You are so much more than you know. It is so easy to perceive and feel that you are small and weak and insignificant, but this is just not true. When you realize that your skin is not your outer limit but just the shell of your container, you can conceive that there is actually no limit to you. You are both a receiver and a transmitter, and you have profound influence on the field.

The combination of all of your faculties that resonate together to receive and then broadcast creates a tone, a frequency, that contributes to creation. You are either quietly tapping along with the music or beating on a giant drum or ringing an immense bell, what do you choose?

Your consciousness about what you contribute is also an important factor, for then, simultaneously you become the composer, the musician and the conductor. Do you see that you are created in the image of the Divine, that you can hear and contribute to The Great Symphony?

So, think about what all of those roles must do to and keep in tune. Hold a frequency in your own body that is responsive. A clear bell rings clear, a broken or encumbered bell rings dull. Stay connected to Divine Source for inspiration and trust that it is always there for you. Stay neutral and be open to receive. Show up with your talents to transcribe and perform the music. Practice and play often to keep yourself in the groove. Maintain your love of music and curiosity to learn more. Avoid being tangled in theory and imperfections. Keep doing it for love.

Stay happy and positive as much as possible, while also understanding that your own emotional complexities help you know the depths of those important base tones too. Naturally step up as a leader as inspired. If you can hear all of the varying tones and complexities of the music and each player’s role in it, then you are perfectly ready to be in the conductor role, all the while remaining humble. Your childlike sense of play, deep love for self and others, and wise perspective will bode well in leading the group. Keep your ego in check and allow your True Spirit to lead.

Always remember, with unwavering conscious devotion, your original purpose of receiving and transmitting the music of the spheres. Keep showing up. Your participation and your contribution makes a difference. The song of your heart matters. You are a valuable member of the band!

You are at a pivotal convergence turning point in history. Solaris, the Sun, is accelerating the forward motion of the Ascension your Solar Christos Light body. Celestial records of humanity’s cosmic ascension evolution reside in your divine original blueprint and are synchronizing with solar activation. The sun’s Solar Logos is generating solar activity shifting the frequency of the planet’s magnetic field, and reactivating this ancient Cosmic Christos Solar template.

The light is vibrating your cells, reawakening the memory of your soul’s divine intelligence. A process begins as the switch is turned on once again. Once you reached a certain light quota and soul evolution, you will be in a position where where the spiritual light of the sun can initiate a frequency shift for your Solar Christos light template and electrical, light-body circuitry.

*Releasing Pain in the Pain body

*The light Purification and purging can release stored physical pain in the body, and from past lives. There are some that are releasing the pain or trauma in the pain body that is also from the group consciousness.

*Receiving downloads and activation from the Divine, your higher self and your holy teams of light

*Ascension Spiritual flu

Flu-like symptoms or colds, dizziness or headaches

*Circadian Rhythm out of sync: finding yourself waking up in the middle of the night or waking up earlier than normal sleep. The electromagnetic fields are shifting and changing from a variety of sources.

*Body temperature fluctuation periods where you suddenly feel hot, cold, or flushed.

*Resurfaces of past health issues: You may experience some health ailments or issues from the past, but they usually pass; they are just a phase of health healing and upgrades that will eventually change again. They will bring insights and new awareness.

*Food sensitivities and changes This will continue to vary and fluctuate as you progress through the Solar Ascension acceleration process. At times, your body will require certain foods and nutrition to restore physiological balance and chemistry, while at other times it will completely shift. There are periods when your appetite increases and you feel hungry more frequently, even in the middle of the night, while at other times you may experience nausea, a desire not to eat.

*Tiredness and Exhaustion: There may be times when you experience periods and cycles of extreme tiredness, during which you may need a week or more to rest and sleep.

*This depletion and tiredness is so much light streaming through your system that it requires all of your energy to assemble this Solar Christos Light body, where you can do nothing else but allow yourself to rest and be.

*Internal body shaking: This is caused by waves of your cells’ vibration and light body velocity, which can feel like internal shivering at times.

Tones and ringing in the ears

*Strange energy sensations can feel like electricity is running through certain areas of your body.

*Increase sensory awareness and emotional sensitivity

*Feeling like you want to cry but do not know why

It can be overwhelming when your body and energy systems are transforming and shifting so much that your emotional body responds with tears. And other times, the sudden desire to cry is a release of energies that can be from past pains and traumas that you are not fully aware of, though they are being released.

New energy work flow: You may not be able to adhere to the old *work week paradigm. During these peak periods of energy, ascension and transformation. Your rhythm and energy may be indicating a new rhythm and flow of creativity and productivity; it may be one or two days of work then followed by a day of rest and downtime. What can be of assistance is exercise and movement of the energy, is important even when you feel tired in many causes It will help to move stuck energy and help you to feel better. Exercises such as dance, yoga, stretching, walking, swimming or any other movement that feels right to you. Water being around water, drinking enough water, grounding and being in Nature.

These times call for you to keep following and trusting your empathetic spiritual intuition, as it is guided by God Source in divine synchronicity. You have a wonderful rhythm and flow that allows you to be where you need to be and do what is right for you in this world. Saturn Retrograde Energies 6/9-11/15

THE RETURN OF SATURN RETROGRADE ✨ HEALING AND INTEGRATING PAST AND PRESENT LIFE’S LESSONS ✨JUNE 29-NOVEMBER 15, 2024

Dear friends, the energies of this last week of June are being slowly but surely influenced by the initial waves of the planet Saturn in its retrograde motion. From Saturday June 29 to November 15, the planet known as our “life’s journey taskmaster” will appear to be moving backward from our vantage point here on Earth.

During this 4.5 months retrograde period, Saturn’s disciplinary energy will be nudging us to go inward and reflect on all of the areas of life that Saturn rules—for example, the ways in which we set objectives, put in the work to achieve our greatest goals, assume leadership roles by expressing our masculine energy, and the ways we follow systems and guidelines. Saturn assists us with setting boundaries, commitments, hard work, and alas, reality checks. Saturn’s energy teaches us to absorb and integrate all of our life’s lessons so they can become key stepping stones in our evolutionary journey. As our master karmic teacher, Saturn retrograde looks back over the last few months and years, checking to see if we have done our homework and are embracing the lessons provided.

This year Saturn retrograde occurs in the water sign of Pisces, co-ruled by Neptune, the planet of spirituality and dreams, and Jupiter, the planet of prosperity and success. Saturn rules reality, and Pisces shapes our dreams. Sometimes Saturn takes the role of a strict teacher, but in Pisces, this time we will see some of its softer qualities flourishing. The energy of retrograde Saturn this year wants to remind us to stop being at war with our past, ourselves, and others. It wants us to find peace inwardly and outwardly. It wants us to see that the stories we are telling ourselves, and the shadows and fears we are allowing to consume our lives do not have to rule our reality. We are being asked to find a new more peaceful perspective so we can move forward into higher and more prosperous timelines.

How can we approach this deep Saturnian task? From now until November, for example, you can find ways to practice forgiveness, accept things as they are, and find ways to create security and safety from within. Once we let go of the energetic emotional structures of fear and pain, we can truly appreciate all the lessons that past situations have brought into our lives, and create within us a healthier field for a renewed prosperous and peaceful reality. This Saturn retrograde period will be most beneficial for engaging in personal shadow healing work and ancestral healing/forgiveness of wounds that we inherit through our lifetimes.

As we approach June 29, the official opening date of this year’s Saturn retrograde period, you may be facing some old issues coming back into your life. They will be trying to show you which Saturn aspects still need deeper work and healing in your present timeline. Light Weavers – Planetary Reconnective Work

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 ~ 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀

After a period of integration comes one of profound stabilization and repair. Many of you are now rebuilding and weaving the new light grid on many of Earth’s regions and gates. Planetary areas that were manipulated and that with the new opening that our planet is experiencing, need to be energetically redirected and realinged to their corresponding dimensions.

Many of you are light weavers, in charge of seeing the invisible energetic threads that connect each location to their dimension and the light codes that emanate from them to our planet Earth. Your mission is to see these light threads and link them to the location, allowing more love, light, and healing to be anchored on the specific location, restoring the original communication between both planes.

As light weavers, you see the intentions, the essence behind places, and the damage caused to them. Many light weavers are being activated now, which is why it is so important to work on your second DNA strand, responsible for our multidimensionality, so you can access, from within to all the dimensions and information required to do your planetary task.

It is vital to activate the time codes and light coordinates within your main seventh-dimensional DNA strands, so you can be guided into the areas that need your assistance and reconnective work, restoring the energetic portals and communication between them.

To do so, you need to navigate between dimensions and timeliness, for all is parallel, simultaneous, as nothing is past, present in future, as we linearity have created it to be. This is why you too need a special protection, not to lose yourself – your consciousness – in those other timeliness, for a part of you may get trapped within them, and the many visions you will receive.

Grounding and soul connection is vital to keep you awakened, focused on the mission, and in alignment with the benevolent forces that accompany and guide you toward your reconnective mission.

As you physically or remotely, situate yourself in the location assigned, you are invisibly guided to see the threads, where they need to be restored, and where they need to be connected. As time travelers, you will find other soul groups to work with, as light weavers tend to work in unison to create a significant shift in a specific area.

Some of you will work remotely, as some areas are physically inaccessible. You will then reunite in your dream phase, ethereally, where you can best see the reparation work you need to do and the outcome of it.

If this is who you are and part of your mission, this is a time for great stabilization and grid repair. Remember to nurture your bodies as they suffer from the many challenges you put them through to get to the areas and the energetic damage they experience.

You never walk alone, as for those with these specific missions, you have an entire soul group walking by your side, protecting, guiding, and helping you heal and rejuvenate, as you too do the same with the earth plane, for as it is given, it is received.

To those who are now immersed in a mission of stabilization, grid repair, and templar healing, thank you for your dedication to assisting All in this transition.

Many of you will spend months out of your homes immersed in grid reparation and energetic reconstruction.

Balance being Restored Universally

This past solstice has brought humanity to a tipping point in our evolution. But we are not growing beyond what we have been. We are returning to the original divine frequency, our unique God frequency, that is our soul’s eternal birthright.

***The next step we take is to enter a world where the distorted ego begins to be treated as a disease. Greed over the well-being of humanity will be treated as a crime. We are beginning to see this happening all around us. The growing cracks in the system are visible to most now. The birthing of oneness and unity within our diversity for a collective community is beginning its birth process. It is time. We are so ready.

In the mean time, a resistance is growing and it may look like the “controllers” in the world are winning for a time, but they will not suceed. They will try to devalue or erase the sacred so as to have power over it, control it, abuse it, and silence all those who see it as such. They will not be successful. Our spiritual liberation is growing in the hearts in the collective. This cannot be stopped. The Universe demands balance, and a self-leveling process is now accelerating. It will feel messy and uncertain.

The world stage has been peeled back to reveal only two remaining sides. It does not matter what country you live in, or religion you follow, or your economic or social status, or the color of your skin… etc. The past world is coming down to an epic healing of these two last core issues. This issue is the chasm created between those who over take and those who over give. These two sides are a battle that has been played out since the beginning of time, space, and dimension. The balance is returning.

One side is the entitled controllers, blamers, and abusers. These are the ones who feel an unquenchable lack within and unimaginable shame for this lack. It feels good to them to take. They seek those they can take from and those who have what they think they do not. They can never heal this lack by taking from others. Of course, their lack is their illusion.

The other side is the heart-centered, unconditional, sentient beings who know well their Godhood within. They live by the code that what we give is what we receive; how we give is how we receive; when we give is when we receive. It feels good to be of service to others. These ones are drawn to those who they feel they can help realize their Godhood but will deplete and drain themselves in the process. Of course, this is their illusion as well.

Most of us have echoes of both sides within us, and the outer world is now mirroring the two sides at their extreme on the world stage. Now, the trick is to learn to quit over taking and quit over giving. The universe is constantly working to maintain balance in the physical and the spiritual worlds. This happens within and without in the collective humanity, the solar system, the universe, and beyond.

But the fact is both sides need healing. Both sides must find the balance between overtaking and the overgiving within oneself. But this will be played on the world stage for a while, as we can already see. I am comforted knowing that each will heal in time. And the world never stays out of balance for long. As things begin to heat up around the world, remember that great balancing is coming into play now. It can create a mess if you’re attached to either extreme.

Things have shifted dramatically since the eclipse in April 2024 and now again on this past solstice. Things are going very deep now. We will have more breakthroughs and rise up out of the blinding dust storm of polarization.

We are coming out from under all the illusions we have accepted as “truth” about ourselves. Serious alone time is crucial for us now. We are getting to know our true selves again. I am so glad I have taken the last couple of years to be totally alone with myself. This time is not changing us but restoring us to who we were originally before we fell into dense physicality on Earth. We are going back to source while staying in our bodies. What a trip! Source is asking us to introduce ourselves to our original selves and to get to know that beautiful, divine, innocent soul once again.

Entangled – June 23

“The Best Kind of Entanglement”

A Message from the Angels, through Ann Albers

If you have ever snagged your sweater on a chain or a necklace, had a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe, or tried to wriggle free from an outfit that was too tight after a large meal, you understand the notion of “entanglement!” It is fairly obvious in the physical sense.

Most of you also know, from experience, that when you are entangled in your physical world, struggling with the situation often gets you more twisted up while relaxing and slowly removing yourself from the situation is often a quicker way to “disentangle.” For example, you can try to yank that chain off the sweater and break the chain or rip your sweater, or you can slowly work it free. You can gently scrape the gum off your shoe and get it off completely, or you can angrily struggle to wipe your foot on the ground while smearing the gum in every crevice on the sole of your shoe. You can breathe and slowly inch yourself out of your tight outfit, or you can struggle to force things and fall over.

The world of vibrational energy has its entanglements, too, and you all feel them.

If you are in a vibration of love, this entanglement becomes a wonderful experience of feeling love from all of creation and witnessing the synchronicities that occur as you dance in harmony with one another. You grow, and a loved one grows. You think of something, and your dear friend starts to talk about it. You think of someone you have not seen in ages, and they contact you within a week.

You have a moment of appreciating your sleeping puppy, and they awaken and gaze at you with love. You think of something you enjoy or wish for, and a video, website, or conversation on the subject pops up within minutes. Your energies are all “entangled” in the vibration of love, and when you are in the vibration of love, you will enjoy a delicious dance with life.

The challenge comes when you get entangled with each other in the lower vibrations. Just as you can bring out the best in one another and the best from life in a vibration of love, you can also inspire others and life to present its lesser forms when you dance with one another in the lower vibrations.

You feel upset at life, meet someone who is also upset at life, and eventually become upset with each other. You feel angry and run into all sorts of things that irritate you as well. You focus for too long on something sad without reaching for love or comfort, and other reasons to be sad start to invade your thoughts.

You have all seen this principle in action. On a good day, you tend to see and, therefore, draw forth the good in others. On a day when you are rushed or upset, many around you will contribute to that out of their own upset or urgency. Of course, everyone is responsible for their own vibration. You can’t “make” someone feel happy or sad, nor can anyone “make” you feel a certain way. No one can think another’s thoughts, but you all allow others to influence you, and to the degree that you do, you feel these entanglements.

Our wish for you is that you become less entangled with the world’s lower vibrations and more aligned with the Divine. In this space, you can be in the world but not of it. You can witness the pain with compassion but not feel the pain. You can be the light and the force of love that lifts others who are willing to be lifted.

The Divine and your angels will only dance with you in an “entanglement” of love. We focus on your true, beautiful, radiant, loving self. We focus on empowering what you love and want to experience. We witness you when you find those lower vibrations, and we have great compassion, but we never engage in a lower vibrational dance with you. We don’t send you “lessons,” “tests,” “rewards,” or “punishment.” We only and always attempt to guide you along the kindest, easiest, and most loving path.

The world, however, will tug and pull at you with a variety of vibrations, and you will always feel most strongly the vibrations that match your own in a given moment. You will always become “entangled” with the vibrations that match your own.

This is why we encourage you to reach for comfort, soothing, kind thoughts, good feelings, pleasing circumstances, etc. This is why we discourage you from focusing on the lower behaviors of others, the pain and problems of the world, and the thoughts that drag you down.

In plain terms, you do yourself a loving service when you remove your focus from the things, people, and situations that drag you down and give yourselves permission to find and feel greater comfort, ease, grace, and joy. Trying to prove a point or educate those who irritate you only entangles you further with their irritating qualities. Trying to prove your worth to those who don’t see it only entangles you further with their judgmental views.

Focusing on the wrongness of another’s behavior, no matter how right you are, only entangles you with those lower vibrations. Simply focusing too long on the things that drag you down can attract more of the negativity you are trying to avoid.

The good news is that you can shift just slightly to focus on anyone or anything that pleases you, anything you love, or anything that even gives you some comfort, and in that loving vibration, you open to the never-ending stream of love available to you at all times.

Dear ones, it is not so hard to open to love in a given moment. Look around you. Find something pleasing, right here and now. Enjoy it. Appreciate it. Think a kind thought about it. Now, think a kind thought about yourself. Perhaps you can acknowledge yourself for attuning to love in this moment.
