Notice everything unfolding in our midst is Inviting us to awaken to the energetic nature of the phenomenal plane and the big picture. Only as we reach a level of Insight can consciousness arise out of its limited body vehicle to enter a wider field of awareness and know liberation.

The growing institutional, local, national, global market upheavals foreshadow the dissolution of the familliar, many levels of destruction and change, many of which are unfathomable in mind.

Part of the job of yogi , and all whom are ready , is to ground self in a state of peace to hold space for the external crumbling of systems and conditioned ways of life that we have outgrown. Soul is aware no chaos exists at the level of infinite Self.

It is transitioning from one age of human consciousness to another. The old paradigm, old ways of functioning, must fade , dissolve so a higher vibrational state can emerge. Only then can the fear of death , loss and duality of our world be recognized as a portal to the birth fo a new world that is free of the kinds of conflicts and illusions that led to this period of transition.

In a nutshell , time is of the essence.

We need an extremely direct path to self love and acceptance. Not much time for pilgrimage walks, ashram stays or reading libraries of books, taking courses. Destruction is happening quickly and the familliar is fading fast. To graduate from this level of reality, now is the moment to get the spiritual knowledge of the most profound sages of our planetary history. To embody their wisdom requires letting go. Energy Update -The Ascension Path

The Ascension Path : You awaken fully , not at once , but a thousand times and more , each awakening bringing you closer to the truth that was always within.

Your nervous system is healing and it doesn’t know about ego or what happiness is , it craves familiarity. You will feel resistance , fear , confusion. That’s proof the cycle is breaking. Your nervous system is the portal. When you want to rise you have to feel safe enough to .

When it feels hard , it’s because youre doing what few are willing to. Being the first to shift the pattern for yourself and for those who come after.

You are collapsing infinite possibilities into reality every moment , based on what you choose to focus on. Every time you expand into a higher timeline your body knows , it can handle the changes to embody more light .

You are not just inside reality.

You are actively shaping it in every moment. When you shift your perception you begin to notice the hidden threads connecting your reality.

Hollow tasks and soulless spaces are meaningless and deplete the system.

You are here to create and feel not to just do and perform. You were not made to justify intuition with spreadsheets. Your knowing is valid even when it’s not linear.

There are two types of relationships: One is built on codependencies , wounds , and negative attachments. The other is built on genuine Love , mutual respect , sovereignty, wholeness, and choice.

When repeating the same emotions, dynamics, and heartbreak your relationship is running an unconscious programming and false beliefs. A sacred partnership is not two halves making a whole, it is two whole beings creating something greater than themselves.

Sacred union is not about gender, it is about energy. The dynamics of presence and flow, structure and surrender, movement and stillness. When you stop seeking love to fill a void, the kind of love that can expand you finally appears. Sacred partnership is not about dependency-it is about walking the path together while standing in your own light

Allow yourself to be carried

Can you allow yourself to be ‘carried’ into The Divine? Which will mean letting go of the every day, personal, subtle control that hangs onto the illusional experience within a controlling, containing, gradually dissolving construct.

UNION IN THE DIVINE:

Within the Divine Union Stage, there is a specific point, where we are THEN carried. Words to describe this become ever more difficult, but a STAGE where you are then CARRIED into the emergence of God Source and all the Self Realisation and Consciousness that shall then…come.

SEEMINGLY REAL CHOICES:

If it is your destiny to become Self Realised again within this lifetime, you will have made MANY previous choices relating to your own life. Choices, no matter your culture or ‘way’ / style, to attain the conscious awareness of The Divine within you and around you. For the human, still within the Construct but on a spiritualised or awakening journey, many of those choices will have seemed painful, difficult, hard, or at times confusing. Choices that you KNOW take you into ‘No man’s land’ again and again at a human level. Yet you have the innate courage to do so. And keep walking. At the human level. letting go again and again, of so much, just to STAY TRUE to your KNOWING of your path and of your destiny.

PREDESIGNED BLUEPRINT:

But ALL those choice junctions, the choices you made via your human heart (NOT the ego and NOT from fear) were necessary. Whilst it seemed you had a choice each time, the choices you actually made were predesigned within your blueprint, prior to THIS incarnation. Whilst those choices may have seemingly appeared as your ‘free will’ choice to make, and may have seemed a ‘free will’ choice to others around you…You were always predestined to choose the highest answers that take you to your Destiny in and of God Realisation this lifetime. In other words, what seemed at a human level to be sometimes difficult choices, those choices were predesigned junctures, intertwined to your Divine path. They only seemed or appeared hard at a human level of consciousness within the human personality. That was in many degrees of forgetfulness. Choice Points that you knew would either: Keep you within the programme and cycling there OR a choice that you knew would take you another step further, closer and closer towards a State of God Realisation.

On 16 February 2025 , I was given, clearly and loudly in sleep time the words “MAGNUM OPUS”. I later researched this unknown phrase, to find it translates as “The Great Work”. I then heard within the same sleeping state, The One Divine Source, speak these words:

“I (meaning God) set myself a series of tests”.

The ‘tests’, for anyone on the path, are always SEEMINGLY experienced as our human choices. And HOW we ALSO navigate and REACT to experiences presented. As REACTIONS are also a choice. The key and way of this assimilated game is to MAKE the highest choices each time they present. Choices can be very very subtle, hardly noticeable. Or they can be difficult junctures to make a highest choice.

Yet step after step, day after day, year after year, within the Construct and Game, more choices arrive, as esoteric tests. You can also call these initiations. Do you keep to your choices made or fall back into the illusion? Do you stay true to your inner path that has it’s own unique blueprint or fall into distraction and the allure of the plane of physical and material phenomena? No other has your own unique blueprint. No one truly will ever know it in such daily living detail as you do. No one has lived your life or experienced the constant details of your awakening journey. The ONLY ‘other’ that knows the WHOLE of your predesigned blueprint, is your Soul and The Divine. Yet these are not ‘others’. They are you, one and the same.

And so, after many stages, many tests, you enter the stage of Divine Union of The One and Only Divine Essence. And whilst there are also MANY steps and micro stages WITHIN The Divine Union Stage, there comes a juncture…where you are then carried.

Within a spiritual path, we can say we flow, and just allow, yet at a very subtle and sometimes unseen level, there is still so much inner control. But truly I say, if we are happy to view the personality self we operate as, we see the many subtle ways each HOLD ON to micro controls of their living life. Controlling what we do, when we do it, how we do things, who with, is OUR INNER form of control of our human self. It’s so subtle, it is often not seen. The outer control system (of beings and energetic entities) is so easily seen, that tries every trick to keep us locked into the illusion and construct of control. But the inner control system we have over our daily life and choices is less observed and spoken about.

NOTICE INNER RESISTANCE:

Resistance to letting go, is of, but the human, holding on to or seeking anything alluring of an illusional constructed reality, or it can be a fear based resistance born of illusional belief systems. Yet in the seeng…in the letting go, we are carried… of and by the One Divine Presence.

Can you let go, in all ways. Can you make the highest HEART choice every day? That leads to eventually a stage of being carried? For to do so is the laying down of your life lived. To be RE-BORN, by / of The Divine. And only the Divine One Source does this within you. No other can do this for you. And this is why I always say: “Be TRUE and Stay TRUE to your known and unique Divine path”. No matter your design and no matter the design blueprint of ‘others’. And that choice to be true to your path is not born ever, from the ego. But is born of quiet courage, of the many ‘knowings’ you’ve received in many different ways. Constant ways. And so being and staying TRUE to your path is always a choice of the Heart. As well as the accumulated wisdoms of your Soul that is also ever present Divine Love. That is Divine and devoted to your Self Realisation this Lifetime.

Lighting the path

Dear Lightworkers,

The old energy, dense and distorting though it was offered a strange kind of comfort. Its limitations, though binding, were familiar. The emotional and vibrational responses you received from life’s mirror were predictable, even when painful. That predictability created a kind of psychic safety, a womb of repetition where the ego could nest and the shadow could hide.

Beneath that veil of familiarity, your unresolved fragments, the unhealed echoes stored deep in the energy of yourselves were content to remain in quarantine. The old energy, though confining, gave those fragments permission to sleep.

But now, beloved Lightworker, the energies of this age are no longer static. They are alive, dynamic, and multidimensional. The feedback from life is no longer linear, it speaks in symbols, layers, and paradoxes. It is not just unfamiliar. It is unpredictably alive. The old safety blanket is being pulled away, and in its absence, both awe and anxiety rise to the surface.

This new frequency reveals what was once hidden. Thoughts long buried begin to surface. Feelings of inadequacy, of not being ready, whisper through your nervous system like old ghosts. And understandably, some part of you longs for the known, for the comfort of the previous equilibrium, flawed though it was.

This is not regression. It is the echo of the inner child stepping beyond the school gates and into the uncertain world of becoming. The old structure is going, and you stand at the precipice of becoming your own source of wisdom.

Remember, the tools you seek will not appear before you take the leap. They are forged in the very act of crossing. You are not inadequate. you are simply evolving faster than your ego can track and this creates distortion within the mind toward to magic the soul is creating before you. Give yourself grace. Let the old self grieve, but do not mistake that grief for failure. You are not falling apart, you are being initiated.

You will adapt. You are adapting.

And in doing so, you are lighting the path for others.

Holding the Light

It was quite a weekend to be a lightworker. We had large waves of expansion energies within us. They were doing to us the same thing that water does to bread, it expands out multiple times bigger than it was initially.

That’s why the weekend energies were so intense. They were opening up your system to help release any large areas of density that needed light upon it.

Now you’re feeling better within the body. But you might still have a few things rise up today from the weekend energies.

Be kind to yourself as you move through today.

We are in this beautiful time of aligning within the body with much higher energetic levels. Allowing you to start to feel yourself changing. You might not even feel here at times, the alignment is so strong now.

This is part of your walk towards the rainbow bridge and out of this reality. You have been holding less density and more of your true self, which is a higher vibrational level than ever imagined you’d reach in this reality.

You are a phenom at this point. Releasing out all that no longer serves you. Seeing and assisting your old belief structures releasing from you.

Those things you tethered your 3d life to have all but dissipated now. You have learned to release from your programmed ways and trust how you now see, feel, and resonate with your higher vibrational world.

You are expanding out in all directions. Your field is almost quantum at this point. This means no connectioning in for you, you’re already there.

You run the show now, and your vibration is what’s leading your way. It’s also creating your day, you are always manifesting now.

So, if you find yourself having a hard day, it’s time to step into your light and raise your vibration higher. Because somehow you let your vibration slip, and that brings in lower thinking and lower experiences

Take a moment and rise back up.

You can do this by listening to music, walking in nature, or if you can’t do those things currently, pop into a quiet space and imagine yourself in a glass elevator starting from wherever you may be. Imagine that beautiful elevator slowly rising you up higher and higher, away from the ground and into the clouds. It’s quiet there, away from all the activity on this planet and up into the peace of the light and it’s beautiful high vibration.

That will raise your vibration back up to Its normal level and let you continue with your day in a much higher way.

Your light is needed on the planet now more than ever. Wrap up in Source light to protect your energy and you within it. Then stay as steady and bright as possible while we move through these last alignments and adjustments.

Rise above the movie playing in this reality, and send love to the world. You can do the greatest good now for you and all that are on the planet in this way.

Things are about to shift around us. The energy alignment is almost there. We are watching Lightworkers phasing in and out of their crystalline systems.

Hold the light as high and bright as you can. This is the mission. This is exactly why you came.

Ascending inside Out

✨The Split Within : Ascending from

the Inside Out✨

We’ve heard about the vibrational split for years now. It’s often spoken about in collective terms— one person aligning to a higher timeline while another continues down a denser path. And yes , we’re seeing this more and more in real time , watching worlds move further apart in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. However, what is less discussed— and perhaps even more profound— is the split that occurs within.

This inner split is not about separating from others, but from parts of ourselves. The lower vibrational aspects that kept us looping in patterns, trauma responses, and subconscious reactivity are no longer compatible with where we’re going.

We are outgrowing them, and like anything, this outgrowing can feel both liberating and deeply uncomfortable.

We may be experiencing bouts of incredible grief and intense highs and lows.

Often, this inner unraveling comes with a trigger. Something is said, an old fear is revived, and a pattern is replayed one more time. We react—sometimes outwardly, but always inwardly. The internal dialogue intensifies, and if we’re willing to observe, we begin to hear and see it clearly: the defense mechanisms, the outdated beliefs, the walls carefully constructed to keep us “safe” and the pain at bay. It becomes apparent that so much of what we built around our pain has also hidden our magnificence.

And now, those cards are falling.

One by one.

We are being revealed. Exposed—

not just in our wounds, but in our Light. The old architecture that held us together is crumbling, and in its place, something more authentic is emerging. It’s tender. It’s sacred. It’s you. At times , it feels fragile , and in other moments it embodies the strength and ferocity of a lion.

The split the ancients foresaw is ripping through every layer of being. We are peeling off masks, outdated identities, and protections we no longer need. The old versions of ourselves may put up a fight, or they may leave quickly, and others, yet we may cling to THEM out of habit or fear. However, as we rise in frequency, they cannot accompany us. We either let them go or we allow them to stagnate our growth.

The parts of us that accepted less, that played small or acted as martyrs, that expected perfection from ourselves or others, that hid ourselves away, that sabotaged etc. these parts are leaving.

You know which aspects must go. You can feel what is no longer in resonance.

Recently, a friend shared that she was going through her storage unit in preparation for a move. She was feeling silly because she was so emotional.

On the surface, it was a simple task: deciding what to keep and what to let go of. But beneath that was a sacred sorting. She was choosing what parts of her story still belonged in her present. What still held meaning and future purpose, and what was simply an echo of who she was. Some things had monetary value, but they no longer matched her frequency, her path, so they too have to go.

Many of us have been de-cluttering, redecorating, and shifting our space. That physical sorting process is the perfect metaphor for what we’re doing now—except we’re also doing it internally. In quiet moments. In dreams. In the space between breaths.

We are asking: does this thought, trait, or behavior support the soul I’m becoming—or is it a relic of who I’ve been?

You’re not losing your mind—

Yes, it can feel like too much.

We’re not here to escape ourselves.

But honestly. Lovingly. Truthfully.

Of the sacred truth that you are

the seeker and the sought.

Every emotion you’ve ever felt,

every version of you that has ever been,

is rising now to be remembered—

not to overwhelm you,

but to reunite with you.

Yes, it can feel like too much.

Yes, it’s messy and loud and sometimes unbearably quiet.

Yes, it’s all at once. And it’s okay.

Because here’s the truth:

You’re not alone.

There are others feeling this too.

Some of us are still in the thick of it—breathing through it, breaking through it, becoming through it.

I am.

I’m still remembering.

I still have so much left to see,

to feel, to hold.

And I’m choosing to stay.

To walk it out. To sit in the discomfort.

To meet myself again and again with Love.

This isn’t about having the answers.

It’s about being willing to listen.

To lean in , even when the path disappears beneath your feet.

We’re not here to escape ourselves.

We’re here to become ourselves.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.

But honestly. Lovingly. Truthfully.

So if you’re feeling this—

if the Universe feels too loud or too quiet—

just know:

You’re not the only one listening.

You’re not crazy. You’re not broken.

You’re waking up.

And you are so , so Loved.
