You can make a difference. A very big difference. Peace efforts can be helped enormously by attracting, conditioning and sending out spiritual light at this critical time.

The ability to send out energy for peace into the world is the birthright of every human being. Every thought and prayer make such a difference by bringing light into a darkened situation.

In the 1970s, I learned a powerful technique for helping create world peace from a master of Karma Yoga. I first witnessed its power after a war had broken out in Cyprus in 1974. In the hours that followed, a surprise ceasefire emerged, shocking the expectations of both the public and the news reporters. It was such a jaw-dropping surprise that one newspaper devoted the entire top half of its front page to the word, “CEASEFIRE!”

Today, I teach this magical method as the World Healing Technique. Try it now and see what a difference it makes to your spiritual life, both immediately and as an uplifting reaction in the following days.

It’s a flow thing. When uplifting spiritual energy flows from you, inspiration and greater spiritual awakening flows to you …

This is how:

Sit upright, preferably with your hands resting in your lap, palms facing upwards. Breathe rhythmically and evenly. Close your eyes and turn away from your everyday thoughts by letting your attention focus on your breath. Whenever you notice your thoughts wandering, peacefully turn away from those thoughts, which can always be dealt with later, and return to focusing on your breath.

Recognize your spiritual nature. Know that you are a spiritual being living in a physical world and ask God or the Universal Spirit for the life energy that you are about to use. Give gratitude to the Creator for universal life energy, for everything that you love about your life, and for existence itself. This connection to higher consciousness will amplify your efforts many times.

Take several breaths. With each in-breath, visualize life energy coming into your body, building into a vibrant white light within you and charging every cell of your being with its life-giving energy.

First, visualize the positive change that you want to bring into being in the world. Even though you are healing something that you perceive as negative, it is important to focus, instead, on the desired positive outcome. If you send energy to something negative, you will amplify its power. By sending energy conditioned for a positive outcome, you make that form of healing possible.

For example, in your mind’s eye, instead of a world suffering from strife, visualize the people of the world at peace. When you think of world peace, what is the first symbol that springs to mind – a crowd of happy children, a white dove of peace taking flight? Use that symbol, or, if pictures don’t easily come to mind, simply use the words, World Peace, as the focus for your intention.

In the case of a specific war or threat of war, send inspiration, upliftment, and spiritual power to the peace negotiators. Even though you will likely not know their names, there are always peacemakers as well as warmongers. They are the key to ending any ongoing conflict in a way that saves people from untold suffering. So, send your energy to support the peacemakers.

Now, we’re ready to use the inbreath-outbreath cycle to transmit healing energy for the specified purpose. With every inbreath, see your lungs being filled with the vibrant white light of universal life energy.

With every outbreath, send the power of this love and light out to humanity. Direct it as a beam of brilliant white light from your heart chakra out into the world, holding the intention of healing. You can enhance the effect even more by sending energy out from the palms of your hands as well as from your heart.

Perform this as a series of inbreaths and outbreaths for as long as you wish, then relax and spend some time in the afterglow of a spiritual mission well accomplished.

These are the days of action, and that means service to others. Even better, your service to others also helps you in your own spiritual enlightenment. Action and reaction are opposite and equal.

Every time you send your light out into the world, you take another step forward towards your own enlightenment.

Time is Accelerating

How Does the Schumann Resonance Affect Humans?

The Schumann resonance is a magnetic cross-wave that is inside the earth, which vibrates as often as the brain waves of humans. The resonance of our planet Earth has been on average 7.8 HZ, but for 40 years the resonance increased to 12 HZ. That means that the 24 hours that last a day, now actually equals 16 hours.

In the face of such a change, people often wonder: how does the Schumann resonance affect humans? The first thing to know is that Schumann resonance influences our daily life more than we can imagine. That influence can help us evolve as people.

You feel time is accelerating

The influence of the Schumann resonance is felt directly in the passage of time. As the speed of this resonance is increasing, human consciousness captures it immediately.

Our mind is influenced by the magnetic field of our planet and all the alterations that occur within the earth. In the course of daily life we feel that time passes too quickly and that changes occur too often. Let’s remember that the Schumann frequency vibrates in harmony with the alpha waves of our brain. Therefore, the changes we perceive are real, not imaginary.

Promotes awakening of conscience

Planet Earth is changing the vibrating frequency, and we are accompanying that change. Our way of thinking is clearer and more effective. We begin to become aware of our own being, our inner divinity and that we are part of the universe. Around us we see a growth of spirituality on a global level. We are discovering our true potential for emotional self-healing and sincere communication with others.

Discomfort

Like any profound change, the increase in the speed of Schumann resonance creates discomfort in humans, especially at the beginning. Many people around the world feel tiredness, depression, dizziness, existential impure, etc. These feelings happen because we are living in a process of adaptation. We find it hard to get into tune with the new frequency of the earth, which is normal. All this is part of a new awakening of consciousness, which is difficult at first, but then it will be beneficial to our spirit.

Discovering hidden talents

Each of us came to earth with gifts, which do not always manifest themselves in reality: hidden talents, extreme intuition, infinite creativity and much more. As time is accelerating, it is more likely that in this existence we will be able to manifest the gifts we have received. Best of all, the next generations will have a better chance of developing extraordinary talents, because of the evolution we’ve already started 40 years ago.

Living in harmony with this change

Schumann resonance is accelerating the passage of time. This reality gives us a certain discomfort because we are adapting. In any way we can carry out certain activities that would allow us to maintain good physical, mental, and spiritual health. Therefore, while adapting to this change, we can practice meditation, reflect on our behavior, keep quiet for several minutes a day, listen to classical or ambient music, spend more time outdoors, read books of all kinds, control our emotions, etc. If we do these activities, we can be in tune with this new Schumann frequency and our life will be harmonious.

Adapting our DNA

Our body is very sensitive to the changes caused by the acceleration of the Schumann frequency, which can directly generate back pain, migraines and confusion regarding the passage of time. The good thing is that we are more intuitive and feel more empathy for others.

It is believed that the acceleration of the Schumann frequency would lead to our entry into the Fifth Dimension, 5D, which is a state of consciousness in which love, harmony predominates, where anything is possible. Today most people live in the Third Dimension, 3D, a state of consciousness where limitations and the material world predominate. Therefore, the Schuman frequency fosters spiritual evolution and the awakening of consciousness.

Conclusion

The acceleration of Schumann resonances makes us live the passage of time at a faster rate. However, this change fosters spirituality and an awakening of consciousness that will make us evolve as human beings. Although at first, we find it hard to adapt, it is worth starting this luminous journey of the spirit.

Earthseeds

Many of you are the original dwellers of the Earth. As Earthseeds , your sole purpose is to retrieve Earth’s original blueprint and coding, restore its fabrics and templars , and, above all , retrieve Earth’s original template as it was at the beginning of its creation.

Earhseeds hold the original coding/Adamic DNA, and template. They are the ones who have a special connection to Earth, for they know its secret pathways and all Earth’s records, as they are deeply connected, in a different soul agreement that starseeds to Earth.

Earthseeds hold the potential to rehabilitate their 5th DNA strand from their original 12th-dimensional DNA template, for we are all 12th-dimensional beings in our original creational template. The explanation of our human and galactic races is incredibly extensive, and in this post, I just would like to address the perfection and important role on Earth of the Earthseeds, for I see it has been misrepresented.

Becoming a fifth-dimensional being is precisely what we all aim for at this time, as even though starseeds came with more developed DNA strands, from future timelines, once trapped within this 3D plane also need to start rehabilitating all their DNA template, gradually escalating again the Divine Spiral of evolution.

We are all mixed now, for this was the strategy from the benevolent races that protect Earth, so we all can now embrace higher potentials within our DNA.

Many of you are earthseeds whose companions are starseeds, with the soul agreement to birth hybrids, which is a term that has only been used as well negatively when in truth it simply means the mix of two species, whether benevolent or not.

Your purpose coming together in sacred union, is to bring highly evolved souls, whose mission is too to help the planet, in the ways it needs it now, for all has shifted since the first starseeded ones came to Earth.

There are still earthseeds within us, holding the original DNA strand of Earth. You may call them aboriginals, American natives, and many other names. We shall honor them for who they are – Earth’s guardians, healers, and resilient beings who have been incessantly fighting to retrieve their original planet’s sovereignty.

Many of you are precious Earthseeds as I see in sessions. Wanting to be someone you are not impedes God to manifest through you. The spiritual belief and fashion of being a starseed, is only an egoic perception and judgment of Creation, for we all in the end belong to the same Source.

Knowing who we are, from where we come from, and knowing it from authentic Sources within ourselves, is vital to fulfilling our mission. Spiritual ego has created the false program that special galactic races coming from other dimensions are more special than Earthseeds, when in truth, we are all equal within Creation, even though some may have walked the path of ascension before us.

Starseeds precisely came to planet Earth to help Earthseeds preserve the planet’s original template, fauna, and animal kingdom, for the human damage made, and especially the one made by non-benevolent galactic races upon Earth, was destroying its purity.

Asking our Unified Self, Guides team, and God to confirm who we are, and balancing our ego to accept the Truth, and only the Truth from God and not our personal one, is essential to properly heal what we need to, as earthseeds and starseeeds do not carry the same wounds, for they have had different experiences, even though many starseeds have incarnated for many years on Earth.

Neutralizing judgments, and embracing our true nature is embracing God’s Will and His-Her unique Soul plan for us.

When we deny who we are we too deny God’s unique Expression in us.

“A Time of Intense Energy Clearing and Cleansing”

Welcome, dear ones. Know that you are loved and supported—not only by your Guides and Beings in the higher realms, but also by many from other planets who are cheering you on as they observe and learn from Earth’s ascension process.

Much of today’s confusion and chaos is a reaction to the breakdown of long-held but fast becoming obsolete systems of healthcare, education, government, organized religion, and tradition. Many familiar systems will disappear in their present form because they are out of alignment with the high frequency energies now flowing to Earth from the higher realms, as well as from the increased presence of evolved states of consciousness on Earth.

Dense energy has no reality in and of itself. It is simply a conditioned version of the one and only energy—Divine Consciousness. Low resonating energy automatically dissolves in the presence of high frequency energy, simply because it is not sustained or maintained by Divine Law. It is like balancing your checkbook correctly after a time of doing it incorrectly; the incorrect totals don’t go anywhere, they simply no longer exist.

All humans, even those spiritually evolved, are programmed to some degree by the third dimensional world, because Earth and her people live in the energy of a collective consciousness of separation that promotes humans as nothing more than physical bodies subject to and needing protection from disease, accidents, inabilities, lack, limitation, and dangers of every sort.

World appearances testify to duality: lucky/unlucky, sick/well, intelligent/stupid, holy/sinful, lovable/non-lovable, etc., etc. Appearances also testify to separation—that some people, animals, plants are of less value than others, and that skin color, gender, or appearance is important in determining this. God is a far away God that must be coerced, begged, or contacted in some way—preferably by the intersession of someone considered to be “holy.”

The ascension process is bringing an end to much that has become familiar and accepted. Centuries of old programming is surfacing, both personally and globally, in order to be recognized and cleared. You may experience long forgotten but remaining pockets of old energy manifesting physically, emotionally, mentally, or even spiritually, in one form or another.

Without realizing it, you may find yourself slipping into judgment, criticism, and activities of separation that you thought you had evolved beyond. These experiences can leave you feeling guilty and wondering if you are spiritually failing,

No, dear ones, evolution does not and cannot go backward. But because the world is presently experiencing a time of intense energy cleansing and clearing, even the tiniest amount of conditioned energy you may still carry is going to manifest. Some are choosing to act on and run with old energy, while others are learning and spiritually evolving from it.

Never condemn yourself if you find you are criticizing, judging, being negative, promoting old concepts, or falling back into negative habits you thought you were long done with. Recognize these experiences as impersonal expressions of old energy not yet cleared from your consciousness.

Without resistance or giving them power, simply say to yourself; “Oh, you again.” Know the truth and move on. By recognizing old programing for the nothingness that it really is and giving it no power, you stop feeding it.

Often those causing the most stress and pain in your life are in your life because your chose in your pre-birth contract to resolve and bring closure to some negative unresolved issue that has been carried through lifetimes with the person or persons. If the other person or persons are not interested in resolution or harmony and wish to keep things as they are, that is fine; you can do the completion work yourself.

Consciously state your intention that all energetic cords still binding you to this person be removed. (You can visualize hands of light moving into your body and removing a cord this if you choose, but it is not necessary.) Consciously acknowledge that in spite of any and all appearances to the contrary, this person is a Divine Being. See them as Light. Forgive them in the realization that whatever discord developed between you was the result of three dimensional hypnotism, having only the belief in it to sustain it. Consciously release the person and move on.

This does not mean you then ignore some situations. You may find that you have to take some human footsteps. However, it does mean that you no longer give the person, persons, or situation power over you.

“Bad” qualities—hatred, power over, selfishness, violence, disease, lack and limitation, etc.—reflect a state of consciousness imbued with false beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers. “Good” qualities—gentle, loving, openness, wisdom, oneness, etc.—reflect a state of consciousness that is open to and allowing the God qualities within to flow out—which is why impersonalization is a critical component of truth.

We are not saying that in order to love others you must support and accept all their actions, regardless of how outrageous. As an empowered spiritual being, you are entitled to your preferences. Humans are only able to understand at the level of their state of consciousness, and so you often must speak or take actions from the level of the other person’s understanding, but always remembering that they are spiritual beings.

The intense clearings now taking place may result in pain and suffering, which is especially true for those only able to understand the world from how it has always been. Painful experiences are often meant to be “wake-up calls,” a way to force someone spiritually ready out of their comfort zone. Remember, every soul chooses the experiences they feel they need while on Earth in order to evolve.

Living the mystical life means living from a consciousness of ONEness. It is being in the world but not of it—not ignoring, denying, or fighting appearances, but rather understanding that these things are manifestations of a collective belief in duality, separation, and many powers. You are ready to live the mystical life.

The ascension process is only beginning. There is much to come. Earth’s energy over time will continue to rise higher and increasingly closer to Reality, so sit back and allow the ascension movie to play.
