits that previously were not available to us. We can only handle a certain amount of energy at a time running through us otherwise we would literally blow our circuits. Our job is to be open to working the amount of increased voltage that is coming in. We are opening up to the lines of extra-sensory communication that hasn’t been previously available to us. Energy Update

“Crazy times call for crazy measures”

Intense cranial and temple pressures as we squeeze through the eye of the eclipse needle. Our bodies and mindspaces begging us to slow down. Take a few deep breaths. Take a moment for ourselves.

The lead-up to the 8th April asks us to really get back to the fundamentals of what makes you YOU, and what makes YOU happy.

Anyone or anything trying to control or manipulate you, or even just asking simple things of you are thrown in the “too hard basket of tomorrow or whenever the fuck I will get to it”.

Feelings of misplacement…”Am I here?” “What to do! What to do?” “I don’t care, just make it stop. I wanna go home. Are we there yet!”

In my dreamstate the past week I have been dreaming in reverse, which has freaked me out upon awakening, and last night was a refreshing change but woke up feeling even more freaked out as I had been flashing, lightning speed, on the roads without a car. My body being the vehicle, leaving trails of red lights in my wake. I was having races with friends along the streets of my town. Such an exhilarating feeling. Like ice skating but at warp speed. And the knowing that not everyone else was doing it. Only a few.

So as we head into the 1st of April here DownUnder at 88mph, just know it is all written. We will follow the script, and what is really important is that you take some time for adjustments whenever you can. Prioritsing yourself and your needs is crucial.

Be kind to yourself, as always, but in these heightened periods of extremely high light quotients hitting the PLANEt, it’s best to be calm and still so you can make sense of the downloads coming in.

We really are on the precipice of a new era, and with that will come the need for strong foundations of trust, faith and love for all on this journey.
