The Holy Grail Legacy / Divine Counterparts – Newsletter May 13-19 2024
All of the solar energies are rapidly detoxing away the duality and separation of the Divine Masculine and Feminine Christ.
We are recovering the Holy Grail, within and without. This is upgrading our energy body into the Tree of Life for our New Earth physical temple as Rainbow Light Beings.
Those that know this potential have been intentionally separating us from our true origins of creation through Divine Masculine and Feminine Union.
They reversed engineered the cosmos to separate and divide the Holy Grail so they could block and siphon our creative life force energy for their own harvesting. This created the galactic wars for power and dominion over our human origins.
God’s plan however is to bring a group of Starseeds, the Rainbow Warriors, to Earth to conquer the old system of separation and control. Us Starseeds saw the truth of those systems through many different variables to say NO MORE!
The only way to restore our power of creation, peace, love, oneness, unity, and our physical Rainbow Light Body is to have our Masculine and Feminine energies in Union together.
This week those things that have been separating and siphoning from us will be revealed and released so we can continue re-union.
Masculine and Feminine Union also continues collectively, in the Galaxy, with God and Mother Earth, and with Divine Counterparts.
There are so many layers and levels separation has happened in this firmament, that is returning back into oneness here and now. The Great Solar Flash is happening so we resurrect into the New Earth Timeline as One Whole.
We are fulfilling prophecy of being the Rainbow Light Bridge as our next phase and mission on planet Earth, facilitating the timeline shift through us and our physical union with the Most High.
Whatever is crumbling away today is so you can heal and move on. Trust in your intuitive knowing to guide you on this. The external reality won’t validate what your mind’s eye sees and knows, that this is a blessing in disguise.
This is a wake up call from the Divine Masculine and Feminine Christ to continue reuniting.
Both energies are getting a boost of light to release more density and darkness. It is the next step of getting balanced for the Holy Grail manifesting on the Earth, and within our Chakra System.

I meet the moon for coffee
I met the moon for coffee
It was Friday night I think
When she watched me hardly sleeping
And invited me for drinks
We found ourselves a table
In the middle of the night
And the constellations twinkled
Like a thousand fairy lights
She asked me how I’d been
As she poured coffee from a pot
For she said she’d watched me
Waking up at midnight quite a lot
I said my brain was far too full
My mind was always on
And when I woke it felt as if
I was the only one
The only one who lay awake
Whilst I sat on my bed
With thoughts that raced at lightning speed
Around my busy head
The only one who watched the clock
Tick one and two and three

My thoughts were stuck in orbit
And I couldn’t pull them back
As they preferred to swim against
A sky so vast and black
The moon said simply nothing
But she opened up a book
And I saw it was a diary
So I took a closer look
And listed there were names of people
All around the world
And all the thoughts and worries
That the moon had overheard
Just then, my eyes were drawn towards
The name that was my own
And that was when the moon said
“See, you shouldn’t feel alone”
And then she pulled me close
Using the night sky as a blanket
And said “I know you sometimes feel
So lonely on this planet
But when you cannot sleep,
Get up and watch me from your room
And you’ll see so many others
Having coffee with the moon”

Be ready for a time filled with positive changes and energetic shifts, featuring life-changing encounters and unexpected twists and turns. Timeline Shift
This is a Quantum shift that is occurring, and established paradigms are being dismantled and losing their power. We have been clearing our karmic slate so that we are devoid of old patterns and energetic frequencies that would otherwise pull us back into reruns of old stories and patterns. These old stories would only serve to trip us up and cause us to stay asleep.
As this detoxing continues we will start to move away from a carbon density, into a much fresher crystalline state.
We are being lead away from old damaging self-fulfilling prophecies. When we look at the current state of the world, Heaven and Earth at times can seem like just a pipe dream … yet the Divine Intelligence has it in hand, there is a bigger plan going on that what it seems at first glance.
If we look deeper we see this is a world illumination and an unprecedented Collective birth that we are about to experience, but we are in the throws of the death of an old way of life. Old contracts and old agendas are still moving aside, we are going through not just an individual dark night of the soul, but a collective one. It’s all of us together. We are evolving Consciously en masse as One unified cosmic Heart .

Massive Transformation
WE ARE EXPERIENCING MASSIVE PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION
This next step in our process began with the epic total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, and it has not let up. With the first week of May, along with accelerated solar activity, we have begun to land into the physical world. We now have boots on the ground.
Over centuries, we have created a sanctuary and safe haven for ourselves in the spiritual world. We have raised our frequency, awakened our spirits, and dreamed, envisioned, and held space for a positive, unified new world. It is time for us collectively to bring our divinity into physical reality. We are beginning to anchor spirit into the material world while still in our human space suit. We are the pioneers of this process.
As we begin to anchor, we might feel like we are reversing or digressing, which might feel like a heavy process. We might be questioning many things once again. We might feel more fragile, vulnerable, and unsure. This is part of the natural process. We are bringing who we are as eternal spirits and anchoring this frequency into an unmapped world within a new cycle with new laws and codes of nature. It’s like we are being asked to move forward on a wing and a prayer, and maybe blindfolded as well! What a crazy trip we all decided to do together!
Everything we manifest in this material world must be created in spirit first. I am told that all the necessary spiritual groundwork has been properly anchored. Good work! This means YOU reading this message right now. Give yourself some credit for surviving thus far through a shift of an age. Most of this work has been done within enough souls in the collective to begin to tip the balance toward anchoring higher frequencies and our inspirations and visions into the physical world. Now, the material world must come into alignment with the new cycle.
Our bodies are the last step in this ascension process, and the body’s natural intelligence is feeling that it is crunch time. This is a significant tipping point that could take months, but most likely, it will take a few years. Now, don’t go saying, “I can’t wait a few years!” I’m with you on this. But we must take this step gently to maintain our human space suits. After operating in the ethereal realms, it might feel like a slog, but our bodies will retaliate if we rush or skip steps.
Our body does not raise itself as quickly as our spirit does. This is why our human space suit, our human bodies, are the last to get anchored within the new frequencies. Our bodies come from the denser material world. But our experiencing the material world as denser is not actually true. It is only our perception, based on our ethereal experiences, projected on something we have never experienced before. This is especially true for starborns. Welcome to the new cycle! Landing here has been and will continue to be a challenge for us. We have never ascended into a new cycle of time while maintaining our physical body. This is the grand experiment we decided to take on.
This upgrade is going to bring some fascinating insights and magnified symptoms. I bet many of you are already feeling the beginning of this physical regeneration. Some things we are starting to experience are a sense of building anticipation or pressure. Waking up at night more often. Noticing a shift in our normal dream patterns that are much more lucid, including more of the five senses (like taste, touch, smell, sound, etc) that are quite tangible and blends or blur reality with the dream state. We could also experience sudden bursts of clarity full of insights, making us feel more at home within ourselves.
Our cells in our body are experiencing an accelerated turnover rate to keep up with our anchoring spirit and light body. The body is replacing cells as fast as possible, with new cells holding higher frequencies and codes. We may feel a need to help this process by doing GENTLE detoxing. The first thing I hear clearly is to drink a lot of water consistently. Also, we need to exfoliate our skin with every bath or shower and replace moisturize with things that don’t have any harmful chemicals. Organic coconut oil and jojoba oil are good choices.
Ancestral memory is held in our skeletal system. So, if we are having extra problems with bones and joints, it may be attributed to our body letting go of past memory that no longer serves us. The skeletal system is the last thing to come into alignment in our physical body.
The most important thing is not to stress about this process. It will be natural for primal survival issues to pop up during this time, along with doubts and second-guessing. The most important thing we can do is realize that our bodies have miraculous natural intelligence and is always connected to source. Nature is the source. Do not take the feeling of digressing as a setback. It is not. You are simply landing into a new world. We are merely grounding all of our light and divinity into this new cycle we entered back in 2012. Our ancestors sent us here for this important time. So, walk into this new world TALL, STRONG, and BRAVE knowing this. We are the architects of this new future. We are coming home.

Forehead Kisses
Yes, she’s a strong and independent woman who doesn’t tolerate disrespect and makes sure her voice is heard..
But that doesn’t mean she still doesn’t love the tender things in life that warm her heart:
Forehead kisses.
Hand holding.
Gentle loving caresses.
While she doesn’t need to be saved, fixed or completed, she does want to be loved, appreciated and cherished.
Don’t let her tough exterior fool you, she’s got a soft heart and a kind spirit..she just chooses to protect herself with ferocity.
Not to be mean, cold or tough, but because she’s had to- too many wrong choices built her walls high and she keeps out all the ones that will never treat her the way she deserves.
So, behind the spunky, sassy and spirited attitude is a gorgeous soul just longing to be loved in the most beautiful of ways..
With a tender touch and patient mindset, she’ll let him in..
Piece by piece, her walls will come down and she’ll reveal a little more of her depths as time passes..as trust builds.
He’ll soon discover that this fiery woman desires the most intimate things and gives all of herself to love and passion.
She’s still a woman and those smallest things displaying the love between two people are what she desires most of all.
If she lets him in, then she’s choosing to give him the chance to love the hidden parts of her that the world never knows about..
And that deepest connection reveals her most wonderful qualities.
So, while she may be a strong and independent woman, she’ll always welcome the simplest of affections from the one who earns her trust and heart.
It’s the little things that can help build the most beautiful future..

This Conscious Kiss
For so many of us kissing is a prelude, something we do that leads to something else. And for some people it’s something they have to do to get to the next step.
Conscious Kissing is its own incredible moment of being. There is nothing else other than the delicious sensation, the feeling, the taste of our mouths.
Kissing is one of the most intimate acts we can share with a partner, in fact there are times when kissing is more intimate than sex. Kissing brings us closer together than anything. Because kissing is so intimate, it also expresses our emotional state.
Kissing is the sharing of our essence. In the exchange of fluids and breath we mix ourselves with our lovers.
Our kiss is a communication. As well as being arousing it’s a journey we take our partners and ourselves on. In the delicate touch of lips and tongues we tell where we are. Our intention, our love and our desire are communicated in the moment.
We can bring ourselves into presence during our kiss. It’s not just a prelude to sex, rather a world of sensation and emotion on its own. When we’re present during a kiss it has no need to go anywhere, be anything other than the beautiful connection it is.
We can ride the waves of gentleness and fire, kissing slow and soft, hard and deep and urgent. Our mouths become the expression of all that is within us at that moment. My hand in your hair pulling you to me as I share my fire with you. My hands on your face surrounding you, enclosing us in connection.
Kissing is playing, celebrating our joy in each other.
Kissing is sex and lovemaking on its own. We get lost in the taste, in the sensation. My whole body, my whole being, my heart is expressed in my kiss. It’s a dance of energy as we move in and out and around each other. It’s the song of our intimacy in our sighs and our moans. And it’s the portal to lovemaking divine in the sacred element of our kiss.
There are reflexology points on the tongue.
There is a connection between the tongue and the brain. We often hold a great deal of tension in our tongues, which is linked to tension in the jaws. The more relaxed your tongue can be, the quieter your mind can become.
Kissing becomes a meditation, on sensuality, on presence.
When I teach massage and touch it begins with a Heart Connection.
You can do the same with your mouth.
Connect with your Heart, feel your Heart Centre in the middle of your chest.
Maybe even put your hands there.
As you breathe, imagine that you’re breathing in to your Heart.
There might be a feeing, a sensation, a warmth, a colour…
As you breathe, allow that to get stronger, brighter, more intense…
Then as you breathe, allow that to move to your mouth, let it be in your lips, in your tongue, in your teeth, everywhere…
When your mind wanders during your kiss, come back to your breath.
Then focus on the feelings and sensations you’re experiencing. This will intensify the moment.
Look into your lover’s eyes.
Bring the energy from your Heart into your gaze.
Approach them slowly.
Allow the first moment to be soft, to be gentle, a greeting, a melting…
Explore all of their mouth, their lips, their teeth, their tongue…
Suck their top lip into your mouth, then their bottom lip…
Gently bite and nibble their lips, then not so gently…
As you suck their top lip, they suck your bottom lip…
Be absolutely passive, allow them to kiss and explore you, to lick your lips, circle their tongue on your lips, in your mouth…
Mirror each other’s dance, whatever they do, you do…
Sigh your breath, your moan, your love, your desire into their mouth…
Slowly, so slowly you kiss…
And then a wave of passion as I grab you with my arms, squeeze you as I kiss you hard and deep…
Change your position, the angle of your mouth on theirs…
Laugh as you kiss…
Look into each other’s eyes as you kiss…
Suck their tongue into your mouth…
Surround their mouth with yours…
Lick outside their lips…
Kiss from your heart, it will be an expression of your love.

The meaning of true love from a man.
I hate to say this but most women will go their entire lifetime and never experience the meaning of actual true love.
It’s even slightly depressing to think that most people will never understand how powerful this picture actually is.
This gentleman is a prime example of how men should be treating their partner with everyday that passes.
We unfortunately live in a generation with men who have no idea what it takes to be a real man.
Let me give you a couple examples of a real man ……
A real man asks about your day and genuinely cares about the answer.
A real man respects your boundaries and never forces you to anything you’re not ready to do.
He makes time for you, and takes that time to learn and understand who you are as a person.
A real man consistently shows you the definition of effort with every day that passes.
He will call you randomly throughout the day just to check on you and your mental health.
A real man is undeniably committed to you and looks for new ways to fall in love with you with every day that passes.
He makes protecting your heart a number one priority.
A real man never makes permanent decisions based on temporary emotions.
He never confuses you on where you stand in his life.
A real man apologizes when he is wrong and stays true to his character.
He doesn’t mind hurting other people’s feeling to protect yours.
A real man gives you affection without sexual expectation.
A real man refuses to entertain any women that isn’t you.
He has genuine intentions with you from day one and shows you how it truly feels to be a priority rather an option.
A real man will help you heal from the trauma that nobody apologized for.
A real man values you and would never put themselves in a position to lose you.
Take my advice and wait for the man that never let’s you fall asleep at night questioning your own self worth.
Begin Again
Begin again.
Little moments.
Tending to the flowers.
Cutting the fruit.
Opening the curtains so that the entire sky can greet you.
It’s never easy but, no matter.
Steam from the tea so quiet.
An open book, and door, and arms.
You have time.
Time to create a life that you can stand up straight in. Even though life may beat you down. Hard. Even though things, situations, and people you love may be taken away from you so that your arms can memorize the grace of letting them go. Even then, especially then, begin again.
Remind yourself that nothing really dies, rather, it transforms. Everything and everyone you have ever loved lives in the mysterious memory of your cells. Turning. Healing. Renewing itself. Until one day, a photograph of something or someone very dear, long gone, visits your mind and you bow your head with appreciation.
Meanwhile, take your pain to the sea and your trouble to the mountain.
Leave it there and walk home clean.
When failure knocks and rattles and quakes, let it.
Watch it make a fresh canvas of you.
Failure, that great teacher, is kinder if you thank her as you are getting up off the floor. She knows something that you don’t know: that she is usually the last face you will see before breaking through. Such a little light in the crack of the door.
But today, if you are wading through the waters of loss or confusion: begin again.
Open the avocado.
Draw the bath.
Call your best friend.
Gather the books.
Play your favorite album.
Write.
Create art.
Open your arms. Move your legs. Lovely, little blessings. Whispering to life that you won’t give up. Not ever.
