I recall this song often , for the chorus , mostly and it’s been hard to find because of its title .
As a girl from the South , The Dixie Chicks resonated with me , after our divorce .
Rather like ” fight ” songs , anthems of emotions and life experiences, this one relates to being hit as well.
Very therapeutic music back then , I’m very Thankful for The Dixie Chicks , though I was too drugged to cry and tap into my deepest emotions, their music was inspiring, especially Let’s Kill Earl .
Today , as everyday , I turn it over to Divine .
Resolution is before me , and that has come at
high cost , and much loss.
I am not a looser , I don’t give up , and I’m done with anyone or anything determined to do any harm ..
I very grateful to have survived and know I will thrive , though not always ” planted ” in fertile soil, I was privy to much and transformed that ” sand ” and all that tried to hold me back, failed …still I rise 🙏🏼❤️

Buddhism taught me gratitude and joy in the song of a bird and the blue of the sky , the clouds . With these smoke issues , from Canada , I’ve been concerned of course by the toxicity , but also that it might be part of the effort to block our Sun. We have other Suns , I’m not in conspiracy theory mode , when there’s enough fuckery going on with in the protect and serve professionals who are so desperate
