Starseed Symptoms Due To 5d Awakening and DNA Activations , The Ascension evolutionary process is rapidly accelerating, along with New higher earth energies, The ascending are all experiencing these changes in their own unique ways and in their own natural timing.

Ascension is a fast pace motion into higher conscious realms and it is for ever changing automatically as we go , embodying expansive light creation within the human self . As the ascending’s evolutionary process of awakening takes place , the self reaches a point where things feel more joyous, and peaceful within, feelings of source love energy light and extreme wonder.

This is Self’s meld and activation into divinity consciousness . Feeling whole , complete , liberated from false structures , living in truth , consciously aware of Akashic and ascension light team embodiment , the conscious meld of the entourage of all the selves combined .

Fully accepting,integrating and understanding the Self is made up of not one but of many. Recognising the power house of multi dimensional aspects within .Reaching this level of consciousness brings in higher awareness , that the self can not feel alone whether in human company or not . Feeling and cognising the multidimensional embodiment of the expansive self .

Feeling In an intense pressure cooker energy within. This is the modification of adjusting to higher vibrational levels and is a temporary state of being as the self adapts and adjusts to new versions .

Clearing Old patterns, behaviours and beliefs are coming to the surface in this next 17th October full moon in Aries , many ascending will be highly sensitive to the extreme and intense energies now activating and filtering into the planet . There will be many changes occurring within and at an accelerated rate , feelings of disorientation not knowing where self is at this time , feelings of inertia and a sense of feeling out of place in the outer world . The ascending are no longer in the 3D illusions, having well and truly moved on and into much higher realms of conscious awareness .

Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of the physical body may be felt .The physical is purifying and releasing blocked energies that once vibrated in 3D levels Recalibration is taking place as the ascending now vibrate in much higher conscious dimensions.

Individuals going through Ascension might be waking up between 2 and 5 a.m., a time when intense dream activity and subconscious processes are taking place unfolding in the deeper recesses of the mental planes. Less sleep through out is required as self continues to ascend.

Starseed Ascending individuals are balancing the Earth changes and this activates the awakening in many others. Heightened activity is occurring during deeper sleeping phases. Rest periods allows for integration, recovery from the adjustment process, and readiness for the next evolutionary phases.

The ascending may be experiencing Heightened sensitivities to surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are becoming barely tolerable. Sensory overwhelm may be occurring due to the intense energies of this next full moon resulting in an overstimulated system for a time . This is helping self to recognise the changes that may now need to take place .

Many ascending at this time are experiencing a restful ascension phase . Listening closely to the physical needs at this time as Constant down loads of Universal information and knowledge are integrated into the ascending being .

Some may be experiencing a higher intolerance for lower vibrational people places and situations that reflect the 3D nature, whether in conversations, dramas , dysfunctions , materialism , attitudes, societal structures, social media content , healing modalities, spiritual diverse beliefs in outer structures, political views , poor global leadership structure etc, etc

The break down of Density based vibrational structures temporarily manifest as physical discomforts throughout indicating what is in misalignment with higher energies. This recognition propels the self towards moving away from lower energies made up of chaos , turmoil , negativity , illusions and dysfunction, higher self is now guiding the conscious self towards progressing forward in new earth energies based in truthful perspectives of higher self and conscious human living.

Some of the ascending collective may be experiencing a loss of appetite at this time . The physical body is adjusting to higher states of vibrational being. An increased craving for purified water at this time may also be apparent . Water assists greatly in stabilising the humans auric fields and activates the increases in consciousness.

For others there may be sudden disappearances of friends, connections family members , past aligned activities, habits, jobs and residences. The self is evolving beyond what was once familiar , people and surroundings will change in accordance to conscious vibrational alignment . New Earth will highlight all that is not real as well as all that is real and truthful , this change in awareness will modify the physical internal structures accordingly .

During ascension processes at all levels There will be days when self may be eating more frequently while on other days not eating for extended periods. Alongside feelings of low blood sugar attacks, weight gain or loss may occur as the body requires a significant amount of fuel for the ascension processes currently under way. Emotionally there may be experiences of the yo-yo effect , feelings of ups and downs The self examination of individual emotions serve as a powerful release outlet, allowing for a profound clearing process to take place .

The ascending in various stages at times can temporarily feel that they are almost going insane, or think they maybe developing a mental disorder , possibly attempting to work it out in a linear way by focusing on personality labels according to 3D perspectives and this will never work . Ascending self can not be found in text books , chapters , labels etc accepting that the self is experiencing a multitude of changes in complex layers and levels of the self , experiencing several conscious dimensions at once , expanding rapidly in conscious awareness and knowing .

Plans may suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different and unexpected direction during this time .This is a time of soul conscious awareness , higher perspectives help in balancing out internal energies. The soul is the embodiment of sovereign creation and knows the direction self needs to take . This is expansion energy activating within as the conscious self is guided into new conscious earth living . This buildup of full moon energy is breaking self free from stagnant comfort zones , choices and lower vibrations.

During this time the Self may also feel a strong desire to return Home, sensing that everything is coming to an end, and there is no longer a feeling of belonging in the outer world. These feelings indicate a return to Source Light energy , it is the conclusion of old and outdated cycles. Each ascending individual is reshaping the New Earth . Past self contracts and restraints such as karma, are no longer binding , this is the liberation from outdated constraints and self limitations.

Ascension stages may also bring on anxiety and panic episodes for ego self-expression and clearing. Behaviour shifts signal a move away from survival mode. Dizziness and flu-like symptoms may arise from energy shifts, emotional releases, and DNA changes. Physical symptoms like muscle spasms, tingling sensations, and rapid hair/nail growth may also occur.

Increased dreaming activity and intense full moon energy signify deep purging and consciousness shifts. Energetic changes include ringing in the ears, heart palpitations, and skin reactions related to emotional releases. Weight fluctuations and memory lapses can also manifest during this transformative process.

The Fifth-dimensional shift allows individuals to express their unique gifts and fulfill their higher purpose in the evolving New Earth reality, marking a shift towards higher consciousness and divine alignment.

Everything in new earth energy is available to the ascending self . New self version is adjusting to the heightened self awareness and potential , this is breaking down past barriers as the self consciously expands into the quantum fields of infinite possibilities.

Holy Time of Soul Making

Soul-making is an ongoing process of the heart, mind and soul. To make our soul, we are constantly engaged with the outer world.

The soul can only be created through deep contemplation and the deconstruction of our socially constructed views about the world around and who are meant to be in this world.

This sacred process of soul-making is not necessarily connected to the Soul that we are born with. It is connected to who we are being in the world and how we let our convictions lead the way.

Because in these challenging times we must rise and be soul-makers. Intentional soul-makers. Purposeful soul-makers. Because to make our soul we are challenged to constantly confront the established paradoxes that often stand against progress and the ennoblement of our human nature.

I am a poet. I am a metaphors maker. I am a soul-makers on a mission to invite my fellow human beings to dig deep and bring forth their power and courage to stand against the wave of misinformation that ravages our planet.

Because I want to stand in the company of soul-deep women, and men. I want to be in the company of humans that reject superficiality, consumerism and mediocrity. None of us was born to stay small and burdened with labels meant to squeeze our voice.

Beloved human, let’s look deeper within and gather to have Soul Deep Conversations. There are so many issues to be involved with. What wound in the world calls you? What bothers you so deeply? What suffering in the world do you have a solution for?

I am with you, soul-makers of the world. Let’s speak up. Let’s not allow the liars to continue their destruction of what we hold sacred. Let’s vote them out. Let us not allow indifference to keep us away from what is wrong in this world. Let us not give in to apathy and doubt.

Because if we do, we will wake up one day and it will be too late. The dark forces are working hard to shadow us with the fear of others. History repeats itself if we are not vigilant. If we are not paying attention. If we are not informed. If we allow our minds and hearts to be filled with soul killing activities.

Let us reject superficiality. Mediocrity. Social illiteracy. Let us reject cultural dogma. Let us read poetry. Literature. Philosophy and anthropology.

Let us look deep into our own soul archaeology and make our souls in alignment with Truth, Kindness, Compassion and Generosity.

Follow your inner compass

We are witnessing important planetary advancements, despite the chaos we too are feeling, as in our dual plane both Forces coexist in perfect balance. Love is everywhere for those who live with an open heart and mind. Love is the only Source and the only Force that can heal and overcome any obstacle, for it is from Love that we all come and that one day we All will be back.

Chaos is also very real in our 3D plane, for when there is free will there are many different outcomes. Where we focus now is key to engaging in the chaos, or in the love that we are, sending love, by remaining in a neutral compassionate space, supporting at a soul level, what we cannot change physically.

During all this year we have been supported in the process of light body reconfiguration and monadic integration, that many of you are experiencing. A process that cannot occur without the plasmatic waves we are massively receiving from Sol, the Auroras, Eclipses, and many other sources beyond our Earth’s confines.

New Earth’s Anchors, Stabilizers, Neutralizers, Transmuters, and energetic harmonizers, it is time to clear anomalies in both the collective and at a planetary level, seed more balance, and start bridging the new Earth’s energies in the Earth’s fabrics, restoring inorganic timelines and correcting the reversals that keep us experiencing limited time in our earth plane, and that redirect us to the manipulated earth’s 3D timeliness.

This is a crucial time in which many of you holding this mission or any other equal one within Creation, will be called to act as harmonic pillars where required, as the more chaos man creates, the more balance is needed to keep everything within Divine Order.

For those of you working on the Field at this time, daily clearing, replenishment, and above all, discernment and detachment from inorganic sources is key to being in a natural and loving space.

When anxiety feelings, confusion, unlove, and similar feelings emerge, scan your nervous system, and brain, finding if the misalignment comes from you or if it is part of what you are here to transmute and clear.

Remember what is not yours shall only be filtered, not kept inside your heart. Let it go, cry your tears of release, and continue anchoring more love to help neutralize all the pain and chaos.

You have done it before, you are supported by many Illumined Beings in charge of accompanying you in your personal journey and mission. You have within the Divine strength and Guidance to continue standing firm in your Divine assignment.

Keep dwelling in the Illumined Presence of your Sovereign God Self.

Many destructive pathways are being removed at this time, my Guides shared the importance at this time, at an individual level, of fortifying our hara line, to receive only love, wisdom, and power from our God Source, clear timelines, and lower thoughts and feelings which are the ones that link us to old and destructive timelines.

Focus is key not to falling into energetic and consciousness traps, feeling in our Hearts what is good and true to us and what is another delusion or tactic to keep us in a lower frequency.

You know who you are, you know through your feelings what you are here to do, how, and what is authentic for you and what is not.

Follow only your inner compass at this time to know where you are heading, knowing your personal false timelines and the Soul ones you wish to navigate in.

Currently a profound planetary recalibration is occurring across various dimensions, representing energetic, mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cosmic aspects. This process involves rewriting deeper internal light codes, propelling many ascending individuals into a new quantum based reality, greatly enhancing self’s abilities and Soul remembrance.

The Ascending are experiencing Significant Internal shifts activating truthful and new perspectives and opportunities to close many chapters at one time , to release old internal patterns , wounds and attachments.

Through healing and self-reflection the ascending are becoming more capable of aligning with true self to avoid repeating past misalignments. Obstacles are now being removed, rewards for the consistent soul / ascension work allowing for conscious intentions to effortlessly manifest. Balanced energies are filtering through the planetary energies making these next few months of this year highly charged .

In 2024 significant progress has so far been made in various aspects of ascension . This year has served for laying a stronger foundation for new earth living moving forward , establishing a solid base for future development and evolution . In the past 24-48 hours, purifying energies have been pouring in to our earths fields activating the Crown Chakra. This influx of higher energy may bring up aspects of the pain body, leading to various symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, head fuzziness, pressure, spaciness, dizziness, anxiety, hip or lower back pain, nervous system dis-regulation, cravings for sugar, carbs, or substances.

Ascension symptoms are physical manifestations that include body aches, pains, excess energy, or fatigue, Sleeping issues , vivid dreams , headaches sinus pressure , ear ringing or aching , eye blurring , neck stiffness , abdominal sensitivity , profound healing and transformation is taking place .

Receiving sudden bursts of insight and Cosmic Downloads that create shifts in self-perception, influencing tangible changes in new earth physical reality.

The spaciness that some may be experiencing is a result of being grounded on Earth while simultaneously feeling connected to the outer cosmos. It can create a strong sensation of needing to be in another place or being shown glimpses of other locations without knowing where they are.

All areas of life for the ascending are being turned around, offering multiple perspectives for closer examination. Things may feel out of focus or uncertain for a time making it challenging to discern what brings joy or lack thereof.

The ascending during this time will notice subtle but real transformative changes in self and in life. Mars message for men

MARS, now moving through its retrograde shadow, is heading straight into some heavy clashes. The first real hit builds up this Sunday/Monday as our masculine energy takes a shameful blow from both the SUN and CHIRON. At the same time, VENUS is preparing for some equally diabolical work before she makes her shift into righteously ordained Sagittarius late next week.

One thing I must say, when men avoid facing their own wounds, they carry a hidden weapon. Unexamined pain is volatile; it spills out into the world, often hitting the people closest to them. Avoidance turns inward suffering into outward damage. By refusing to look within, they become haunted by shadows that demand expression—whether through anger, control, or callous detachment. Real strength isn’t in pretending the pain doesn’t exist—it does—it’s in summoning up the courage to sit with it, to understand it, and to prevent it from wreaking havoc on others. And those “others” are done with that chit.

No one’s exempt from this energy. In the wake of the eclipses, these coming days lead us into Thursday’s Full Moon—the most intense Supermoon of the year.

Jupiter Retrograde – Stay in Peace & Calm

#astrology We’re entering a very strong period of energy cosmically and astrologically. The Solar Flares keep on coming, with 3 X-class flares already this month, and Solar Cycle 25 twice as strong as expected so far. Comet Atlas is heading for its closest point to Earth in the next few days, and Comets can bring new information, boost our spiritual awakening but also initiate big periods of change globally.

Today Jupiter moves stationary retrograde at 21°20′ Gemini, just 2′ from an exact conjunction with US Mars. As Jupiter is the planet of expansion, this can expand the aggressive potential of the US. Please stay in peace, calm and stillness to dissipate this possibility, the collective energy absolutely affects how the planetary energy manifests.

Jupiter is also conjunct the dwarf planet Altjira and one of the themes here is a shedding of old social programming as we become aware of more facts and information that change our belief systems (Jupiter retrograde, rethinking our beliefs and social programming). I think it is clear how that is beginning to happen on a bigger scale.

We are well within Pluto’s station direct on October 12th at 29° Capricorn, the last time it will be in this sign in our lifetime as it now starts to move forward and exit Capricorn on November 19th. With this change in direction and only a few short weeks to go until Pluto enters Aquarius, I believe we will start to feel more rebellious and revolutionary energy (Aquarius) from people globally. Aquarius is the sign of freedom, human rights, civil rights, equality, and humanitarianism. So I would ask everyone to always act peaceful as anger begets more anger, but most certainly grassroots-based solutions are already emerging quietly in communities (Aquarius).

This theme of rebellion is reinforced by the Moon at the Full SuperMoon on the 17th being exactly by degree conjunct Eris, warrior sister of Mars, who demands that every voice is heard, truth and justice. This is a very powerful SuperMoon which includes a Cardinal Grand Cross involving the Sun, Moon, Mars and Pluto. That is about as strong as it gets in terms of willpower, focus, and it can be very assertive. This is wonderful for initiating new projects personally, but may create more explosive energy in the collective.

So in these coming days please do more work to stay calm, peaceful, and book even more stillness meetings with yourself. Ask for benevolent help in the form of your guides and angels to release and heal the trauma in the land and the people who currently are caught up in extreme weather situations. See these being soothed and calmed, with the bright light high frequency loving light shone upon them all.

We are entering another episode of extremely strong energy in the coming months, so stay centred, strong and as far as possible keep life simple. Operate from the inside out not the outside in, otherwise you will become very scattered. Keep ‘welcoming in an expanded consciousness of love’.
