Sun in Pisces later today

On Sunday, February 18th, 2024, at 11:19PM (EST), our Sun will enter the water element sign of Pisces and will align with Saturn which is already in Pisces. ~ Andrea Wood-Cummins ❤️

Just a while earlier on the same evening, our Moon will have the water element sign of Cancer at 10:25PM (EST).

Thus, lots of water energy will arrive into our planetary atmosphere tomorrow.

Water carries emotional vibrations and also spiritual attunement. In the sign of Pisces, this is particularly the case.

With Saturn as a part of the scenario, most of the human collective can feel very exhausted, anxious, depressed, and the immune system can be more sensitive than at other times.

It can become difficult to have the vitality to perform the usual daily activities.

Along with all of the troublesome happenings relative to the global society, people can feel overwhelmed and burned-out.

Plus, these characteristics are a part of the transformative process that is occurring as old patterns of belief and experiences arise to be realized and released.

Many people feel frustrated by all of this. Extra help is necessary during Pisces season.

So, here are a few suggestions on how to handle various cosmic settings—especially during this season of our Sun moving into Pisces.

1~Engage the element of water. In a warm bath each evening, place a few calming blue gemstones, about six drops of Lavender essential oil, and 1/4th cup of Epsom Salt. The gemstones recommended are: one Blue Lace Agate, one Aquamarine, and one Turquoise. Relax in the bath for about fifteen to twenty minutes before soaping-up. Rinse the stones and keep them in a special place until your next bath.

2~When you are out of the bath, rub-down with a body lotion or cream into which you have placed about six drops of Lavender essential oil.

3~Recite the mantra “AUM” seven times after your nightly prayers, and try to get to bed by “10:00” PM even if you do not feel sleepy. Reclining the physical vessel is very relaxing and calming to the nervous system. Read a few pages of uplifting spiritual literature or listen to soft music.

4~During the day, wear calming essential oils such as those of the flower family, Jasmine, Gardenia, Rose, etc. or those of the trees, Agarwood, Rosewood, Sandalwood. Also, wear those gemstones which are particularly protective from the emotional energies placed into the atmosphere by humanity during Pisces season and which will also provide you with energy to get through the day’s activities. These are: Amber,, Botswana Agate, Citrine, Hematite, Sunstone, Tiger Iron, and Turquoise. You do not need to wear all of these at one time. Select two or three of them to wear as a pendant, necklace, bracelet, or set of prayer beads, a mala, Each of these is also grounding, healing to the chakras and the nervous system, calming, protective, and providing energy without making you feel stirred-up. It takes time for crystals and gemstones to clear-out non harmonious energies, provide a re-set, and seal our auric field. So, once you begin to work with your preferred crystals and gemstones, give them time to work by wearing them daily. Many feel better as soon as they begin to work with them, but they feel even better over time. One of the problems of modern mankind is impatience. One of the strange benefits of the exhaustion that goes along with the transformational process is that it forces people to slow down and to obtain extra rest.

5~Breathe deeply. Inhale to the count of “4”; hold for a count of “4”; but exhale to the count of “8”. Then hold for a count of “4” before inhaling again. Thus, allow your out breath to be longer than your in breath. As you become used to breathing properly, try to extend you inhalation to a count of “8”; hold for a count of “8”; then exhale for a count of “12”, and hold for a count of “8” before inhaling again. This technique of breathing is very calming and provides oxygenation to the cells.

6~Drink lots of spring water throughout the day with lemon or lime. Water is hydrating, oxygenating, cleansing, and allows incoming SACRED LIGHT to more easily move through us and into our cellular records. Our planet is mostly of the water element and so is the human body. So, drinking enough water is connecting to Earth as “She” and all of creation upon “Her” elevate higher and receive more LIGHT.

7~As has been mentioned many times, if possible, stay away from stressful people and environments. During Pisces season, it is much easier to take-on the energies of others—especially if you are an Empath, and this will only add to your possibly already exhausted sensitive physical vessel, emotions, and mind. Do not be a martyr. Learn when to say No.

8~Create a Sankalpa (affirmation) for peace and relaxation, and recite it daily at any time that you feel a need — even when Pisces season is over, which is on March 19th when our Sun will enter Aries at 11:06PM EST beginning the spring season in the Northern Hemisphere and the autumn season in the Southern Hemisphere — above and below the Equator. An example of a wonderful Sankalpa is: “I AM SAFE AND SECURE IN SACRED LIGHT”. Another one which has been previously suggested is: “I AM BLESSED BY SOURCE LIGHT”.

Pisces season is an excellent one in which to heal or to maintain wellness when a person is already in great health. Therefore, use its blessings to strengthen yourself in all ways.

I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..
