UNHEALED TRAUMA WILL MANIFEST AS

Focusing on fixing other people . Over Emotional , over Dramatic , over Crying when expressing true emotions . Over compromising People-pleasing to those in low conscious levels to receive love and acceptance , Withholding The Truth to avoid conflict. Tolerating abusive and manipulative behaviour .Not taking action due to fear of punishment . Feeling the need to prove yourself. Obsession with people where there are high levels of insecurity. De-prioritising your own needs .Looking for external validation .

Not setting healthy personal boundaries.

When we deeply bind with someone through a trauma bond and then it falls apart , it will bring to the surface all the pain and suffering .All the False beliefs that have been operating . Your most intimate relationships will often reveal your darkest shadows in self . When this happens you may sense an impulse to close your heart, armour up or hide.somewhere, What is really happening is that you are uncovering what is standing in the way of discovering deeper love In Self . Self respect and to want and deserve so much more .

When you are evolving and growing you will at some point find your self facing the dark night of the soul and this can make you also feel like you are dying. That is because part of you is. You are experiencing the inner death to transform into the rebirth this feeling is quite often not spoken about , it can feel like you are depressed , anxious , unmotivated , uninspired and your inner world just feels really dark there for a time , but you are in the grieving of the loss of Old Self. who you were before so you can fully step into who you are going to be.

All the past pain , trauma , challenges and the suffering you have endured are preparing you for a quantum leap in earths new time lines . When you rise to the challenges you are facing things rather than avoiding them , the pain attached to growth, and healing and transformation occurs. Helping you to feel much closer to achieving your goals .

Time does not heal all wounds; it just gives them space to sink into the subconscious, where they will continue to impact your emotions and behaviours. What heals is going inward, connection with source , loving yourself, accepting yourself, listening to your needs, addressing your attachments and emotional history, learning how to let go, and following your intuition.

When you have a clear understanding of your own identity, you no longer allow others to dictate or define who you are. Insults, manipulation, lies , projections, and false narratives no longer have power over you, as you carry within you the truth template activating the deep sense of knowing and assurance.

Life inevitably brings changes, and sometimes love may be lost in the process. It is important to remember that your worth and value can never be determined by external factors or the opinions of others.

As you Ascend you are cultivating inner confidence and relying on your own divine guidance, you can navigate through these changes with strength and resilience.

On your Ascending journey in Truth. You will lose friends , loved ones and lose pieces of yourself that you never imagined would be gone. However these pieces come back Much stronger than ever . New love enters, genuine friends and Light minded people begin to show up .

There’s a percentage of people who are starting to wake up from the trance. There is another percentage who will continue to defend the 3D matrix false lie because admitting something is wrong would threaten their very existence. We accept that for the majority right now the spell they are still under will not be broken just yet .

Your Higher frequencies are your protection from the low vibrational 3D Matrix .

This rollout of the 13th beam causes a powerful pressure between the shoulder blades and just below the chest bone which causes the thymus to spin at ever higher speeds and swings out the old stagnant lymph full of negative depressive thoughts towards chakra 5, again giving increased pressure to the vagus nerve which cramps and causes stress and anxiety reactions= the reaction from the reptile brain=brain stem with automatic flight and results in fighting reactions. You can recognize this by stress, excitement, panic, high short respiration.
An extreme Vortex influx of high-frequency cosmic light spirals through our crunch chakra through our spine to the bottom of the shaft = O point or stillpoint.

These powerful cosmic waves of light push us into our original form = blueprint oiv the sacro cranial rhythm, light pushes itself through all nerve channels and body cells to the skin and skin zones here it charges the thought shapes that seem to be on and through you all day, even if you walk outside; everything comes in at once and from all sides = multidimensional fields of consciousness and that can be very tiring!

The power waves line out our spine so that all vertebrae are properly lined up again and the energy can flow freely and unobstructed through the nerve channels.

This crystal clear light greatly affects us and resonates with our core of who we truly are. This white light shakes everything loose.
The white crystalline light enters through our crown [fountain] and connects to our brain fluid = liquid light and continues its way through the cranio sacral rhythm through the 12 cerebral nerve channels and then to our entire nervous system along the spine, which is now quickly overburdened by waste released from our energy system. We are being purified up to every cell!

Depression.
Dizziness and Sufiness, when your Higher Chakras are activated by the powerful Higher Energies.
Some volatility when energies flow through the whole system and put pressure on the meridians when they integrate.

The Symptoms of Detoxification when your body’s vibration increases and it releases toxins. These include headaches, diarrhea, nausea, etc…

Intense dreams at night, when your psyche goes through your Akasha chronicles and integrates the energies and light codes. This is associated with intense purification at the height of the Sacral Chakra as people prepare to use this chakra again in sacred servitude.

Deep sadness and depression, especially related to relationships. This is because people as a Collective are releasing old patterns and energies of abuse and negativity in the Sacral Chakra and making room for new positive relationship patterns.

I know that I know that I know that the times we are in are the fires, and that yes – we are rising. I know it subjectively – the last three years have been me sorting through the ashes, and for the first time in awhile, things have begun to clear. And I know it collectively – there is more purpose, less uncertainty.

More energy. More clarity.

And while our purpose and path are something inherent to each of us individually, there is also the collective nature of the purpose and path of all women: To rise.

I created this in part inspired by Lucy A. Pearce’s seminal work, “Burning Woman” because it gives me much strength when times are especially hard to discern. I have always wanted to create a feminine Phoenix because it perfectly embodies us as women at so many stages of life. Life transformations of deaths and births, of loss and discovery. The transition from girl to Maiden. From Maiden to Mother, from Mother to crone. Where the old is literally done away with, and a new and different thing comes into place. Where we are reduced to ash in those liminal times wondering what the hell is happening, and feeling absolutely bereft – but then the discovering. This is especially daunting at the last stage, and what nobody tells you is how the veils lift – but that is for another work.

This work is to serve as a tangible reminder of the magic within you – wherever you are in your own life. It is a placeholder of hope in the symbology of what it is to not just survive, but to be rebirthed anew.

To fully own and acknowledge the fire within you.

To remind you to embrace your own burning time.

To see with eyes beyond your human eyes

And to remember that yes, again, you will rise

Prayer for healers

May all the healers of the earth find their own healing. May they be fueled by passionate love for the earth.

May they know their fear but not be stopped by fear. May they feel their anger and yet not be ruled by rage. May they honor their grief but not be paralyzed by sorrow.

May they transform fear, rage, and grief into compassion and the inspiration to act in service of what they love.

May they find the help, the resources, the courage, the luck, the strength, the love, the health, the joy that they need to do the work.

May they be in the right place, at the right time, in the right way.

May they bring alive a great awakening, open a listening ear to hear the earth’s voice, transform imbalance to balance, hate and greed to love.

DNA increase

One of the most exciting aspects about being on Earth right now is that there is a reordering or a retooling taking place in your DNA.
Cosmic rays are coming onto the planet so that a change is being broadcast and a reordering is taking place inside the body.

The scattered data that holds the history and awareness of the Living Library is now lining up.
The DNA is evolving.
New helixes or strands are being formed as the light-encoded filaments are beginning to bundle themselves together. The scattered data is being pulled together in your body by electromagnetic energies from Prime Creator.

We are here to watch this process in you, to assist you, and to evolve ourselves as well.

As this rebuilding or reordering comes together, you will create a more evolved nervous system that will allow much more data to move itself into your consciousness.
You will awaken many brain cells that have been lying dormant, and you will come into use of your full physical body rather than the small percentage that you have been functioning with.

Every place on the planet is being affected by this change, this awareness.

Those of you who are the Guardians of Light and who wish to completely change this present reality and bring different options in are anchoring the frequency. If it is not anchored and understood, it can create chaos. It will create chaos. This is why you must ground yourselves.
Chaos brings about a state of reorganization when utilized properly.

Time is collapsing, and the energy is becoming larger and larger.
You have come here to use that energy first. You will make pathways of consciousness as you pull the energy into your body that will assist others so that they may not have to go through what you go through.
Many people will suddenly begin to feel this energy without any preparation at all.

You are all pulling light, which is data and information, onto the planet, and as you do this you create new pathways for consciousness to explore without even saying a word.
The new pathways of consciousness create new realities, new options, and new ways of living and being.

4 Laws of a Shaman

THE FOUR LAWS OF A SHAMAN

The first says:

“The person who comes into our life is the right person”

In other words, no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, who interact with us, are there for a reason, to make us learn and advance in each situation.

The second law says:

“What happens is the only thing that could have happened.”

Nothing, but nothing, absolutely nothing that happens to us in our lives could have been otherwise.

Not even the most insignificant detail.

There is no: “if I had done such a thing, such another would have happened…”.

Nope.

What happened was the only thing that could have happened and it had to have been so for us to learn that lesson and move on.

Each and every one of the situations that happen to us in our lives are perfect, even if our mind and our ego resist and do not want to accept it.

The third says:

“Anytime it starts is the right time.”

Everything starts at the right time, neither before nor after.

When we are ready for something new to start in our lives, that is when it will begin.

And the fourth and last:

“When something ends, it ends.”

Just like that.

If something ended in our lives, it is for our evolution, therefore it is better to leave it, move on and advance already enriched by that experience.

I think it is not by chance that you are reading this, if these words came into our lives today; It’s because we’re prepared to understand that no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place.”
