Spiritual Path

Being on a spiritual path is a journey of profound self-discovery and transformation. It’s not about superficial gestures or performative acts of spirituality. It’s about delving deep into the recesses of your being, confronting your shadows, and embracing all aspects of yourself, both light and dark.

In a world where spirituality is often commodified and reduced to trendy hashtags and curated social media posts, it’s essential to remember the true essence of spiritual growth. It’s not about projecting an image of perfection or attaining external validation. Instead, it’s about inner work, self-reflection, and the courage to face our deepest fears and insecurities.

Being on a spiritual path means peeling back the layers of conditioning and societal expectations to uncover your authentic self. It requires honesty, vulnerability, and a willingness to embrace discomfort. It’s about acknowledging the parts of yourself that you may have suppressed or ignored and allowing them to surface so that they can be healed.

This process isn’t always easy. It can be messy, painful, and emotionally exhausting. Confronting our shadows means acknowledging our insecurities, traumas, and negative patterns of behavior. It requires us to dismantle the ego and let go of the illusions of control and superiority that we cling to for security.

But through this process of self-examination and inner work, we can begin to unravel the layers of conditioning and uncover the truth of who we are at our core. We learn to recognize the interconnectedness of all beings and develop a deep sense of compassion and empathy for ourselves and others.

On this journey, we may feel isolated or misunderstood, especially as we awaken to truths that others may not yet be ready to confront. But this loneliness is a necessary part of the process. It’s a sign that we are breaking free from the confines of societal norms and forging our own path towards enlightenment.

Despite the challenges, being on a spiritual path is ultimately a courageous act of self-love and self-discovery. It’s a commitment to growth, healing, and authenticity. And as we continue to walk this path, we shine like beacons of light, illuminating the way for others who may be struggling to find their own truth.

So, if you ever feel uncertain or alone on your spiritual journey, remember that you are not alone. There is a vast community of seekers and soulmates walking alongside you, each on their own unique path towards enlightenment. Stay true to yourself, trust in the process, and continue to shine your light brightly, for you are a divine being on a sacred journey of awakening.

I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will share my life, my experiences and my studies and research.. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..
