Energy Update

“Emotions on Parade”

During times of energetic intensity,
it is common for old memories or emotions to come up. It is all part of the pulse/release process that dislodges the old and makes room for the new.
We understand how this can seem never-ending and difficult to navigate.
We wish to discuss this today.

It can be helpful to treat your emotions like a parade. You can see a float of emotion and identify it it, but you can wave at it on its way by secure in the fact that it will not be permanently stopping where you are on the parade route.

You can be the feeler of the energy of a float when it is right in front of you, and still be the observer of the parade at the same time. The observer part of you balances you and holds the space for the identification/processing/release to occur. You can see the float coming, have the experience when it is in front of you, and watch it leave. Your human self has the experience, while your inner wise one views it as a parade of fleeting rather than permanent experiences.

You can shift into the observer any time you need and still allow your emotions to be identified, processed, and released. You can flow back and forth between feeler and observer however many times you like, always using the observer as a stabilization point.

Do you see? It is still all you doing the work and having the full experience, so don’t be afraid to toggle between the two to assist you in the process. It is you being both the human and the wise one, and that is exactly what you are on the planet to do as this expanded version of yourself.

If your Mother Did Not Love You

IF YOUR MOTHER DID NOT LOVE YOU
the way she could have.
Your heart is never quite full.
If your mother was not who she could have been,
your soul is somehow incomplete.
If your inner little girl was not taught how to feel,
your journey is not easy my friend.
But
You owe it to that girl to learn.
You owe it to her to make love.
You owe it to her to create a world so full of love, that it will eventually out-shadow the demons of your past.

And here’s the thing about that…
Love regenerates.
So make it and watch it blossom in the hearts of those around you.
And watch them pass it on and on and on until you have singlehandedly made enough love, and more, to fill that void you carry and to fill the voids of anyone who crosses your path.

Sex at its lowest is nothing but
pure animality.
At its lowest, sex is nothing but a
biological urge, a mere satisfying

Sex at its highest is a prayer and meditation.

God&Goddess. Sex at its highest is
the meeting of the Universal soul.
Sex at its highest is the dissolving into

together of opposite polarities forming

Sex at its highest is the ecstatic uniting
of the God and Goddess within Self, in
both. Sex is a Sacred Energy Exchange
of Magnetic and Energetic Energies.

Thoughts, Emotions and Spirits. During
sex, you become a spiritual sponge for
the consciousness and energy of that

Each pump and each thrust is an
affirmation.

Are they draining your life force and
your energy or are they recharging
healing and re-fueling your spirit?

Are they leading you into un-fulfillment
low frequency energy, negativity,
depression and destruction, or are they
elevating you into a higher frequency of
love, life and bliss?

energy is being exchanged, received and

Sex should be healing, powerful,
rejuvenating medicine to every part of your
being…From a cellular level, to your organs,
to your mind state, and to your spirit and

‎We have our soul gifts activating. Right now we are continuing to receive DNA activations. We will continue to move through a huge influx of Ascension Energies over the next 48 hours. The next 48 hours we are in a heightened space for manifesting and healing. These are Galactic energies being sent to help the Planet. These energies are shifting the entire Planet into a higher spiritual vibration. They are awakening and activating your Starseed DNA. Much of your DNA is connected to your purpose, gifts, past lives, and your higher ascension templates. As your DNA does activate it will awaken psychic abilities. If you have gifts your aware of, make sure your really working with them. These energies are activating your intuitive gifts. Many of you are feeling and sensing energies more. This means you should be really feeling the connections around you on a deeper level. You may notice your losing people around you. Your becoming more sensitive to your soul taking on karma. Some of this is shifting into a new higher frequency. You may have gifts activating, and may or may not, even realize it yet. That’s why we should be working on further developing our spiritual gifts. The senses are becoming more heightened. The way your seeing, hearing, tasting, and smelling things will become much sharper. Once your third eye is open and activated your tapping into clairvoyance. The ability to tune in with your third eye. It’s an inner vision. Many of you can remotely tune into things now. That’s why many of you are having more dreams and visions during this time. Your connecting more and more with the spiritual realms. You should also be becoming much more empathic. You should be feeling the collective energies. That your connected to everyone and everything. Many of you are feeling inspired to help the Planet on some level. Missions of the New Earth are being birthed in this space. You may be opening up more telepathically. You may notice this with the people closest to you. You may also be receiving telepathic communication/ or downloads from the spirit world. You may be receiving more guidance, knowledge, or even just a knowing. You may be much more open to other peoples energies and emotions. You should be able to feel how they are feeling, or what they are going through. That’s why it’s important that your having good boundaries and that you are keeping your solar plexus more clear. 3:3 Portal : Reset

New Moon in Pisces and 3/3 Portal

With so much going on in the outer world, it is also good to remember that we are still on track with our spiritual transformation and ascension work.
Since the major shift on the 22nd of February, our Reality has changed hugely and will change even more.
Everything is shifting and changing, and the activated New Earth is there for us to find in the higher frequencies.
Two powerful moments are coming up for us tomorrow and on Thursday, when we can focus inwards and direct our intentions towards Love, Peace and Harmony with Nature.
Tomorrow, 2nd March, is the New Moon in Pisces. The benevolent planet of expansion, Jupiter is at 13 Degrees of Pisces while the Moon is at 12 degrees of Pisces. With Pisces strong connection to spiritual aspirations, this is a time to release fear and anger and focus fully on what you want to expand: Peace, Love and Abundance! Let the dance of the New Moon with Jupiter be a time to flow with the Highest possible frequencies as you plant the seeds of the future.
Thursday 3rd of March is the 3/3 Portal, an opening in consciousness that allows for the Light Codes and frequencies of the Earth Goddess and her Abundance to flood the Earth. Please don’t allow current negative energies to get in the way of embracing abundance and a beautiful future of Abundance on
the New Earth. It is so close, it is here…

We are also in Equinox month, with the Spring/Autumn Equinox on the 20th, so we are needing to stay in balance and be ready to hold higher frequencies for the Earth at the time of change!
