Hz. FREQUENCIES

What Are Frequencies/Dimensions?

We have been experiencing level after level of the process of ascension over many lifetimes. During this time, the Creator has been moving from a state of absolute unity into a state of relative separation so that it can experience itself through its own creative thought process. Through a process called evolution, we have been consciously changing from a state of being unconscious in our essence as pure spirit into conscious embodiments of spirit.

When referring to frequencies, we mean oscillations per second or hertz (Hz). We are vibrating beings that are affected by everything around us—from electrical appliances to electromagnetic fields created by power lines, cell phone towers, and high tension wires.

The human body has its own frequency, as does every living thing on the planet. Our bodies are made up of atoms and molecules, which are surrounded by electromagnetic fields that are affected by our thoughts and feelings.
Every thought produces an electrical charge within your body.

These electrical charges can be measured by means of an electroencephalogram (EEG). It has been clearly established in scientific studies that different types of thoughts create different electrical charges within the brain. Different emotions produce different magnetic polarities within our bodies as well.
Quantum mechanics is the study of atoms and electrons. Quantum mechanics is an essential element of understanding spirituality, for it is this science that explains how spirit and matter interact. “Spirit is a vibrational frequency that exists in an alternate dimension, but it can be detected scientifically. Its vibrations are felt through electromagnetic energy, which we sense and feel as our emotions.

It is not possible to experience spirit without having a connection with the physical body, which is why we have sexual polarity—life and death—in the physical world. To experience spirit while living in the physical world requires that we stay aligned with our heart’s desires. If we do this, then our emotions will begin to vibrate at a frequency that matches that of spirit.
This can be difficult to achieve through intellect alone because it involves being present in every moment with unconditional love, seeing every person and event exactly as they are. This awareness will expand into higher guidance, which will help you stay aligned with predestined events and people you are intended to meet.

As you become aware of your intentions, feelings, thoughts, and emotions in every moment, you align with universal consciousness—the consciousness of the Creator—which will lead you to your highest good.
The universe is an intelligent hologram, a living organism that is conscious and intelligent. It communicates with us through our thoughts and feelings. We are its thinking cells, the consciousness of this holographic universe.

The laws of quantum physics state that human beings are made up of energy that is both physical and non-physical. The physical part that we can see and touch is only a small part of who we are.
Quantum physics tells us that everything in the universe is interconnected and that there is no such thing as emptiness or absolute nothingness. Quantum entanglement (also known as “spooky action at a distance”) shows that if two particles have interacted in the past, they will always remain connected regardless of how far apart they are now. If one particle changes its state, the other particle will change at exactly the same moment.

The non-physical part of ourselves includes our minds, our emotions, our bodies, our DNA, and the energy field around us. It does not matter whether it is inside or outside of the physical body; it can be anywhere in the universe because it has no boundaries.

Reality exists because we exist within it. Our consciousness creates reality by encoding frequency patterns into matter and energy via our thoughts, emotions, and words.
Superconsciousness is the highest-energy form that we can perceive at this time, which is why it is referred to as God. We are not separate from God’s consciousness; therefore, there is no need for us to pray or ask for anything because it is already present within us.

Our task is to become aware of its presence within us by developing greater sensitivity to subtle vibrations.
As we raise our vibration, we become sensitive to all aspects of vibration—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We begin to realize that consciousness flows through all things, including us. The Creator’s love and light are within us as well as in all things. “All is one.”

Are you experiencing an expanded awareness of intuitive knowing and spiritual guidance in your life? Do you feel the presence of a divine source that you have not been able to put into words?

This is a glimpse into the consciousness of all beings and everything that is imbued with unconditional love and brightness. It does not always appear as a bright light. It may come to you instead as a deep sense of peace or as an understanding.

Whatever form it takes, this expanded awareness reflects our inherent connection to all things and beings. It is a clear signpost directing us toward spiritual growth and fulfillment. As we increase our sensitivity to subtle vibrations, we begin to enter this consciousness and experience being one with all things that are.

It is important to note that we do have free will at every moment. Knowing this allows us to become aware of the thoughts and emotions we are choosing at each moment, rather than simply reacting or responding to situations or circumstances based on what was programmed into us from the past.

Whether you are aware of it or not, you are in a constant exchange of energy with the universe and everything in it. You may feel that your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are yours alone, but they are not. You are constantly surrounded by and connected to everything in the universe. As we begin to awaken to this fact, we begin to recognize our true nature as pure consciousness that is one with All That Is.

It is important to remember that at any moment, you have a choice about whether or not you will honor the subtle intuitive signal that is being given to you. This can be very empowering. As you become more aware of the subtle intuitive guidance being given to you, you will realize that there truly is no accident in your life. There are no random occurrences happening on a daily basis; there is only perfection in divine timing and divine unfolding.

This means that if there is something in your life that needs to be addressed or healed, there is nothing to worry about because the power of your own presence will dissolve any blockages or limitations. Your conscious awareness will shift you into a higher level of vibration where there are no problems because they simply do not exist.

The intuitive voice will always lead us back home and bring us back into alignment with our true nature.
The awareness of the Creator is not a belief system. It is the consciousness from which all creation comes. The Creator exists within each of us and collectively as the universe.

All things are created from this original energy, including our thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, perceptions, and experiences.
Sensitivity to this energy can be developed through meditation and prayer, so we can begin to experience a greater degree of happiness than what is experienced in the physical world.

In this higher realm of consciousness, we have access to all knowledge, wisdom, and intuition that guide us to develop new talents and abilities. We become more attuned to our bodies’ innate wisdom and healing ability so that sickness no longer has a hold on us. The more we develop our intuition, the more information will be revealed to us in meditation. This is one way that we can find peace and contentment in our lives by learning to trust ourselves rather than allow others to influence our decisions.

This level of consciousness is available to everyone, no matter what their religious background or beliefs may be. Our thoughts create our reality, so negative or fearful thoughts do not exist here. As we begin to practice being present in the moment, we learn how to shift from fear-based thinking into intuitive thinking that opens our minds up to all possibilities.

We love you dearly.
We are here with you.
We are your family of light.

Brainwashing

The term “brainwashing” was first coined in the 1950’s during the Korean War. Also called “coercive persuasion,” is a severe form of manipulating someone without their desire, knowledge, and consent of the person being brainwashed. They do this by using various techniques and controlling the person’s physical and social environment. It was used to explain how totalitarian regimes were able to completely indoctrinate American soldiers through a process of torture and propaganda. But HCPs use some of these same techniques to control you so they can get their needs met by using their survival strategies (p. xx)

A partner who is trying to brainwash you (whether it’s conscious or subconscious) wants to know everything about you to manipulate your beliefs. They will want to find out what your strengths are, your weaknesses, whom you trust, who is important to you, and whom you listen to for advice. They will use all that information against you as part of the brainwashing process. Of special importance is their knowledge of who is in your support circle. They will systematically try to isolate you from friends and family, either by directly demanding you cut them off or indirectly by making it so difficult for you to talk to others you just give up.

Elements in the brainwashing process that apply to caretakers and HCPs include the following: 55P, I88

55P Signs That You Are Being Brainwashed (Without Even Knowing It), Janey Davies, B.A. 2017, the Learning Mind

I88 How Brainwashing Works, How Stuff Works, Julia Layton and Alia (sic) Hoyt, 2021

Controlling the environment: Most particularly, they try to control whether or not you get enough enough sleep. There is often the constant threat of physical harm, rages, threats, etc., which makes it more difficult for the caretaker to think critically and independently.

Stripping you of your identity: The HCP systematically breaks down the caretaker’s identity until they fall apart. The HCP constant attacks them for days, weeks or months until the caretaker becomes exhausted, confused and disoriented. In this state, their beliefs about themselves waver and the caretaker no longer knows what is true and what is false. The good news is that the brainwashing victim’s old identity is dormant, not erased by the process. Once the new identity stops being reinforced, the caretaker’s old attitudes and beliefs will start to return.

Constant criticism and blame: The HCP repeatedly and mercilessly attacks the caretaker for any “sin” the target has committed, large or small. He may criticize the target for everything from the way the caretaker chews to the caretaker’s extreme “badness,” which makes the caretaker feel a general sense of shame. The caretaker begins to believe that nothing they do is right. They’re not sure what they have done wrong; they just know they are wrong.

The Possibility of Salvation: Their are times when the HCP acts normal and even loving. They intermittently show the good parts of themselves, promise to go to therapy, or performs some act of kindness to the caretaker. The caretaker begins to hope again. I call it the “roller-coaster of hope” because it goes up and down depending on the HCP’s last treatment of them. This is called the “re-seduction.”

Accepting the HCP’s Beliefs: Now that the caretakes knows what is wrong with them, the HCP gives them an opportunity to redeem themselves by believing in the correctness of the HCP’s beliefs, doing what the HCP wants, and feeling the way the HCP wants them to feel. This gives the caretaker a way to scape their “badness.” All they need to do is apologize for their countless “sin” and promise not to commit them again.

At this point in the brainwashing process, the caretaker is in the same position of a person who has been interrogated by the police for hours and not allowed to go to the bathroom. At this point, the caretaker will agree to anything to stop the suffering. The caretaker rejects their old beliefs about themselves and adapts the HCP’s way of looking at everything. They pledge allegiance to the new belief system that is going to stop the HCP from abusing them. The HCP will test the caretaker many times to assure their new belief system is holding.

There are things you can do to stop yourself from being brainwashed:
• Never allow yourself to be isolated
• Don’t believe the hype
• Check with with family, friends, or a therapist about what your partner is saying so you can ground yourself in reality
• Don’t buy into fear or scare tactics
• Remember that your HCP has an agenda
• Look out for subliminal messages
• Follow your own path
• Don’t protect your partner by keeping the abuse a secret. This is what battered men and women do (for the very same reasons)
• Do your own research
• Listen to your own intuition
• Don’t follow the crowd
• Don’t be afraid to be different.
• Love yourself just the way you are (see I Love Myself The Way I Am (Jai Josefs): Hannibal Means – YouTube or I love myself the way I am / Jai Josephs – YouTube
• Remind yourself you need to keep your head straight for the sake of your children, who should be your first priority
• Keep in mind BPD and NPD are serious mental illness that greatly affect the perceptions of the person who has them

“Pushed to Trust Your Intuition”
by Kate Spreckley

Collectively, we are moving through a seemingly chaotic and turbulent evolutionary process, which is birthing a new paradigm within our world.
This new paradigm is triggering the breakdown and dissolution of the old structures which have contained our human consciousness for thousands of years. As a result, everything is changing and we are being inspired to recreate our lives in ways that are more purposeful and meaningful.

Over this weekend, the energies will continue to build and intensify preparing you for next week’s New Moon. You may find old and stagnant emotions surfacing for release and new insights emerging to reveal what is no longer useful and necessary for you moving forward.
Know that all is well and that with any uncertainty and inability to see the path ahead, you are being pushed to trust
your intuition and follow its guidance.

Childress on pathology

“I don’t diagnose pathology.”

That is the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard a licensed mental health person say. What do you think the license is for? Honest to god…

Look, seriously, you are a licensed mental health professional who is – licensed – by the state to do exactly that, diagnose and treat pathology. If you don’t diagnose pathology, who does, a plumber?

If so, can you refer me to a plumber to diagnose the pathology because we need a diagnosis. This could be a diagnosis of Child Psychological Abuse (DSM-5 V995.51), i.e., a shared persecutory delusion created in the child by the distorted parenting of the allied parent.

We need to find out if that pathology is present or absent, we need a diagnosis… and if you don’t diagnose pathology… then you’re pretty useless, aren’t you. Who does?

Because if you don’t diagnose pathology then there is absolutely no point in having you involved as a mental health person, because that’s what we need, a diagnosis for the treatment plan.

A plumber doesn’t diagnose pathology, nor does a school teacher. Who does? Hmmm, let me think… a licensed mental health professional? But just not you because you’re pretty useless.

We don’t need a plumber to fix the family conflict either. We need a diagnosis.

Who should I go to for a diagnosis if not a licensed mental health professional? Ask them. If they say this ridiculous thing to you, ask them who you SHOULD go to for a diagnosis, who would that be? I’d be curious what answer they’d give you… maybe they’d respond with just a blank stare.

Early in my training, way early, I was told by my mentor to always-always put a diagnosis.

Even if there is no diagnosis, there’s a diagnostic code for No Diagnosis, V71.09 No Diagnosis on Axis 1, that’s what you put when there is no diagnosis. Always put a diagnosis, even when there’s no diagnosis. Do you know why?

Malpractice. To start treating something before you’ve diagnosed what it is would be malpractice, and to conduct an assessment without a identifying the problem (diagnosing the pathology), even if it’s No Diagnosis (V71.09), would be malpractice.

How do you know what you’re treating if you have no diagnosis? That’s why I was told to always-always give a diagnosis, because otherwise is is automatically a misdiagnosis, which becomes the foundations for the malpractice, i.e., a negligent misdiagnosis because of an inadequate assessment.

There’s a second reason to identify no diagnosis, V71.09 No Diagnosis on Axis 1, it documents that you looked. Without that diagnosis of No Diagnosis, did you even look for a possible psychiatric disorder?

Here’s the rule-of-thumb regarding documentation in a medical record, if it’s not documented it didn’t happen.

Did you assess for a possible Bipolar Disorder, or possible ADHD? Unless you indicate you did, you didn’t. Did you assess for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and for Oppositional Defiant Disorder? Unless you say you did, you didn’t.

If it’s not in the patient’s medical record, it didn’t happen. So… document what you did and the outcome. If I conducted an assessment for possibly the relevant psychiatric disorders and there were no psychiatric disorders present… then I say so, 71.09 No Diagnosis on Axis I.

Otherwise… according to my chart… if I have nothing then I never even assessed for any possible psychiatric disorders. Document, document, document. If it’s not in the medical record, it didn’t happen.

If the patient says they are depressed, document that you asked about suicide. If they report any suicidal ideation, document that you conducted a proper risk assessment for suicide and its outcome.

When I say there is No Diagnosis, I’m saying I looked. But if I never even looked… that could be negligent malpractice.

That’s why I was told by my mentor as I entered clinical training, always-always give a diagnosis – protect yourself.

“I don’t diagnose pathology” is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard from a mental health professional. Who does then? Please tell me because I need a referral to that architect or school teacher, because we need a diagnosis.

“I don’t diagnose pathology.” That is insane.

If I’m a lawyer on TV and this is my episode, I’d get them to say that first thing – “I don’t diagnose pathology” – and they’ll say it all proud like jt’s a good thing – they don’t “pathologize” people. I’d let them swell-up into their delusional beliefs.

They’re the guest star on the episode and I want to give them their moment, before….

Then I’d ask them, “Do you mean like schizophrenia, if one parent had schizophrenia, you wouldn’t diagnose that and wouldn’t tell the judge that one parent was psychotic and had schizophrenia?” I suspect they’ll begin to see the problem and back-track a little,

“Well, something like that I’d definitely diagnose and include it in my report, but there was no schizophrenia.”

What about a delusional disorder, is that a diagnosis you’d diagnose and tell the court about, or is that something you’d ignore and withhold from the court? Ouch, the words are getting sharper.

Is there a diagnosis of V995.51 Child Psychological Abuse on page 719 of the DSM-5? Is that a diagnosis you would diagnose, or is that a diagnosis you would ignore and withhold from the court?

So you do diagnose pathology sometimes, but you don’t diagnose pathology other times, sometimes you report relevant diagnostic information to the courts and sometimes you withhold relevant diagnostic information from the courts, based on how you feel, is that what you’re saying?

Oh, I see, if it’s relevant you’ll make the diagnosis and tell the court, but if you believe it’s not relevant then you withhold the diagnostic information from the courts, is that what you’re saying? That you decide what is relevant and non-relevant information for the court’s consideration, and then you tell the court what you think is important for the court to hear, and you withhold information that you decide is not important?

Is a diagnosis of a shared persecutory delusion relevant for the court’s consideration? Is a diagnosis of Child Psychological Abuse relevant to the court’s consideration?

“I don’t diagnose pathology.” That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Too bad I only play a lawyer on TV, just lemme at that nonsense. Then how do you know what you’re treating if you don’t make a diagnosis – is it cancer or diabetes?

“I don’t diagnose pathology” from a mental health professional… if you hear that, just start laughing, just laugh, and laugh, and laugh as you turn around and walk out the door.

Go find yourself a good plumber or school teacher to diagnose what’s going on, because we need a diagnosis. Is it child abuse? Is there a shared persecutory delusion?

Please, someone… is there a doctor in the house? A rodeo clown? A lawyer? Who diagnoses pathology? Because whoever that profession is, that’s who we need and it’s obviously not you… so that makes you’re pretty pointless, doesn’t it.

Frontal lobe deficits in linear-logical reasoning, they actually say this stuff with a straight face. That’s where my TV lawyer guy would let the forensic mental health person swell on their first answer -“I don’t diagnose pathology” – all proud of themselves like that’s a good thing. Give the week’s guest star their moment before the dramatic collapse on the witness stand.

Okay then… would you diagnose schizophrenia if a parent had schizophenia, do you think the court should know that a parent has schizophrenia? How about a delusional disorder? What is a persecutory delusion? What is a shared persecutory delusion? Would creating a shared persecutory delusion in the child that then destroyed the child’s attachment bond to the other parent be a diagnosis of Child Psychological Abuse?

Would that be relevant for the court to know?

TV-lawyer: Hypothetically speaking, just a hypothetical question, doctor, purely hypothetical not related to this case at all… if… IF… a psychologist missed making a child abuse diagnosis because they failed to conduct a proper risk assessment, could that become negligent malpractice?

I’d use “could” if I was the TV-lawyer guy because of course it “could”, it’s a less strict word as “would” – could it? Yes, of course it could. But what do I know about asking questions, I’m just a psychologist. I’m not a real TV-lawyer guy.

“Did you order the Code Red! Did you order the Code Red?” – looks fun.

Honest to god, stupid pathogen. It comes from an inhibition to the frontal lobe executive function systems for linear-logical reasoning, along with deficits in foresight and planning ahead, and in self-reflective insight.

Linear-logical reasoning – find the point of illogic and stay linear on the question line with yes-no questions. The pathogen will want to escape into associational-emotional thinking, don’t let it, remain on yes-no questions – linear and logical. This will tie it up in knots when it reaches the thought-diorder part of the illogic.

Foresight and planning ahead – The pathogen doesn’t., they are very now-reactive. They won’t know the package is arriving until it’s at their doorstep, no foresight.

Because they are entirely now-reactive with no forsight, they will say what seems best in the moment. This will lead them into making contradictory statements in different contexts. Once they start contradicting themselves, put their own statements side-by-side and ask them to reconclie the contradiction.

Self-reflective insight – they have none. They are arrogant and overly inflated with the self-importance of their opinions. They think they’re important… just because. Everytime you expose them, you create a narcsisistic injury.

Be careful, they may try to retaliate using their power. That should never-never happen. But it does. Be careful.

They can’t because it’s illogical. The licensed mental health person who says, “I don’t diagnose pathology” is illogical – of course you do, that’s your training, that’s what the license is for. Honest to god…

They have to testify and testimony is all about linear lines of questions. They could be in trouble if their thinking isn’t as linear-and-logical as the line of questions.

They don’t diagnose pathology… well, that makes you pretty irrelevant then, doesn’t it, because that’s what we need. If we need our Tarot cards read, we’ll be sure to think of you.
