Things are INTENSE.
I feel like I say that all the time, but this has really been stronger than usual. Much more intense than the intensity that we have grown used to. You might think of it as the throes of hard labour that is designed to birth us into the new.
I believe things are going to continue to climb. We are building towards the solstice, which Gabriel is telling me is more pivotal than the solstice of 2012. This is a big deal. To go with that, the sun is sending out some very strong flares, that are designed to help dislodge any of the old we do not wish to take with us.
This is next-level stuff and it is transformative. Now is the time to stay present, practice good self-care, trust, and stay focused and grounded in what you know.
Current symptoms:
Headaches
Neck aches
Back aches
Digestive issues
Cool or hot spots in the body
Tingling in specific areas of the body, particularly the heart/solar plexus/crown
Intense dreams
Seeing energies/sacred geometry in your dreams
Dreams of people from your past
Dreams of passed loved ones
Feeling like your dreams haven’t really been dreams but actual experiences
New guides/abilities showing up
Strange experiences that seem surreal
Loud ringing in the ears
Hearing different tones in each ear
Big thirst that’s hard to quench
Feeling like your body is too small to contain your energy
Anxiety
Tension in the body
Moments of pure alignment/bliss that feel wonderful
Deep knowing
Being able to detach and observe
Excitement
Feeling things have changed but you don’t know how
Joint aches
Feeling voraciously hungry or not hungry at all
Sleep disturbances
Finding it incredibly hard to do linear things like planning, math, or finding your typing all jumbled
Feeling like you have a case of in-betweens, like you are in some kind of suspended animation between worlds
Just to name a few! Throw in a Mercury retrograde and you really have a tossed salad of energies that require presence and good self care to navigate.
I’m expecting the intensity to build until the solstice. We should have a little bit of a reprieve (I hope!) as we receive the influx of Christed energies that come from the celebration of Christmas around the globe.
Then, in the final week of 2023, we will be adjusting however is necessary to align with the new energies of 2024. Sometimes we will see big earthquakes or storms around that time if the Earth has to release or cleanse in order to shift into the energies of the new year, another reason why it’s important to stay anchored in what we know so we can hold the space for these changes to occur.
So be kind and gentle with yourselves. Stay present. Release what no longer serves you and receive what wishes to take its place. Dream big. Breathe through the intensity with focus and purpose. And know these are such exciting times that we are so lucky to be experiencing, even if they are challenging us. We got this!
