The only way out is in- Current Energies

Our bodies are changing and we are going through extreme releasing so that more light can enter our cells, and other previous dormant, or what scientists believe as junk DNA can activate. As our old karmic imprints are being burnt away by the sacred fires of alchemy, higher light is able to enter because of these purifying fires. It’s been quite a whirlwind as these new energies are infiltrating.

We are all feeling the many subtle changes going on around us and within our bodies and this will continue to happen so that our energy has time to adjust to the new frequencies being transmitted down, helping us to not only clear the old blockages, but to integrate the very new rays that have new signature patterns.

Many are feeling the battle wounds of this and are feeling incredibly tired and spent. As the frequency rises it may be hard to see the benefits yet and easy to lose sight that progress is being made at all.

We are all going through a cleanse of eliminating toxins and emotional dross that have slowly built up over many lifetimes. Solar flares will continue to be released amplifying and helping us in upgrading our DNA, shifting our vibrational frequency. Heightened sensitivities, electrical surges and buzzing through the body, heightened sensitivities to sound and energy. Muscle cramps and heat flashes that are connected to the releasing of kundalini energy moving through the body. Sleep disturbances and a need for more stillness and quietness.

Feelings of exhaustion and burnout and the Thymus fluttering, heart palpitations as the heart charkra awakens like a sleeping giant stirring, are all indications of the change. Our life force readjusting as gentle waves of light moves through us. These unpleasant symptoms will pass as our vibration continues to rise and we correct ourselves and release the energy blockages and distortions we have been carrying around.

These internal adjustments are here to attune us and clear away the inner pollution we have been carrying.

The more we can continue to process our shadow selves and the more we tend to the house where spirit lives the more effortless our transition will be and the more light can enter. We really are like baby switchboards learning to plug in to many more circuits that previously were not available to us. We can only handle a certain amount of energy at a time running through us otherwise we would literally blow our circuits. Our job is to be open to working the amount of increased voltage that is coming in.

We are opening up to the lines of extra-sensory communication that hasn’t been previously available to us. For this to be done successfully our spiritual, emotional, physical and mental bodies must be purified.

February 1 – Embody your highest self

There is currently a significant release of collective fear occurring which may manifest as sleep disturbance, low energy, fatigue, and heightened mental/emotional intensity. Our auric fields are expanding, our higher hearts are opening, and a new level of conscious awareness is emerging.

On the Ascension path, you are unlearning everything you thought you knew and undergoing multiple cycles of death and rebirth. You are not only working through your own trauma but also the traumas passed down from your ancestors and Akashic experiences .

As you align with your true self, you may risk losing social connections with friends and family who no longer resonate with your journey. Letting go can be challenging, but those who are not on the same evolutionary and spiritual frequency will distance themselves, while those who are aligned will gravitate closer to you. You will witness the amazing ways in which the right people start to appear in your life.

During this journey, you may experience periods of isolation, others may judge you, creating false perceptions. However, once you embark on this ascension path, there is no going back. It can be scary and feel wobbly at times like revisiting rock bottom, but deep down knowing it is all for a much greater purpose.

Ascension is a journey where no one is ahead or behind. It is not a race or contest, but a part of ascending life. We are always learning and we are all both teachers and students here .

Changes – Facing our demons – Charlie Mc Cready

The song ‘Changes’ by David Bowie is a fantastic, exuberant anthem of youth and freedom. What’s interesting is how things take on different meanings as we travel through life. Now when I hear, ‘I turned myself to face me,’ I relate this to facing our demons, something that’s necessary for our healing and, ultimately, our liberation (especially from pain and suffering). It’s not easy to face – and own – the shadow parts of ourselves that have generated problems in our lives. It is easier to blame circumstances or others, which is what an alienating parent does. Facing up to our ‘demons’ (and everyone has them) is hard, but then so is staying stuck in fear, anger, grief and suffering. These negative emotions can imprison us. They can hold us in the past. It’s our life’s work to liberate ourselves. Our children must do the same from the enmeshment of alienating behaviours and a shared delusional pathology with their ‘aligned’ parent. When Bowie sings, ‘and these children that you spit on, as they try to change their worlds, are immune to your consultations, they’re quite aware of what they’re going through.’ I wish the alienated children were free to be their authentic selves rather than indoctrinated by disordered parenting. Some are immune or manage to evade it. Certainly, it takes a cruel, selfish and concerted effort on the alienating parent’s part to get their child to turn against their other loving and loved parent. Their ‘consultations’ are psychological abuse.

This is also a song about reinvention as well as change. It’s about being who we want to be. Free. And not limited, overshadowed, pigeonholed, or coerced into fitting into somebody else’s agenda. When we’re no longer a prisoner of the past, when we face down our present demons, we can be liberated from future suffering. Hunky Dory! This is the title of the album Changes first appeared on, and Bowie said creating it gave him ‘a fabulous groundswell. First, with the sense of: ‘Wow, you can do anything.’ You can borrow the luggage of the past, you can amalgamate it with things that you’ve conceived could be in the future, and you can set it in the now.’ Perfectly put.

Shadow Work IS NOT about getting rid of your shadow.

it’s YOUR shadow.
It belongs to YOU.

Shadow Work isn’t very effective when you approach it through judging yourself for having shadow aspects. Judgement is a form of non acceptance and will only make the shadow grow stronger.

Shadow Work IS NOT the process of removing the shadow, Shadow Work is the process of LOVING AND ACCEPTING these unacceptable parts of you. When you give your shadow love and light, and accept it, it will integrate and will return back to you instead of causing negativity in your life.

As lightworkers, we are called to bring darkness back into light. Darkness is simply energy that FORGOT where it comes from, remind it where it comes from and give it love. This is how we integrate and bring light to this planet. Much love and light 🤲🏽❤️✨
