The recent energies of the Super full Moon in Aquarius are illuminating what we need to know more of – they are uncovering hidden truths buried deeply in the subconscious recesses of the mind , this lingering full moon energy is clearing energetic shadow residue in Self . Many are now moving towards new and higher timelines, and many are ending karmic connections and experiencing karmic completions .

After experiencing significant changes and releasing old patterns, it is always helpful to allow time for integrating energetic shifts. When the conscious self activates and merges with higher self, integration into the light body takes place, the cellular and molecular structures reorganise in accordance with shifts in consciousness This is to allow higher vibrations and frequencies in the physical body, this helps it to feel far less dense. The light body assists in liberating the false self structures to express itself with Truth , Light / God source creation.
