Over the past few days,
Frequent and Intense Solar Flares have been accompanied by G1 to G3 level solar storms, with more expected in the coming days.
While a G1 storm is relatively mild, a G3 storm is much stronger and can have a more noticeable impact on us. These storms can cause significant changes in how we feel and function, often without us realizing that solar activity is to blame.
Many people may experience shifts in their mood, energy levels, and overall well-being during periods of heightened solar activity. These effects can range from feeling restless and irritable to feeling unusually tired or emotionally sensitive.
Here are some common signs and symptoms those who are highly sensitive to energy may experience during solar storms:
Difficulty falling asleep
Restless or disrupted sleep
Vivid or intense dreams
Waking up feeling unrefreshed
Mood swings
Increased irritability
Heightened anxiety
Feeling emotionally sensitive
Sudden bouts of sadness or anger
Unexplained headaches or pressure
Dizziness or lightheadedness
General fatigue or exhaustion
Unexplained muscle or joint aches
Tension in the neck or shoulders
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
Feeling off-balance or unsteady
Sensitivity to light
Sensitivity to noise
Sensitivity to other people’s emotions
Difficulty concentrating or mental fog
Forgetfulness or short-term memory issues
Feeling mentally scattered or overwhelmed
Restlessness or inability to relax
Sudden temperature changes in the body (hot or cold flashes)
Nervousness or a sense of unease
Heightened intuition or “gut feelings”
Sudden flashes of insight or clarity
Increased awareness of your surroundings
Feeling disconnected or “out of sync” with daily life
These symptoms can be temporary, but practicing grounding techniques, staying hydrated, and allowing yourself to rest can help ease the effects.
