I slept off and on, 2 to 3 hours and of course doing some deep thinking .
Not sure I was connecting with anyone, feels solo , except for guides,
ancestors , spirit …I did feel it coming and prepared with food and drink as
best I could .. not a lot of interactions either , publicly or on line ..

STRONG RADIATION STORM BRINGS IN MORE 5D LIGHTCODES ✨ RECALIBRATING THE BODY PRE–SOLSTICE ✨ JUNE 8 2024
Dear friends, a strong solar wind passage today is causing some geomagnetic disturbances in our atmosphere showering us with an intense wave of solar particles. These solar winds are downloading a huge amount of high frequency lightcodes. There’s a lot of energy moving around the planet at this time, a combination of the recent new moon, the 6:6 portal, and the solar activity.
We are moving towards the Summer and Winter Solstice in a few weeks, and a powerful full moon that coincides with the solstice energies around June 20-21. This pre-solstice period is generally packed with energy waves that push deep into our energy fields, removing, dissolving, and transmuting old patterns that are no longer necessary during these new higher frequency timelines. Our physical body may feel more tired than usual as we approach the Solstice, our cells are preparing for a deeper shift and a new chapter.
Headaches, brain fog, mental and physical exhaustion, ear ringing, some breathing tension, sporadic moments of confusion, and emotional imbalances may be present at this time. Our nervous system may feel saturated from all the inner work and new information we are receiving and therefore leaves us with less room, or bandwidth, to interact with the outside world. Please honor your own process and take time for yourself. Listen to your body and rest as much as needed.
The transition from 3D to 5D in a physical body is not an easy process, but it’s doable, and we are already prepared and ready for it. We are creating new energetic structures within ourselves, we are transmuting ourselves day by day, step by step, atom by atom.
