Focusing on fixing other people . Over Emotional , over Dramatic , over Crying when expressing true emotions . Over compromising People-pleasing to those in low conscious levels to receive love and acceptance , Withholding The Truth to avoid conflict. Tolerating abusive and manipulative behaviour .Not taking action due to fear of punishment . Feeling the need to prove yourself. Obsession with people where there are high levels of insecurity. De-prioritising your own needs .Looking for external validation .

Not setting healthy personal boundaries.

When we deeply bind with someone through a trauma bond and then it falls apart , it will bring to the surface all the pain and suffering .All the False beliefs that have been operating . Your most intimate relationships will often reveal your darkest shadows in self . When this happens you may sense an impulse to close your heart, armour up or hide.somewhere, What is really happening is that you are uncovering what is standing in the way of discovering deeper love In Self . Self respect and to want and deserve so much more .

When you are evolving and growing you will at some point find your self facing the dark night of the soul and this can make you also feel like you are dying. That is because part of you is. You are experiencing the inner death to transform into the rebirth this feeling is quite often not spoken about , it can feel like you are depressed , anxious , unmotivated , uninspired and your inner world just feels really dark there for a time , but you are in the grieving of the loss of Old Self. who you were before so you can fully step into who you are going to be.

All the past pain , trauma , challenges and the suffering you have endured are preparing you for a quantum leap in earths new time lines . When you rise to the challenges you are facing things rather than avoiding them , the pain attached to growth, and healing and transformation occurs. Helping you to feel much closer to achieving your goals .

Time does not heal all wounds; it just gives them space to sink into the subconscious, where they will continue to impact your emotions and behaviours. What heals is going inward, connection with source , loving yourself, accepting yourself, listening to your needs, addressing your attachments and emotional history, learning how to let go, and following your intuition.

When you have a clear understanding of your own identity, you no longer allow others to dictate or define who you are. Insults, manipulation, lies , projections, and false narratives no longer have power over you, as you carry within you the truth template activating the deep sense of knowing and assurance.

Life inevitably brings changes, and sometimes love may be lost in the process. It is important to remember that your worth and value can never be determined by external factors or the opinions of others.

As you Ascend you are cultivating inner confidence and relying on your own divine guidance, you can navigate through these changes with strength and resilience.
