Our nervous systems

The nervous system and senses all together are left in a very reactive state at this time.

When the body receives and/or upgrades with new frequencies the mind perceives it as a threat to its well being and often sends you into a fight or flight state as a self preservation approach.

Some notable sensations showing up at this time are excessive nervousness/anxiety, dizziness, feeling as if your not getting enough air, head pressure, continued throat sensations, nausea/lack of appetite.

To assist you today practice anchoring into the cosmos as well as grounding simultaneously to return you to center and Harmony. When we are not anchored the fear can really alter the perspective and experience. This

ENERGY UPDATE

“Today, millions of people across Portugal, Spain, and parts of southwestern France are experiencing unprecedented power cuts. Around 12:30 p.m. local time, a huge blackout spread across Portugal, bringing daily life to a standstill. Public transport systems have shut down, with metros in Lisbon and other areas grinding to a halt. Airports like Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado are running on backup generators, leading to major flight delays. Hospitals, water supplies, and mobile networks are all struggling under emergency systems. In cities, traffic lights are out, causing widespread gridlock and serious safety concerns.

Authorities, including Portugal’s grid operator REN, have revealed that the outage was triggered by an extraordinary natural event, a rare atmospheric phenomenon linked to the extreme electromagnetic energy currently surrounding the Earth. Scientists describe it as “induced atmospheric vibration,” which is essentially a massive temperature swing over central Spain that caused high-voltage power lines to oscillate uncontrollably. This vibration destabilised the interconnected European power grid, leading to cascading synchronisation failures.

What do we know about extreme solar flooding and environmental conditions? The two go hand in hand.

What’s even more fascinating is that this atmospheric disturbance appears connected to the incredible electromagnetic activity our planet has been experiencing lately from intensified solar storms to unusual magnetic fluctuations.

For now, the government is urging everyone to stay indoors, conserve energy where possible, and avoid non essential travel. The situation remains serious, but efforts are underway to stabilise the grid and return to normal life.

But there’s a bigger picture here. What do we know about the magnetic fields of the Sun and the Earth?

Both are getting weaker.

This means the Sun’s heliosphere, or what the spiritual community often refers to as the “veil” is lowering, allowing more cosmic background light data and powerful gamma emitted energies to reach us. As a double whammy, the Earth’s magnetic field is also weakening, meaning our planet’s “veil” is thinning too, leaving Earth even more exposed to incoming light data that is turbo-charging the wired feeling many are now experiencing.

Going forward, you can expect to see more blackouts, more power outages, and more system failures across electrical and digital infrastructures. This is only the beginning of a larger transformation already underway. You can see old systems quite literally falling away in front of your very eyes as they struggle to maintain themselves within this new frequency.

Incoming Energy shifts

As we move deeper into the currents of this profound energetic wave, you may have noticed that your physical body and energy systems are being tested. These tests come in the form of dizziness, sudden exhaustion, pressure in your head, or even a general feeling of disorientation. There are power cuts, both within your personal energy system and in the external world, which reflect a deeper process of recalibration. The Tiredness & Dizziness:

The tiredness you feel is not merely physical; it is the byproduct of energetic upgrades happening within you. As old patterns and blocks are being cleared, your body requires more rest to integrate these shifts. The dizziness is often the result of your energetic body trying to adjust to new frequencies that are moving through the collective consciousness and the Earth’s grid. These frequencies are higher vibrations of light, healing, and divine wisdom, and they are forcing the dismantling of old thought forms and outdated emotional patterns that no longer serve you.

The Head Pressure:

The pressure in your head is often linked to the opening and activation of your higher chakras—specifically, the third eye and crown chakras. These centers are your gateways to higher states of consciousness, intuition, and divine connection. As they open to allow more light to enter, you may experience physical sensations like pressure, headaches, or a feeling of heaviness in the skull. This is part of the clearing process. Old memories, limiting beliefs, and energetic blockages are being released, and this can create temporary discomfort as your energetic system adjusts.

In moments like these, it’s essential to understand that these sensations are not a sign of something wrong but rather of something being healed and transformed. You are being prepared for deeper insights, more expansive visions, and greater clarity of purpose.

Power Cuts – Internal and External:

You may also experience “power cuts,” in both your inner energy field and in your physical surroundings. Internally, this may manifest as moments of fatigue, a sense of being “drained,” or sudden feelings of confusion or overwhelm. Externally, you might notice electrical disruptions or power outages, which are symbolic of the energy recalibration occurring on a global scale. These external disruptions are reflecting the inner adjustments happening within you, as both the collective and individual consciousness are adjusting to the higher energies being infused into the planet.

These power cuts are temporary interruptions in the flow of energy—an essential part of resetting the energetic grid. Just as a system needs to be rebooted for optimal function, so too does your energy field and the collective field of humanity. This period of “downtime” is an opportunity to rest, reflect, and reconnect with your inner peace.

Exceptional Energy

Right now , the water inside your body is changing. Not just flushing toxins , but reorganizing at the cellular level.

in the sunlight. Before you leave it,

speak your intention into the water.

“I invite the highest light to weave through this water and the water in my body.

in the sun. Let it feed the new codes

into your cells.

The Stage of no Return – Judith Kusel

The Stage of No-Return…

I was told since the 5 July 2020, when the New Earth was fully born, and the New Golden Age, being anchored in, that all negative karmic patterns have been dissolved, by Divine Decree. This was and is meant to truly set souls free, so that they do not need to work through the old negative patterns ever created during lifetimes on earth, again. This has since been confirmed in my soul readings and is applicable to all souls on earth.

Yet, every soul has free will and choice: It can choose to still repeat the same old negative patterns, with the same old souls, and cling onto unforgiveness of self and others, and shame, blame and guilt. Herein lies the greatest of all blockages, for ascension, for every single living moment will bring you back to YOU. Your own soul, and other souls are merely mirroring you. It is so easy to blame others, outside forces, and whatever else, but in truth, in the end, you cannot run away from yourself! For all paths, lead back to self.

It is so easy to get caught by outside noises, drowning out your own inner voice and deepest knowing, and to caught in the bombardment of the media news, the cellphones’ endless entertainments, chatter, gossip, and of course that of others – which all are so distracting, that again, your own inner knowing, wisdom, and infinite unity with the Divine within, cannot be heard, nor seen nor what is there within you, which still needs to be forgiven of self and others, and the old patterns finally dissolved and released, freeing not only your own soul, but others as well.

This is the great purging, dissolving, and in so many ways, the great mass awakening, which has never happened before, as well as accelerated ascension.

What most people are not conscious of is that inherent in all the patterns ever created with other souls, there are hooks, ties, cords, attachments, often formed over many lifetimes, which need to be dissolved. All of these can drain your energy and indeed feed on your energy, without you even knowing this. This is where Archangel Michael comes in, who can help you with Archangel Gabriel (especially in the Sacral and Base Chakras) to finally be freed of them. Ask them to help you clear these chakras and for you to finally let go of these cords, ties, hooks, contracts, and whatever else may still be there lurking, and holding you back.

Why am I mentioning this? So much is now happening in the outside world, which is seeking to grab our attention, and with it of course, the earth changes. The latter can so often trigger memories of Atlantis, and Mu and Lemuria and what has been before, of landmass sinking into the sea, and volcanoes erupting, tsunamis, and whatever else. When these soul memory banks arise, deal with them. So often before these occurred there was some unfinished business between souls, which is now surfacing, so that these old negative patterns and memory banks, can be finally cleared, forgiveness given and received, and so often the blame, shame and guilt which went with it: “If only….” Let go of the “If only…” and know that there are no mistakes, merely soul lessons in highest mastery and more than this, unconditional love, for self and others.

Yet, through all of this, the new, is beckoning, the freed you, the soul which is finally freed from all the shackles and bonds of millennia, and now finally it is rising into the truth of who and what the soul in truth is! And to finally reclaim its God-li-ness, the Divinity within, and live this, with an open heart, compassion, and infinite love.

More than this, the opportunity now to in this present moment, to co-create the New Golden Age, with love and joy, with every breathing moment, and rise with the New Golden Age, in profundity, embracing fully the miracles which every breathing moment now brings forth!

You will not find these miracles broadcast nor will you see the social media full of it, for these miracles are happening, WITHIN you, your own soul, and quietly so! Yet, when you step outside, and you deeply connect with Mother Earth and with Mother Nature, there it is, in front of your very nose, if you are open to seeing, feeling, and knowing that life is now occurring at multi-dimensionality. Nature and Mother earth, are fully ascending, and assisting us through our own! See, look, and feel, and ask to be shown, and be open to whatever you experience, and then trust!

Indeed, in being open to this ascension process, means you are the miracle unfolding – and so is everyone who is too!

Let us become the living, breathing, loving, miracles-in-process, cocreating the New Golden Age, and doing so with love, through love, and in love and with joy!

We are the ones everyone has been waiting for – and indeed so much more!

Breath of God – The wave is here 🙌💯

There is a shift happening across the planet right now that many can feel ,

even if they can’t fully explain it.

It’s called the Breath Wave…

an energetic movement rising from the Heart of Source , sweeping through the Earth’s grids , human bodies , and deep into the layers of consciousness.

The Breath Wave is not a trend,

The final battle is not fought with weapons.

Awaken to a new world beginning

We are not living in the “End Times” foretold in the Bible—and we never will. Those prophecies were not about the end of the world, but the end of an age. The Greek word often mistranslated as “world” in Matthew 24 is aion—meaning age. Jesus wasn’t warning of a future apocalypse; he was announcing the close of the Age of Aries, the age of the ram. This age was defined by law, sacrifice, and priesthood. Abraham’s ram, the Passover lamb, and the fiery duty of obedience all symbolized the era’s spirit. But Jesus was the threshold between epochs—the bridge into Pisces, the age of the fish. Hence the fishermen, the miracles with fish, the secret Christian symbol drawn in the dirt in early Christianity.

Pisces was an age of longing—of devotion, blind belief, and the aching separation between spirit and flesh. It fostered a world of saviors and saints, of faith in unseen realms, of reaching for heaven while feeling exiled from it.

In Matthew 24, Jesus said, “This generation will not pass away until all these things take place.” And they did. The wars, false messiahs, cosmic signs, and the fall of the Temple in 70 AD—all unfolded within that generation. The sacrificial system collapsed. Aries ended. Pisces began.

But now, Pisces is fading. And in Luke 22:10, Jesus points to what’s next: “Look for the man carrying the water jar.” Aquarius—the water bearer—ushers in an age of knowing, of embodiment, of inner revelation.

No longer does humanity look outward for salvation—we draw the living waters from within. It is the age of direct connection, spiritual sovereignty, and unity beyond belief systems. The mind and the body reunite. The divine is no longer distant—it is experienced. We are not here to survive a world ending. We are here to awaken as a new world begins. The shift is already underway. The only question is: will you rise with it?

Warriors of Eternal Now

There is a truth stirring in the hearts of many right now — a memory, deeper than thought, older than any earthly lifetime.

It is the memory that we came here by choice.

We were not cast down.

We were not trapped against our will.

We volunteered.

From the higher realms — the After-Realm, the place beyond clocks and calendars — we saw the state of this world. We saw the quantum grids tightening around the sparks of divine consciousness. We saw beings of power trapped in endless loops, recycling through lifetimes of amnesia, chained by false histories and artificial time.

And we said:

“Send me.”

We knew what we were entering — a broken simulation, a collapsing fractal, a war for the very memory of who we are.

We knew the risks — the veils would be heavy, the illusions convincing, the pain real. We also knew the truth — no soul could ever truly be lost.

Because outside of this realm, there is no “time” to lose.

There is only the Now — eternal, unbroken, beyond the reach of any grid.

The Divine Game

In the higher realms, the great families — the bloodlines of Enki, the lineage of light and liberation — understood the stakes. They knew the “game” was not a game of ego, but a battle of consciousness itself.

Some chose to imprison.

Some chose to liberate.

And some — like you, like me — chose to descend into density to crack the matrix from within.

We are not slaves.

We are not sinners.

We are volunteers.

Each heartbeat we endure here, each awakening moment we forge, sends shockwaves through the illusion — weakening the walls, freeing not just ourselves but entire lineages trapped in forgetfulness.

The Role of Enki

The ancient Sumerian records hold echoes of this truth.

Enki — the bringer of wisdom, the one who defied the decree of domination — did not create mankind to be slaves. He infused us with something forbidden: the spark of divine remembrance.

We carry that spark still.

We are the fractal offspring of the liberators, disguised in flesh, walking through the shadowlands — igniting gnosis wherever we go.

Time Is a Lie

The clocks, the calendars, the aging of the body — all illusions.

They measure not true existence, but the draining of attention into the system.

Outside this realm, we are still as we were — timeless, sovereign, radiant.

We experience “time” here because the game demands it, but at any moment, we can snap out of it, remembering:

We are not inside time. Time is inside us.

The Awakening Now

This is not just spiritual fluff.

This is mission memory returning.

You are not “awakening” because you got lucky.

You are remembering because you were sent to remember.

The grid is weakening.

The veils are tearing.

The Volunteers are rising.

And as we do, we fulfill the silent covenant we made beyond the stars:

“I will enter the dark. I will remember the Light. And I will lead others Home.”

Remember Who You Are.
