I am watching a video that explains a lot of misinformation about thyroid , including how mental health is impacts by thyroid function .
Trauma is also mentioned in the video as affecting thyroid function.
Many thyroid RX don’t aide all the Ts lost , or affected , which is why we don’t feel better on synthetic medications.. I use a natural form, or raw thyroid which must have iodine , and Harmon D in addition to other supplements to function properly .

I was prescribed lithium , then Escalith ( coated lithium ) in the beginning and told to stop raw thyroid , prescribed Synthroid ..I did not get better , indeed I got much worse … my day night cycles were totally wacky and I blew up weigh wise ..
