The recent Astrological planetary activity consisting of 5 planets in retrograde , and a powerful super full moon in Aquarius have activated profound energies and changes on our planet , these changes are imminent for the Ascending as nothing in self will be the same after this year, mentally, physically, spiritually, energetically many ascending will be entering a new world creating a new life, a new way of being and a new path forward , the accelerated awakening is increasing in momentum .
There have been noticeable transformations and changes in many who are experiencing ascension. These changes were accompanied by significant surges of ascension energy which can at different times cause Ascension system overload resulting in feelings of exhaustion and possibly temporary feelings of system depletion.
Healing the Shadow within is extremely fundamental to Ascension and developing genuine self love , the shadow is a darker reflection of self and a powerful teacher that reveals the places in life where the self is energetically blocked. Ignoring these signs perpetuates the cycles of our own suffering.
The current Ascension energies are extremely intense and powerful and because of this the ascending may be experiencing these effects. Ascension Symptoms include . Sleeplessness , vertigo sore or dry eyes , skin irritations , spaciness exhaustion, fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, intense emotions, or feelings of euphoria and source love within . Excitement for what is incoming . Taking time to acknowledge and honour all feelings, the focus is on integrating these energies into the transforming being.
Many Starseed Individuals have gone through childhood trauma and did not have the opportunity to discover their identity or self-love before experiencing it. Therefore, their healing process is about finding their identity and authentically loving the self for the first time rather than regaining remnants of love from the previous life.
Ascending individuals are among the most lacking in self-love on this planet. Evolved souls are self love deficient and learning for the first time to value and love self in ways they have not yet experienced in the human form and conditioning ,
This means making the self a priority , the primary focus , rebuilding self confidence and consciously birthing in truth , higher awareness and beliefs, honouring feelings in self that were once neglected , developing self empathy in deeper levels of understanding and compassion , consciously loving and healing all aspects within .
This is the most important work on our ascending planet . Creating within what was not developed and lacking in child hood . This is a complex inner work process , there are no short cuts to this necessary development , the work in self is done in multiple layers , levels and involves clearing false conditioning in the subconscious mind as the transforming and evolving self is expansive and infinite .
Self Love does not always come natural especially for the ascending , This is mainly due to the false infiltrated programming embedded in the cellular memories and inherited into the Akashic experiences .
After carrying past wounds for far too long, the ascending may have noticed attracting similar situations, struggles, and attachments throughout life , they are now reaching higher levels of consciousness and have outgrown who the self once was . karmic chains are no longer holding them down , the shackles of the past continue to fall and fade away , connecting self with ascension light team. moving forward requires taking the necessary leaps of faith.
