Women – I had this experience in Jan 23 with surgery and recovery

on days i could not move

it was women

who came to water my feet

until i was strong enough

to stand

it was women

who nourished me

back to life

Dr. Robert Malone: It’s time to bury government-sponsored medical tyranny – LifeSite

Never forget the wisdom of St. Augustine; the truth is like a lion – you do not need to defend it. Set it free, and it will defend itself. Be a lion, not a victim.

The Light of you

“Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world.

All things break. And all things can be mended.

Not with time, as they say, but with intention.

So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally.

The broken world waits in darkness for the light that is you.”

Psyche – Millions of years old

“The psyche is not of today; its ancestry goes back many millions of years.” – Carl Jung

Our ancient souls long to be nourished by beauty, art, and music. When we engage deeply with these things, something within us stirs in recognition.

“The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves.” – Jung

When we allow ourselves to be absorbed in art or music, we enter a state of play where our deepest essence can speak. We become aware of ancient wisdom bubbling up from our psychic inheritance. I can’t tell you where it comes from, but every artist inherently knows this and knows it is also the catalyst for creating art. what I know is that its also the key to us as women, and marks the difference between a life alive with fire and purpose, and one which feels barely half-lived.

Note: If you are feeling barely half-lived, just remember that we all pass through that! And that it is no coincidence that you are reading this now. Your soul *knows* exactly what you need.

Beauty is a profound meditation, and experiencing beauty opens our consciousness, anchoring us in the present moment. We transcend ordinary perception and touch the sacred.

It’s why I created “The Pythoness” – as a tangible reminder of that beauty which moves me and how it is catalyzed into my own being. The Pythoness was often demonized because of her power to discern , intuit and create magic. BIdden or unbidden, the magic is hers.

This week, I invite you to awaken your psyche through immersion in art, music or nature. Allow your soul to emerge and be moved. What ancient, buried truths want to arise and be known? By engaging beauty, we expand our consciousness.

Burning Women

“These are burning times. And they call for Burning Women. Women embodied in their passion. Woman feeling in their bodies. Creative women..”

Burning Women arise.

Our time is now.

Our time has come.”

― Lucy H. Pearce, Burning Woman

I know that I know that I know that the times we are in are the fires, and that yes – we are rising. I know it subjectively – the last three years have been me sorting through the ashes, and for the first time in awhile, things have begun to clear. And I know it collectively – there is more purpose, less uncertainty.

More energy. More clarity.

And while our purpose and path are something inherent to each of us individually, there is also the collective nature of the purpose and path of all women: To rise.

I created this in part inspired by Lucy A. Pearce’s seminal work, “Burning Woman” because it gives me much strength when times are especially hard to discern. I have always wanted to create a feminine Phoenix because it perfectly embodies us as women at so many stages of life. Life transformations of deaths and births, of loss and discovery. The transition from girl to Maiden. From Maiden to Mother, from Mother to crone. Where the old is literally done away with, and a new and different thing comes into place. Where we are reduced to ash in those liminal times wondering what the hell is happening, and feeling absolutely bereft – but then the discovering. This is especially daunting at the last stage, and what nobody tells you is how the veils lift – but that is for another work.

This work is to serve as a tangible reminder of the magic within you – wherever you are in your own life. It is a placeholder of hope in the symbology of what it is to not just survive, but to be rebirthed anew.

To fully own and acknowledge the fire within you.

To remind you to embrace your own burning time.

To see with eyes beyond your human eyes

And to remember that yes, again, you will rise

Water

“Everyone who terrifies you is sixty-five percent water.

And everyone you love is made of stardust, and I know sometimes you cannot even breathe deeply, and the night sky is no home,

and you have cried yourself to sleep enough times that you are down to your last two percent, but

nothing is infinite,

not even loss.

You are made of the sea and the stars, and one day

you are going to find yourself again.”
