Quantum physics explains that! 7 things that affect your vibrational frequency.

Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy. We are vibrational beings.

Each vibration is equal to a feeling and in the “vibrational” world there are only two types of vibration, the positive and the negative.

Any feeling makes you emit a vibration which can be positive or negative.

1st – *Thoughts*

Every thought you have emits a frequency to the Universe and that frequency comes back to the source, in this case, you! So if you have negative thoughts, of discouragement, of sadness, of anger, of fear, everything will come back to you. This is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.

2nd – *The Companions*.

The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you are around happy, determined people, you will also enter this vibration, now if you are around complaining, gossip and pessimistic people, be careful! Because they can lower your frequency and therefore prevent you from making the law of attraction work in your favor.

3rd – *Music*.

The songs are so powerful. If you only listen to songs that talk about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all of that will interfere with your vibration. Pay attention to the lyrics of the songs you listen to, they can lower your vibrational frequency. And remember: you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate.

4th – *Things you watch*

When you watch shows that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc. your brain accepts this as a reality and releases all the chemicals in your body, which affects your vibrational frequency. Look at the things that make you feel good and help you vibrate on a higher frequency.

5th – *Atmosphere*

Whether at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in an unorganized, dirty and ugly environment, it will also affect your frequency. Improve your surroundings, organize and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you are capable of receiving much more. Take care of what you already have!

6th – *The Talks*

If you complain or speak badly about things and people, it affects your vibrational frequency. In order for you to keep your frequency high, it is crucial that you eliminate the habit of complaining and speaking ill of others. So avoid drama and be a victim. Take responsibility for your life choices!

7th – *Gratitude*

Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency, it is a habit that you should incorporate into your life at this time. Start being grateful for everything, good and bad, for all the experiences you’ve been through. Gratitude opens the doors for good things to flow positively into your life. I look from afar with eyes filled with wonder, because what I see first is Love. That is the most important connection that we can bring you, so you can see it in yourselves. We tell you, dear ones, a gathering of spirits on Earth is taking place right now. Although you see difficulties every time you turn on your news, the reality is that everything is changing. Yes, change is at hand. But we are not worried, for the most incredible angels have found their way to planet Earth. They are in key parts throughout the entire globe not only to carry the light and speak it aloud, but also just to hold. These angels bring the beautiful energy of Home to planet Earth.

You are those angels, dear ones. You are those incredible beings that we love to watch from Home. Although you see the higher aspects, you sometimes get wrapped up in the lower ones as all humans do. We see you as masters walking on a very dense planet. You’ve come in to bring the higher vibrations and templates of the new planet Earth. Bringing in love is necessary to activate those templates.

It’s a magical time to be here, because the reality is you’re carrying something that no one else can carry in the way that you do. And that is the highest aspect of love that you have available. The bodysuit itself can be programmed. You can program it yourself, or you can allow it to be programmed by others or by default. Every advertisement that you see is actually programming your bodysuit, sometimes simply through repetition. And again, you’re not here to convince anyone of something or to bring someone over to your side.

Yes, we know about the division on your planet. It has been created intentionally, for humans can only be controlled if they are divided. No matter whether you talk about politics, products you buy or beliefs you hold, if you are on one side or the other then you have been divided. So, keep in mind it’s incredibly important during these times not to divide yourselves. Look at the ways that you are alike rather than focusing on the ways you are different.

What would happen if you made eye contact with and smiled at everyone you saw? You would recognize them from Home, you’d remember their spirit in some way. The reality is you’re all beautiful beings from Home. Bringing that energy in and reminding people who they really are sets the template for the new Earth, and that is happening at an incredible pace.

You are playing a huge role, whoever you are. Now, we know some of you do not believe you are teachers. Some of you do not think you are healers or even lightworkers. But you would not be here right now, you would not be reading this message, if you did not have an important role to play yourself. There are many who’ve decided that they’re done. They just want to go Home, they don’t want to be here any longer.

But we tell you, dear ones, there are no beings on planet Earth that are here just taking up space. There’s a test that you can do to see if all your contracts are finished on planet Earth and you’re ready to go Home. Just take a small mirror and hold it up to the bottom of your nose. If it fogs up, you’re not done. It’s that simple and we hope you enjoy your journey.

Planetary Energy for the next few weeks – Ascension LightWorkers

To The Ascension LightWorker Collective : The Planetary Energy for the upcoming weeks is especially intense due to strong solar flares and solar storms continuing until the end of Leo season through to September 10th, This is an intensified Ascension time to reap what you sow, and for bringing your manifestations to fruition.

As energy work is important during this time, paying attention to any discomfort or pain in your body to determine the areas requiring healing. You have the ability to instantaneously manifest your thoughts, which can either be positive or negative based on the inner work you have achieved.

Low vibrational energies will have a negative impact on various aspects of life, including emotional and mental state, relationships, health and well-being, manifestation and abundance, and spiritual growth and consciousness. Consuming low vibrational energies will lead to negative emotions, unhealthy relationships, physical manifestations of stress and illness, and hindrance in ascension growth. It is important to be mindful of the energies consumed as they greatly affect the overall human experience and well-being.

As long as a human Being feels the existential need for the confirmation of love from the outside, he / she has not graduated and still has not mastered the school of ascension.

The Regulus Effect – How are you feeling ?

The Regulus Effect : How you May be Feeling

At this time of the year as we transit through Leo and towards Virgo, we feel the intense effect of the Royal Star Regulus, also known as the “Heart of the Lion”.

Regulus is a massive Blue White star that spins at an accelerated rate, and when it is alignment with Earth (as now) we feel this accelerated energy. The purpose of this is to provide extra “fuel” for our lift off into a new cycle of TimeSpace.

This may cause several effects in your physical being:

1. Exhaustion and the feeling that things are moving too fast. Please work with self care and rest when you need to. You may find yourself sleeping more than usual.

2. Dehydration and Muscle weakness or spasms. You may find that you feel dehydrated and that your muscles are either weak and/or going into spasm. You need to hydrate, but you also need to add a small amount of bio salt to water every day to provide the mineral salts the body needs to absorb water into cells. Bio salt is salt made from earth sources rather than sea salt, such as Himalayan salt. Our modern food sources often lack this kind of salt and when there is extra pressure on the body, we can become dehydrated.

3. Dizziness and Spaciness. This relates to the brain working with high frequency energies and feeling “top heavy”. It is so important to ground yourself and spend time in nature. Archangel Michael tells me that we are learning to work with a “gravity well”. I am not too sure yet what that means, but it seems to be the effect of distortions in the TimeSpace continuum when it encounters a physical body. It wraps around the body and causes strange “warps” in the energy. That sounds about right, but I have no idea how you deal with it other than staying in your heart and allowing the flow of love to keep you balanced and upright.

just know that this powerful and intense energy is preparing you for powerful creations and miracles in the months that will come.
