Whole lotta shaking going on – Mary Long

There is a whole lot going on at Once, many planets in retrograde you can literally feel everything shifting. Those planets are Venus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron. Mercury will join around the 23rd of August.

The more the Sun Activates this planet, the more she moves. Continents are moving, volcanoes erupting and earthquakes.

As well as wild weather anomalies, fires etc.

Plasma waves from the Sun seem to be constant we may get a day or sometimes a week in between.

The more active our Sun becomes the more the Solar Cycles change and shift.

A lot of people would rather blame something the government is doing, but in truth they can’t stop what is Natural and what is Cosmic Law.

But they will continue to try and fool us into thinking it is something else, or others may not be ready to grasp the fact Mother Earth is shifting her Poles.

It was a very slow process that began back in the 60’s, but since we are fully inside the Photon Belt of our Universe things are happening more quickly.

There was a crop circle I saw with a Star in the Middle and it looked like a Sun on both Sides, there is another Sun or Planet. Some call it planet x, Elohim, nibiru there are so many labels for it that it just shows me nobody really knows not even myself. Or it could mean something else I really never know the full meaning of them.

I just go with the flow of it all and if it is something that spirit feels I need to know then it will be revealed eventually, most likely when we are all truly ready.

People can put things out there, but it is all up to what we want to believe and how we want to see it as being.

Best place for myself is to be within, to just live my life according to my choices and how I wish to align to all these energies.

It is not a fun ride at times, it can literally take us to our knees when our bodies begin to calibrate it all.

Ascending into a higher resonance of being is a continuous focus these days and if we lose sight of our path, sometimes we just might get dragged back into those lower densities that we are all clearing.

It is a lot to take in Dear Ones and the more the World awakens the more the truth is revealed and the more chaotic it may feel.

Yes, it is a destructive process just like it was when we all began to awaken and see through the veils of this illusion that has been set up for us.

As we move deeper within ourselves our Spirit begins to remove those veils so we can see the truth for what it is, so it can be healed, forgiven and transcended.

Never give up on yourselves, not even on the days you feel like doing so.

Everyone on this planet is worthy of their Gifts that come from the Divine, yes some have misused it but those of us on the path of Pure Love have been at this for decades, especially the first wavers.

We live in a constant state of Peace, we work with the energies around us, and we just keep activating and anchoring more love into everything we do.

Love is and always will be the strongest force in the whole Universe, it is only the lower densities of the 3rd Dimensional ego that holds many of us back.

The ego it a great tool as long as you don’t let it control you and your actions. Actually, it tells us exactly what we don’t want each time we react in the same ole ways we have been taught. It always backfires and comes back on us as Karma.

Let’s keep clearing all these traumas that some are still dealing with, let’s keep elevating the love on this planet so that those who continue to feel lost and confused can feel it and come to a place of inner peace and complete awareness of the love that we all are.

We will be in this strong cycle for a while, we are already seeing the affects we all have on this planet with the deep love we have for all of creation.

It’s a beautiful place to be once we move beyond resistance and just flow into it.

Time of Birth of the New Earth

The term 5D Earth refers to the fifth dimensional version of Earth that is emerging as a result of the ascension process that is happening right now. Ascension is the term used to describe the evolutionary leap that our planet and humanity are taking from the third dimension (3D) to the fifth dimension (5D).

The third dimension is the physical realm of matter, time and space, where we experience duality, separation, limitation and fear. The fifth dimension is the spiritual realm of light, love and unity, where we experience oneness, abundance, freedom and joy.

The ascension process is triggered by the cosmic cycles that govern the evolution of our solar system and galaxy. These cycles are influenced by the movements of celestial bodies such as planets, stars and black holes, which create energetic waves and alignments that affect the consciousness and vibration of everything in their path.

One of these cycles is the precession of the equinoxes, which is the gradual shift of the Earth’s axis over a period of about 26,000 years. This cycle determines the astrological ages that influence the collective consciousness and culture of humanity. We are currently at the end of the Age of Pisces, which began around 2,000 years ago and is characterized by religion, hierarchy, patriarchy and war. We are also at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, which will last for about 2,000 years and is characterized by spirituality, equality, cooperation and peace.

Another cycle is the galactic alignment, which is the alignment of our solar system with the galactic center or core of our Milky Way galaxy. This alignment happens every 13,000 years and creates a powerful influx of cosmic energy that activates our DNA and raises our vibration. The last time this alignment happened was in December 2012, which marked the end of the Mayan calendar and the beginning of a new era for humanity.

These cycles are converging to create a window of opportunity for our planet to ascend to a higher dimension. This window is open from 2012 to 2032, according to some sources. During this time, Earth is receiving unprecedented amounts of light and information from the galactic center and other sources, such as solar flares, gamma rays and cosmic rays. These energies are changing the structure and frequency of our planet, as well as our own bodies and minds.

New Earth Vibrational Environment

As Earth ascends to a higher dimension, it creates a new vibrational environment that affects everything on it. The new Earth vibrates at a much faster rate than the old Earth, which means that everything on it must also vibrate faster or be left behind. This includes us humans.

We now enter the times of the shaking. What can be shaken will be removed, so that what cannot be shaken may remain. We begin to see that our personality can be shaken, our emotions, our minds, our bodies can be shaken. Thrown back into that which is never shaken, we taste the eternal radiance of the Self.

Find that in you which cannot be shaken. This is the crisis, and the opportunity, of our time. The crisis is not race, or gender, or disease, or economic woe. The crisis is an invitation. An invitation to distinguish the changing from the unchanging.

In the silent core of your heart, discover the unshakeable. Discover the pure consciousness of the Self, in whom we are One. One human family. One divine sun with eight billion human rays. Touch the imperishable blue sky beyond the passing clouds. You are That.

This is not a belief, but a direct experience, attained not by philosophy, or science, or politics, but by tapping the original seed, in the stillness of meditation. This is not “spiritual by-passing.” It is touching the ground. The real. The eternal.

To The Ascension LightWorker Collective :The Ascension Process : As we clear out the dense layers of millions of lifetimes, we will move into experiencing ourselves as multidimensional beings who co-exist with many other beings and forces on earth and beyond.

Ascension triggers very deep layers of past trauma, false conditioning and programming, energetic implants, dense energy, shadows, past life and present life karma and all negative energy is to be purged and cleared out . This purging process will result in varied physical and emotional symptoms as well as dormant spiritual abilities being activated. The ascension process shifts the cells into higher frequency patterns so we may embody more light.

Ascension goes beyond just spiritual, physical, or mental shifting. What the ascension process opens us to is our entire being going through a complete transformation and as a result a shift in how we perceive, interact, and relate to the external world because of the inner shifting. This process is about realigning with divine Love which will shift us into the frequency of New Earth, our actual original and organic state of being.

As we go through the ascension process we are shifting consciousness from one reality to another and it is much like a radio channel we tune into. Currently many are shifting from experiencing a third dimensional reality to a fifth dimensional reality and through this process all ascending souls must go through the fourth dimension also.

These different realities are dimensions and we are experiencing a complete dimensional shift into this different kind of reality that has a Completely different energy and frequency.

Dimensional realities are held in place vibrationally by a complex layer of encoded energy , this creates an illusion of time and space that consciousness perceives and also participates in as experience.

When these dimensional grids begin to shift in frequency, there is a change in the magnetic attribute. Absolutely everything within the broadband will also shift and transform. There are natural laws that govern time and space, and because this shifting is occurring, these will alter also . What this ultimately means is that there is very dramatic changes in the perception of our spatial awareness as well as the relationship we have with time and space.

Over time, the weariness and exhaustion of the Ascension journey may take its toll, Temporarily leading us to a point of being completely drained. We encounter numerous challenges like dark nights of the soul, intense ascension symptoms, and strange experiences that defy our human understanding.

These experiences can trigger lower consciousness ego patterns, such as resentment, martyrdom, anger, frustration , blaming and grief. We may even feel the urge to isolate ourselves and escape from it all for a time . In these moments, it is wise to acknowledge and address these lower consciousness patterns. In self It becomes necessary to temporarily disengage from the Ascension process at times and prioritise self-care, health , nurturing the inner child and seeking healing in solace.

This respite allows rejuvenation and renewal, granting us the opportunity to approach the purpose from a higher plane once again, with the knowledge that other Starseeds are holding the energies in our absence. Ascension is about Deep Transmutation on All Levels of Being As we go through the ascension process, we are flooded with higher frequencies and light coming from the cosmos and this may trigger many kinds of ascension symptoms.

This will affect one on all levels of being including physically, mentally, emotionally and the spiritual in energetic layers. This ascension process also activates the twelve strand DNA which means that we are able to reach our higher potential and become fully empowered as multidimensional beings.

Transmutation symptoms can be moderate to extreme also as literally feeling at times like one is dying as the old sweeps away in tower moments. This has a great deal to do with the inner Ego death and surrender . It will always put up great inner resistance as it makes its way out From the control over the mind it once had .

To truly confront the darkness in the external world, we must first confront the so called Monsters within ourselves, as they are the source of all external darkness. Only by Authentically doing the inner work can we hope to bring lasting change and light into this world .

A significant shift in earth energy is now imminent, with noticeable effects already being felt. Prepare for the blessings as unexpected forces of light usher in change to remove individuals and circumstances that do not align with the Ascending purpose and journey.

Transforming , New Creation – Current Energies

As we continue navigating the current planetary energies, we may feel as if we were being pushed into a new direction, for we have consciously shifted our frequency, and now we are ready to move into a new phase. When we start feeling the acceleration process that results from our desire to move into a new timeline, it is important to master the ego self, for it is the part of us that feel pushed when moving forward, as it prefers to reside in the old, in the familiar, and hence in what is known, even though obsolete and not serving us anymore.

The events taking place in the macro at this time, especially today with Pluto square True Node, represent what many are already experiencing, for Pluto with the North Node reflects where we are heading, our future and the one of the collective, for we all create as One, as species, our planetary future timeline.

Pluto moving gradually in Aquarius, the sign of the collective, as it will still come back to Capricorn on June 11, will show us how to act, move, and feel as one, for in truth we are heading into unity consciousness, liberating from old programs, ideas and anything that still invite us to separate from who we truly are.

This is the beginning of humanity acting within divine love, responsibility, and above all, freedom, for it is how we reclaim our sovereignty and finally evolve, exiting the 3D consciousness trap.

This planetary event is a wonderful ally for us to learn how to embody and adapt to change, for after all, change is born out of our desire for conscious transformation, releasing the old, gracefully, and embracing what we have been molding from within, during the last few months.

The plasma emanations received at this time, are meant to help us in this process of self-synthesis, unifying our brain hemispheres, and all the opposite essences within ourselves, especially those who have moved into more advanced phases and are working with retrieving their crystalline-diamond DNA.

When we are ready to evolve, at a soul level, but our human self is not yet there, we feel the pressure and the resistance of our ego’s attachment to the old. This is when we need to unify desire and action, by shifting habits, so we can begin taking the steps towards our new destination, making our ego feels safer with our new choices.

Resistance can be felt in the form of stomach ache, for our body, solar plexus, is processing the fear of moving forward, as well as shoulder, leg, and hip pain, for these are the most common parts of our body that tend to suffer when we wish to start anew, but our physical self is reluctant to take the steps required to move forward.

Change feels often better in our minds than in reality, for when we find the hostility of our egoic self to let go of situations, habits, people, and anything that impedes our natural evolution, it no longer feels comfortable or desirable.

Epigenetic fears can emerge when we are in the midst of change. Primal fears of survival can be released too, as we confront our damaged selves and embody our true potential. These are ego mechanisms or us not to proceed with the transformation desired.

Building self-love, discipline, and confidence is pivotal to stopping sabotaging ourselves, repeating old habits that hurt our bodies, and searching for love in the wrong people and places. We need to remember that all is within and that nothing can heal our empty voids, but ourselves and our inner work of reconnecting with the Illumined Aspects of who we are.

It is when we are trapped within our worries and doubts that we most need to stay centered in our higher heart, in its unmistakable guidance, and in our soul’s vision for us. It is now when we most need to trust in our guidance, in who we desire to be, and in who we know we are. Our consciousness shall rule our egoic self, and not the other way round.

When we create techniques to deal with our ego and begin to balance heart and mind, we are confronting our shadow self, and therefore allowing our soul to guide us through human existence. Otherwise, we will let our ego control us, and the more our ego grows, the more we fragment from our soul, causing soul splitting and hence, depression.

This is where many are at the moment, learning how to make conscious changes and balance their ego, without falling into old patterns, for the time to leave old ways has finally come for all the ascending souls who are ready to recognize their divinity, and step into it.

We all are being pushed to move forward, for evolution even though in different ways and rhythms, occurs for All, as it is Law that nothing shall remain the same within Creation, for everything is always shifting into a more illumined state of being.

Everything is heading into the right order, you are not lost, hopeless, or stuck, this is just the ego’s perception of the void that exists between spaces, dimensions, and hence, beginnings and endings. Embrace, and feel it all as a unique and precious experience, for change is an opportunity for you to know your power, transform, and create anew.

Anchoring – New Earth

To The Ascension LightWorker Collective …

There is currently a significant purification process taking place . We recently experienced a major internal shift and it’s important to take time to integrate these energies if needed. We are being inundated with higher Cosmic energies .

Ascending souls, it is a time to prioritise love, respect, forgiveness, and grounding in self in order to release the past and progress towards higher emotional and spiritual intelligence. Regardless of the duration of our ascension journey, it is always essential on the journey to upgrade as we go with our personal and spiritual boundaries, reevaluating our self-worth, and holding the intention to witness these qualities in others.

Improving our tolerance levels contributes to freeing ourselves from the unhealthy influence of those who have hurt and betrayed us in the past, as we heal inner duality we no longer resonate with their lower vibrations . This process enables us to create space for higher ascension and alignment with our true selves.

LightWorkers like anyone else also require healing and self-care. The work of healing involves expending a significant amount of energy and absorbing the emotions and experiences of others, which can become overwhelming.

To maintain their well-being and effectiveness LightWorkers at times need to take breaks, detach from their practice, recharge their own energy, and focus on their own healing journey. This temporary absence without detailed explanations is a way for them to prioritise their own well-being and ensure they are in a balanced state before continuing their Light work with others.

There are multidimensional frequencies, being anchored, which in turn activates the higher dimensions . The entrance of these high frequencies causes intense shifts in the lower dimensions, often giving the illusion of backward motion, but in truth, it is a deepening process that brings underlying issues to the surface for clearing, ultimately completing the ascension journey.

An influx of Divine Feminine codes is also occurring, which brings about a more fluid existence on Earth. Any distortions and darkness are being exposed and cannot exist in this new dimension on the planet.
